1. Introduction to KSC website www.ksc.net belongs to KSC Commercial Internet Co., Ltd. It provides information about KSC services and also provides online services for KSC members. KSC subscribers can manage their Internet account via this website. 2 1 Type www.ksc.net to access to an introduction page, a main menu that guides you to other part of the website. You can choose; 1) Main Menu : Menu to key functions of the website; Home, About KSC, News, Products and Services, Branch, Member Zone and Customer Service. 2) Text Link Menu : Menu to extra services; Online Shopping, Contact Us, Modem Number and Th/Eng language switching menu. To enter the website s home page, choose the language you prefer at the Enter to website or click Home at the main menu. 3

Home 7 1 8 2 9 3 5 4 6 In the Home page you can find more information about KSC services and technical information, by using the following menus. 2.1 Member Login : Enable subscribers to manage their Internet accounts. 2.2 Online Shopping : Enable subscribers to purchase KSC products/services online. 2.3 Live Assistant : Enable subscribers to have a real-time conversation with KSC agent on via website. 2.4 Customer Service Shortcut : Special menus for subscribers. They can pay their monthly fee, use e-mail service, check usage balance and renew their Internet accounts. 2.5 PR News Update : Provide updated PR news 2.6 Service Menu Shortcut : Provides information about each of KSC services, categorized into Home Services, Business Services, Internet Data Center and Hotspot 2.7 Products Search : Enable subscribers to search for KSC service information. 2.8 Hot Promotion : Introduce KSC latest promotions. 2.9 All Promotions : Provide promotions of KSC services information. 4
3. Member Zone Member Zone is an online service for KSC members to manage their accounts. Login to the system and type your username and password at Member Login in the left. Choose a domain you are using and click Login. For KSC Broadband Lite members, choose @adsllite.ksc.co.th For KSC Broadband Prima member, choose @adsl.ksc.co.th System will direct to the Member Zone. 1 5 2 6 3 7 4 Now, you are ready to; 3.1 Account Info : You can check monthly Internet usages and usage hours balance here. 3.2 Check Usage : You can check your personal information here. 3.3 Change Password : You can reset your password here. 3.4 Account Management : For KSC Broadband Prima subscribers, you can manage your e-mail accounts and storage here. 3.5 Pay your bill : You can check your account balance or make an online payment in Online Billing & Payment page here. 3.6 ESET Smart Security Registration : You can register to get a username and password, the license to install ESET Smart Security program. You can also download the program and user s guide here. 3.7 Corporate SMS : You can send Corporate SMS, SMS broadcasting via website, here. Those services included; 5
3.1 Account Information Check your personal information and login details. 6
3.2 Check Usage In this page, you can check your monthly usage hours, check usage history and see summary of your total usage. 7
3.3 Change Password You can change your password at this page by entering your current password. Then, set a new password and re-enter the new password to confirm. Click SUBMIT and your new password will be set. 8
3.4 Account Management For KSC Broadband Prima subscribers, you can manage your email storage and number of email accounts, according to the email storage allowed. In the first page, you will find a table summarizing domain names, email storage and numbers of e- mail accounts, you can manage all of these by choosing Manage. 9
To manage your e-mail quota and number of e-mail accounts. 1) Click Add account to add new e-mail account. To edit e-mail account detail, click Edit To delete e-mail account, click Delete 2) Complete the information in the required field to set your E-mail Account, Domain, Password, Quota, Forward to and Auto Reply Message. Click Save. The e-mail account details will be displayed in the e-mail account summary page. 10
3.5 Pay your bill (Online Billing & Payment) For security reasons, you are required to login to the Online Billing & Payment with another set of username and password, which is not the one you use to connect to the Internet. Ty In case you have never used this service before, click Sign Up Now. The system then shows the registration page. You are required to register another set of username and password and complete all the information required. 11
The system shows the registration page for signing up the username and password for the Online Billing & Payment. The system shows new password requiring page in case of forgetting password. 12
After finishing logging in, the system then shows the online payment page. The instruction is as below; Section 1 : Payment 1. Online payment 2. Payment history 3. Change and manage user information *Remark KSC Broadband subscribers are unable to use those services because they provided for True Move users only. 13
Section 1 : Payment 1. Online payment You are able to pay the bill via website here as following instruction; 1) Click Online payment, the system then shows monthly fee detail which does not exceed the billing cycle. In case would like to see more detail click Detail. 14
2) After clicking the list preferred, the system then shows the billing detail. Click Confirm Pay to begin the online payment process. 3) The system then shows the payment is processing. 15
4) The system then redirects to the online payment by True Money. Choose the payment channel, the available channel is to pay by credit card. 5) The system then redirects to Kasikorn payment gateway page. Type the information required then click PAY NOW. 16
6) The system then summaries the payment detail. Check again then click Continue. 7) The system then sends the information to the bank to proceed the transaction. Please wait. 17
8) The system then shows Approved at the result title after getting approval from the bank and proceed the transaction. Click Continue to complete the payment. 9) The system then shows the payment complete confirmation page. Click Report & Continue. 18
10) The system then shows the payment result. Please print or record the approval code for the reference. Click Print. 19
2. Payment History You can check the payment history here. The report is able to be sorted by username, service group, account number or payment date. 20
3. Direct debit application In case you would like to pay by direct debit. You can apply online via KSC website by typing the required information. The juristic persons who subject to withholding tax are unable to pay the bill by direct debit channel. 21
Section 2 : View your transaction 1. Billing history You can check the billing history here by choosing the list from the menu then click OK. The system then shows the billing history the table. 22
Section 4 : Change personal information 1. Change Password You can change your password here by typing the new password then click Confirm. 23
2. Change and Manage user information The system then shows the personal information and others. You can change user information here by typing the information need to be changed. 24
3.6 ESET Smart Security Register to get a username and a password to install and update the ESET Smart Security program. To do this, click Get Username & Password. The system will generate a username and a password, which will be displayed every time you access to the service. So you are not required to register for a new username and password later. At this page, you can download the ESET Smart Security program and user s guide. 25
3.7 Corporate SMS With the Corporate SMS service, you can easily send messages via website to mobile phones. Click Send SMS to enter the message sending page. At this page you can download user s guide and find more information about the service. The Send SMS button directs you to the SMS Sending page. Enter the username and password you have received. Fill in the Corpcode 160328 Then, click Login to gain access to the Corporate SMS service. 26
4. Live Assistant Service With the Live Assistant Service, you can have a real-time conversation with each KSC department via website. This is the new communication channel that would be convenience for subscribers. Choose the department you require, then you will contact KSC agents like talking on the telephone without additional charge. 27
To Use Live Assistant Service 1) Click Live Assistant to access to the service page. The pop-up window will appear on screen to ask for a microphone and a speaker testing. When the devices are ready, click OK 2) If the alert message as showed in the top bar is appearing, it means that the ActiveX, which is required in using the Live Assistant service, has never been installed in your computer. You are required to install the ActiveX. Click Install ActiveX Control on the popup screen. 28
3) When the security warning popup appears, click Install to start the ActiveX program installation. 4) When the installation is complete, enter Live Assistant page again. If the device testing window appears, click OK to close the window. 29 5) 6)
5) Click the icon of each KSC department you would like to contact. System will contact to KSC Agent immediately. Remark You will need a microphone and a speaker, connected to, or built in your computer to contact KSC agent. If you are using the program for the first time, it will take approximately 20 seconds to download the ActiveX program. IE6 or higher version is the best supporting for Live Assistant service. The service is free of charge. 30
