WELCOME TO M&T BANK S COMMERCIAL SERVICES M&T Bank s Commercial Services system provides access to the following Treasury Management applications through the use of a single set of login credentials. ACH Monitor - Allows clients to monitor and reject any potential ACH debit attempting to post to their account that they have not pre-authorized. ACH Monitor Direct Transmission is an internet alternative to telephone input of control totals on the Voice Response System (VRS). In addition, ACH Monitor Direct Transmission users have access to enhanced ACH reporting on originated and received transactions Escrow Online - Allows users to process and view transactions for Master Escrow accounts and subaccounts. Clients may close existing sub-accounts, set up new sub-accounts, view account balances, allocate funds from the Master Escrow to sub-accounts, and access activity reports File Transfer Manager (FTM) - Allows clients to send and retrieve receivables and payment files with M&T Bank. M&T Bank automatically encrypts all incoming and outgoing files with PGP encryption estatements- Allows users to access Checking, Savings and Account Analysis statements online. Up to seven years of historical statements are available for users to view, save and/or print Image Lockbox - Allows clients to review receivables, resolve exceptions and view financial reporting in as soon as 30 minutes after deposit processing. Clients are able to view images of deposited checks and documents via the internet, and if subscribed to the additional Real Time Decision service, are able to Accept, Reject or provide missing information to rejected items. All accepted items will be processed and deposited with the same day s work, saving the client multiple days of float International Trade Online (ITO) Allows clients to manage their Letters of Credit and Documentary Collections. Furthermore it allows clients to create, submit, and track trade instruments and transactions through a web-based interface. Clients will be able to send and receive trade-related messages through the site, generate reports about their organization's trade activities, and maintain reference data National Image Lockbox - Allows clients to review receivables and view financial reporting by the end of the deposit day. Clients are able to view images of deposited checks and documents via the internet and have the ability to subscribe to additional service that will allow for additional storage and retention Remote Check Deposit (RCD) - Allows checks to be deposited to the bank. Clients will use the platform to scan checks, balance transactions and transmit deposit information to M&T Bank. Additionally, clients are able to create an item, deposit and/or audit level report 1

NAVIGATION You can easily navigate to all your services using the navigation bar. Each navigation title is sorted by service category, including Reporting, Payments, Receivables, File Management, and Admin. Responsive design renders the screen view, including the navigation bar, depending on your device (e.g. desktop, laptop, tablet or a mobile device). Responsive Design: Desktop Navigation View: 3

CUSTOMIZING YOUR DASHBOARD M&T s Commercial Services has a customizable dashboard that allows you to personalize your log in views to the services you use the most. Commercial Services uses blocks of functionality, or widgets, to organize your dashboard. Widget Elements: 1. Add widget dropdown is in the upper right corner of every screen and provides a list of available widgets that can be added to any page you choose 2. Cogwheel ( ) contains widget settings including Help, Remove, Resize 3. Print, export and refresh are options within each widget 4. Add, Resize (half or full page width), Relocate, or Remove widgets 1 2 3 4 6

Adding a Widget 1. Click on the Add Widget drop down arrow located in the right corner of your dashboard. A list of available widgets for your dashboard will be displayed 2. Click on the name of the widget you would like to add to your dashboard. The new widget appears under any existing widgets on your dashboard and will be saved in that position for future logons unless you choose to move it to another location Moving a Widget 1. Click on the top border of the widget with the mouse arrow. Hold the left mouse button down to grab, then release the left mouse button to drop the widget where you would like to place it on your dashboard. You will see a blue border appear when it is in move mode Removing a Widget 1. Click on the cogwheel ( ) in the upper right corner of a widget to access the widget settings 2. Click on remove. 3. The widget will be removed. It can be added again if desired Resizing a Widget 1. Click on the cogwheel ( ) in the upper right corner of a widget to access the widget settings 2. Click on resize to toggle the widget between half or full page width Option 1 Full Page Width Option 2 Half Page Width 7

Option 2 Half Page Width Grid Elements: Some widgets contain grids containing data. Each grid is customizable and can be filtered to your needs. 1. Columns a. Filter ascending or descending order by clicking on the title of the column b. Add or remove columns within a grid i. Click on the cogwheel ( ) in the upper right corner of the grid i. All available columns will appear ii. Check the box to add a column or uncheck the box to remove the column iii. Click update iv. Click the upper right corner drop down and click save view if you want to use the view again. Note: You can save more than one view of the grid c. Move columns by clicking on the column and dragging it to a new location within the grid 2. Filters a. Filter by column i. Under the filter drop down ii. Select a column name to filter iii. Enter the value to filter iv. Click Apply b. Manage Filters i. Click Manage Filters ii. Choose one or more columns to filter iii. Enter a value for each column selected 8

2a 2b NOTIFICATIONS The Notifications widget will display all bank related messages and the number of approvals needed (e.g. New User approval, User modification approval). A. For bank related messages, click View to expand the message B. For approvals, click View to access the User Maintenance widget to perform any necessary approvals. Note: The ability to approve is dependent on the Approve permission(s) being granted 10

PASSWORD SETTINGS Passwords are an important security mechanism used to authenticate access to Commercial Services. You can change your existing password if you have forgotten your password or if you want to change the password you are currently using. The requirements for passwords in Commercial Services are as follows: At least 8 characters At least one capital letter and one lowercase letter At least one number Cannot be your email Cannot have 3 or more repeating characters Cannot repeat your last 4 passwords Forgot Password You have the option to request a new temporary password if you have forgotten your password. 1. Click the Forgot Password? link on the login screen 2. Type in your User ID >Then click Next.You will prompted to answer two security questions 3. Type in the answers to your security questions Note: Contact the Commercial Service Team at 1-800-724-2240, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm ET if you do not remember the answers to your security questions. 4. Click Next after providing your security answers 5. An email containing a temporary password will be sent to the email address in your Commercial Services user profile Note: The temporary password will expire within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not log in within 24 hours, follow the Forgot Password steps again to receive a new temporary password. 11

Once your password is successfully changed, you will receive an email similar to the one below: Change your Password If you would like to change your existing password, you can do so within your profile once logged into Commercial Services. 1. Log in to Commercial Services and click on your User ID in the upper right corner of your screen. A drop down menu will appear 2. Click Password Settings 3. Enter your current password, your new password, and re-enter your new password 4. Click Next 5. You will receive a confirmation that your password has changed successfully 1. Click on USER ID 2. RESET SECURITY QUESTIONS If you would like to change your existing Security Questions (questions and/or answers), you can do so within your profile once logged into Commercial Services. 1. Log in to Commercial Services and click on your User ID in the upper right corner of your screen. A drop down menu will appear 2. Click Security Questions 1. Click on USER ID 2. Select Security Questions 3. Select one or more new security questions and/or provide one or more new answers 4. Click Save 17
