It uses a real life case study approach in order to plan, manage and execute a detailed requirements development process, to successfully manage stakeholders, and to reduce organisational risk by understanding the impact of change across the business. For the purposes of certification preparation the emphasis of this course will be on the following topical areas; Elicitation & Collaboration, Requirements Lifecycle Management and Requirements Analysis and Design Definition.
