Northeast Georgia WIA Eligible Provider List The State Eligible Provider List (EPL) is currently under modification by the Governor s Office of Workforce Development. During this time, our local area will use a list of schools that we currently have contracts with, and whose programs align with our local demand occupation list, to create our Local EPL. We will use our Local EPL during this transitional time. Once the State s EPL is complete, we will continue to work with programs that are on the State s EPL, AND on our demand occupation list.
