PREFACE : 1. Thank you for choosing FreeCAM Intra-Oral Camera for your advance integration. Prior to using FreeCAM Intra-Oral Camera, please read this User Manual carefully and keep it well preserved for future reference. 2. Please stop using this product if any damage or problem occurs! Attempt to try and repair this unit by unauthorized technician personnel WILL automatically lead to forfeit and negation of the warranty agreement. 3. The specifications are subject to change and revision without prior notice. DISCLAIMER : 1. PRECAUTIONS : 1. The intraoral camera should not be autoclaved. Please clean it with mild detergents or disinfectants. 2. Please use the attached disposable plastic barrier ( Sheath ) for protection when operating. 3. Do not touch the connectors with conductive material such as metal or with moisture to avoid short circuit or possible damages. 4. Do not disassemble the device by yourself, which would cause unexpected damages. 5. Do not press the device or the accessories such as LCD screen to avoid any damage. 6. Please disconnect the battery if this camera will be left idle for some times. WORKING ENVIRONMENT : 1. Please install this device in a dried environment. Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight. Do not conduct installation in a dusty or humid environment or under the improper temperature ( please see operating environment ) 2. ACCESSORIES : The FreeCAM Camera system hardware consists with the following components. OPERATION : A. The Main Control Panel: 1. Freeze Image Power on/off 2.Save Image 5. Delete Image 3. Previous Photo (Up Arrow) 4. Next Photo (Down Arrow) 6. Place the small LCD Monitor 1. FREEZE - Press once to power on, press and hold FREEZE button to turn off. 2. SAVE - Press the Save button once to capture and save the picture into Micro SD card. 3. - Viewing to the previous image by press ( Up Arrow ) button. 4. - Viewing to the next image by press ( Down Arrow ) button. 5. Delete - Delete the current image. 6. Insert the small LCD monitor into this hole. B. The Main Control Panel: 7.Place the small LCD Monitor 8.Micro SD card port 7. Side Insert ( option ) for small LCD monitor into this hole. 8. Insert the Micro SD card into the port. 3

FREEZE - Press once to freeze-frame screen, press and hold FREEZE button to turn off the power. 10. SAVE - Press once to turn the power ON. Press SAVE button once to save the image to Micro SD card. 4
INSTALLATION : A. Insert the Micro SD card in to the camera (please see the below diagram) Step 1. Open the plastic cover and take out the Micro SD card from box. Step 2. Insert the Micro SD card into the camera handpiece. Important: Insert the Micro SD card into the side port, with print side face down. 5
Step 3. Plug the small LCD monitor into the camera ENGLISH Important: You can adjust the 2.5 inch LCD screen by the following notes on the back of the screen: T : Screen can be 90 degree turning. M : For adjust LCD's brightness, color and contrast from the following buttons. + : Increase LCD's brightness, color and contrast - : Reduce LCD's brightness, color, and contrast Step 4. Connect the battery with the camera. Final 6
Step 5. View the LCD monitor Press the FREEZE button once to turn the power on, press SAVE button to capture the images and saved the image to Micro SD card. Press the buttons arrow up (previous) and arrow down (next), for viewing to pictures customers can check the saved images what had been captured by camera and the small monitor will display the image at the same time. Micro SD card can save approximate 500 pictures inside. After finishing capture, please take out the Micro SD card and put it into the USB SD card holder. You can insert this SD card holder directly into computer. 7
SOFTWARE : To Review, Retrieve or Save the picture to other files or software. ENGLISH Double click on MY COMPUTER, then double click X:\ Double click PHOTO and then double click VGA You can check all the images captured, and also save them into any hard disk of computer. 8
TROUBLESHOOTING: When failure or error occurs, please refer to following solutions to check the device. If problem remains, please contact your local dealer for repair or maintenance. Description The camera can not be startup with power switch (FREEZE/SAVE) Solution 1) Check if the battery is power on or low power. 2) Check if the battery connection is ok Small LCD display or TV can not reveal images. 1) Check make sure if the small LCD has been inserted into the LCD socket. 2) Make sure the LCD is in normal brightness. The image on the screen is slightly blurry Check if the battery is in low energy and to plug in the battery adaptor. A black dot showing on the freezed image or the screen 1) Check the screen for cleanness. 2) Check the camera lens for cleanness. 3) If none of the above, please contact your local dealer. Can not freeze, save, review the previous or next image 1) Check if the Micro SD card is inserted into the port. 2) If it is not the problem with Micro SD card, please contact your local dealer. 9
