IoT Architect CERTIFICATION A IoT Architect has demonstrated proficiency in IoT technology architecture, protocols, mechanisms and security, and has acquired specialized skills to assess, design and deliver real-world IoT solutions. A IoT Architect understands the business value and business drivers behind the utilization of the Internet of Things (IoT), and has demonstrated proficiency in the assessment and design of IoT solutions. In addition to a deep understanding of the inner workings of IoT technologies, edge computing, edge platforms and enabling devices, protocols and mechanisms, the IoT Architect can design IoT technology architectures for storing, retaining and managing data collected form IoT devices. The IoT Architect further has the specialized skills required to identify security threats and vulnerabilities and establish counter-measures that mitigate the risks associate with data leakage, customer privacy and data security. To achieve this certification, Exam IT90.01 must be completed with a passing grade. IoT Technology & Architecture Lab MODULE 03 This course module presents participants with a series of exercises and problems that are designed to test their ability to apply their knowledge of topics covered in previous courses. Completing this lab will help highlight areas that require further attention and will help prove hands-on proficiency in IoT concepts, technologies, architecture models and devices, as they are applied and combined to solve real-world problems. For instructor-led delivery of this lab course, the Trainer works closely with participants to ensure that all exercises are carried out completely and accurately. Attendees can voluntarily have exercises reviewed and graded as part of the class completion.
