RenWeb Parent User Guide Here s how to access your easy to use RenWeb ParentsWeb: 1. 2. 3. First, ensure that the school has your email address in RenWeb. Next, go to renweb.com and on the top right hand corner, click Login. Click ParentsWeb Login. 4. Type your school s District Code which is SP-OK; input your User Name and Password, and click Login. If you have yet to create your RenWeb account, follow steps 1-3 above, then click Create New ParentsWeb Account. a. Input school s District Code which is SP-OK, and enter the email address that you provided to the school when you first applied. An email will be sent to the email address that you provided. b. In the body of this email, click the Click to change password link. This link is only valid for 30 minutes. c. A web browser displays your Name and RenWeb ID. d. Type a User Name, Password, and Confirm the password. e. Click Save Password. A message displays at the top of the browser that reads, User Name/Password successfully updated. f. You can now log into ParentsWeb using your new User Name and Password. 5.
School Information Tab: From this tab you can view the calendar, view and print Weekly Bulletins, Lunch Menus, view the School Directory, etc. Directory: View contact info for all St. Pius School families. If you have the RenWeb Home App on your phone, you can email and call other parents directly from your device with the Directory feature. Resource Documents: View and print Lunch Menus, important forms and Weekly Bulletins.
Student Information Tab: Overview of grades, attendance, library and more all in 1 screen. Grades: Check your child s final grades and mid-term reports. The drop down menu allows you to choose a class and see a breakdown of the grade your child received in that specific class.
Family Information Tab: From the Family Information tab, you can view and edit your contact information, see lunch balance, link to FACTS, update your password, etc. Family Information: To update your contact information, add grandparents contact information, etc, select Family Demographic Form link under Online Filing Cabinet. Username/Password: Change your username or password from the option on this page. Service Hours: Avoid paperwork and file your family Care & Share hours on Renweb. On the Family Home screen, select the correct parent. Above his/her contact info on the right, select Service Hours. Enter the date, description (drop-down options), hours and note please note the specifics of the activity. Verification is not required.
FACTS Tab: From the FACTS tab, you can view all billing for your family including tuition plan and payments, incidental expenses (athletics, etc.) and lunch balance. Make a Lunch Account Payment: To add funds to your lunch account, select Family Billing. Then select Pay Now and indicate the amount you d like to add. Remember a negative balance reflects the amount still left to spend on your account, so -$21.45 means you have $21.45 left to spend on lunch. FACTS Home: Click here to update your FACTS account information, password, etc.
