Fast Break Registration Instructions Introductions Beginning with the 2016-2017 season, registration for Fast Break basketball will be completely online. As in previous years, spots will be granted on first come first serve basis. Parents who coached or volunteered in the previous session will be granted priority. Please note credit card payments are preferred. If you would like to pay using another method, please contact us, however keep in mind that other payments may alter your child s registration placement. Payment must be rendered during registration. If there are no spots available for your child a full refund will be issued in December. For security purposes credit cards are not stored on the website therefore; you will need to reenter your credit card during future registration. There are 2 steps that you need to complete Step A ( Create an Account ) - this step may be completed starting today. We encourage everyone to create an account before the registration date. Since we are utilizing a new system, your previous logins will not work. Subsequent years you will be able to reuse your login credentials. Step B ( Register for a program ) this will only be available after Sunday June 5, 2016 @ 2PM and will close in December. Although we do not charge late fees, we encourage everyone to sign up as early as possible as divisions will be formed in the summer. A. Enter the parent information and click on Create Account. If you already registered and you forgot your password or username, you may click on links below the form to reset your credentials. After successfully creating an account you will be prompted with the screen below. Please enter your information. Your child s information will be entered in step 2 Add Participants. If you received the screen below, select I am a parent or guardian registering a participant if you re a parent or guardian. If you re registering yourself, select I am registering myself in an activity This will lead you to step 2 Add Participants. Enter your child s information and click on Continue. If you need to add additional participants, click on Add another Participant Registration Instructions v1.2 3
After clicking Continue you will be redirected to Step 3 Program Information. If you re registering after 6/5 2pm you will see the programs available for your kids (Girls for girls only, Co-ed for both boys and girls). If you re registering prior to 6/5, you will see the screen below. B. Register for a program Go to http://www.fastbreakbasketball.org/ and click on Login. Type in your username and password and click on Sign in. If you forgot your credentials, click on Forgot your Username or Password You will notice available programs for each child. (Girls may register for Girls or Co-ed. Boys may only register for Co-ed). Click on the green button to continue. Registration Instructions v1.2 5
On the next screen select the divisions you want to register and click Continue Fill out the information and click on Continue Select the position(s) you would like to volunteer for. Click Continue when done. Registration Instructions v1.2 6
