2 Widget Library The new Velcify Pulse Widget Library is a highly extensible and flexible framewrk t make each f yur users mre prductive. Widget Library builds n existing functinality in fur ways: 1. Allws fr greater persnalizatin each user/rle can see a different set f widgets fr each Salesfrce Object (Leads, Accunts, Cntacts, and Opprtunities) 2. Expands Widget Layut ptins as well as lcatin widgets f where widgets can be lcated (Pririty View, Detail Page, and nw the dialer HUD) 3. Defines which Related Objects and fields t display in the Related Recrds widgets 4. Prvides additinal ut-f-the-bx default widgets Release Ntes: Access Widget Library Navigate t Velcify Admin tab > Sales Optimizatin > Widgets Types f Widgets There are three different widget types: 1. Velcify (default) 2. Related Recrds 3. Custm 1. Velcify Widgets Widgets with type Velcify are default widgets, which are included in the library The layut clumn indicates the number f layuts the widget has been applied Velcify (default) widgets cannt be mdified 1

3 Velcify Widget Name Velcify Widget Descriptin Prgress Quick visual indicatr f the prgress made in qualifying a recrd Will shw Created Date, Last Distributin, Last Cntact Attempt, Last Cntact, and when Qualified based ff Velcify Actins Taken Timeline Displays all Velcify Activity (distributin, actins), Salesfrce Tasks, and Field updates (if field histry is enabled). Entries are shwn with mst recent activity at the tp Upcming Displays any future Salesfrce Events scheduled fr the assciated recrd Lcal Displays a Ggle Map based ff the address assciated with the recrd. Lcal time and weather are available as cnversatin starters. Verify Used t help supprt prspecting activities verify will suggest patterns based and prbability f crrectness based n ther cntacts within that rganizatin and cmmn practices This allws yu t test that validity f the pattern Dialer Displays which recrd is being dialed Prir t September 2016 release, the Dialer nly appeared in the Left Navigatin pane, nw admins can chse t add this widget t the Detail pages r Pririty View Call Histry Displays the last 10 calls made by the user Call Recrdings Displays the Date / Time/ Duratin f calls made, alng with a link t play the call recrding Take Actin Allws admins t place the Velcify Actin Pane n Detail pages (default) r n the Pririty View 2

Related Recrds Widget T create a new Related Recrds Widget, select +New Widget buttn Enter; Name f Widget Enter: Descriptin f Widget Chse Type: Related Recrds frm drp-dwn list Custmize Widget Select Object Type that applies t the new widget frm drp-dwn list Leads, Accunts, Cntacts, r Opprtunities Select Related Object frm drp-dwn list Add Fields t Table Type in field t search fr field name 3

5 As fields are added, field will display in the Related Recrds bx (t the right) s it is easy t view the fields that have been selected Click Save Can Edit r Delete Related Recrds Imprtant Nte: The Related Recrd Widget allws fr a maximum f six fields t be displaye 3. Custm Widget Select +New Widget buttn Enter: Name f new Widget Enter: Descriptin Chse Type: Custm frm drp-dwn list Enter URL fr Visual Frce page that will link the custm widget Use the settings icn t pass parameters t the Visual Frce page 4

Create a New Pririty View Layut Navigate t Velcify Admin tab > Sales Optimizatin > Widget Layuts Click +New Widget Layut buttn The Edit Widget Layut Cnfiguratin screen appears: Enter: Cnfiguratin Name Enter: Descriptin Default Layut Check this bx t Set this cnfigured layut as a default Select Users/Prfile fr wh will see this widget Check bx next t user s name 6
