In order to create shortcuts to these apps on your home screens, first unlock your device, then swipe up on your home screen to view your App Drawer. Locate and tap the Workspace icon. In the Workspace, you will see all of your managed apps. Tap the three vertical dots menu icon at the top right of the screen, then select Workspace settings to continue.
In Workspace settings, tap Workspace style to continue. Tap the Hide Workspace apps slider to turn it off. Next, tap DONE. Your managed apps will now appear in your App Drawer. Resolve Outlook Notification Delays In an effort to conserve battery life, by default the Android OS restricts battery use for Intune Company Portal and managed apps including Outlook whenever the device locks. This limits background app refresh and impacts timely receipt of email notifications. First unlock your device, then swipe up on your home screen to view your App Drawer. Locate and tap the Workspace icon. Next, Locate and tap the Company Portal icon. Tap the three vertical dots menu icon at the top right of the screen, then select Settings to continue.
