4 New Features CYBER Release 1.39.1.0 includes changes t the Dcument tab f a yuth s Facesheet allwing new CYBER users access t uplad and view dcuments t a yuth s recrd. This release will als include enhancements fr CSA users when searching fr r adding new recrds within CYBER. 4.1 Dcument Uplad Phase II The fllwing changes have been made t the Dc tab f a yuth s recrd fr the Dcument Uplad Phase II functinality: Access t the Dcument Uplad functinality within the Dc tab f a yuth s recrd will be given t RES, IIC and CRI user types. There will be updates t the list f Dcument Types and Dcument Sub Types available fr each user type with the apprpriate security will be able t uplad t a yuth s recrd. A new layer f security will be implemented t limit the view access f users t certain Dcument Types upladed t a yuth s recrd. The system will nw nly allw users t uplad dcuments in the fllwing file frmats:.bmp - Picture.gif - Picture.jpeg - Picture.jpg - Picture.pdf.png - Picture.tif - Picture.tiff - Picture EXE (CSOC) users will have their Dcument Uplad functinality mdified t ensure nly specified users will be able t uplad and view dcuments n a yuth s recrd. 4.2 Assciate Yuth Search The fllwing changes have been made t the Call Mdule and Add New Child t the system screen: The fllwing new fields will be added t Assciate Yuth tab f the Call Mdule t enhance the pssible search: Age Gender Under Age 25 The system will ignre special characters and suffixes in the entered search fields f the Assciate Yuth tab r within the yuth s recrd when running a search fr a yuth s recrd. The Call ID field will be remved frm the Assciate Yuth tab and will be displayed in the header f the Call Mdule. There will be additinal clumns fr Primary and Secndary Phne Numbers in the search grid f the Assciate Yuth tab. There will be a new call reslutin added t the Call Reslutin grid n the Reslutin tab f the Call Mdule labeled Transfer t Care Cnnectr. The system will nw validate that the user selects at least ne f the fllwing Call Reslutins prir t being able t Accept & Keep Call Open: Transferred t Clinical Queue Transferred t Care Cnnectr Referred Internally (PC) fr Reslutin 4.3 Camp 2017 The fllwing changes have been made t CYBER fr the Camp 2017 functinality: Updated aut Prgress Ntes fr Camp and Camp One-t-One Requests t include the new Pending and Nt Apprved reasns. The Start and End Date f the auths aut generated fr apprved Camp and Camp One-t-One Requests has been updated t the 2017 camp seasn. 5 Defect Fixes The fllwing items were fixed and have been included in this release. FgBugz #/ Wrk Order # FB22222 Issue: 311 ICD-10 Diagnsis Cdes have been deleted frm the system. Hwever if a user cpies an existing diagnsis with the 311 ICD-10 cde the system is cpying ver the deleted cde fr the new diagnsis. Reslved: Users can n lnger cpy inactive diagnsis cdes that are visible n ld diagnsis recrds. Issue: Diagnsis is nt being printed n Facesheet crrectly. FB22253 WO 192212 Reslved: The print reprt fr the yuth s Facesheet Diagnsis screen is nw crrectly displaying the Cmplete Diagnsis recrds. Issue: Users are receiving a Null Exceptin Errr while pening a BPS frm the Plan Apprval screen. FB22418 Reslved: Users are able t pen BPS Assessments as expected frm the Plan Apprval screen. FB22638 WO 198535 Issue: When cmparing a new UMSR frm t an assciated SNA, the rated questin in the IDD Mdule, Self-Care Daily Living Skills shws a different scre in the assciated UMSR. Reslved: The questins Self-Care Daily Living Skills is nw apprpriately cpying the selected answer in the assciated UMSR. FB22727 WO 199762 Issue: CSA users are seeing duplicate entries in the Review Histry grid fr Camp and Camp One-t-One Requests submitted last year. Reslved: The Review Histry grid has had the duplicate recrds remved and is displaying the crrect infrmatin. FB22843 WO 200386 Issue: The UM frm Substance Use rating frm the assciate SNA dse nt match the actual SNA selected rating. Reslved: The system is nw crrectly displaying the selected SNA rating in the UM frm it is assciated with fr the Substance Use questin. FB 22729 FB22704 Issue: If a user attempts t submit an Applicatin fr Financial Supprt tward Summer Camp Tuitin that indicates they need One-t-One Aide but has already submitted an PC_Release_Ntes_1_39_1_0_AsscYuth_DcUpII_Camp2017_Release_V_1_0.dcx 6
FgBugz #/ Wrk Order # WO 199762 Applicatin fr One-t-One Aide fr Summer Camp the system incrrectly gives the user a validatin. Once the validatin is triggered the user cannt submit the Applicatin, hwever, the assciated requests get submitted.
