Additional Conditions An employment contract with ExxonMobil Business Support Center Czechia and valid SC membership In the case that an employee ends his/her employment contract with EMBSCC his contract will continue according to General Terms and Conditions of TMCZ but all discounts will be deactivated. Same if the participant s SC membership expires. In the case that the subscriber s contract is signed for two years, customer can change the tariff to one from the actually offered tariffs however the defined period remains. In the case that the subscriber s contract has got expired contract period or has originally been signed without two years contract it can be terminated with 30 days' notice. - 11 -
