In order to create shortcuts to these apps on your home screens, first unlock your device. 2. Swipe up on your home screen to view your App Drawer. 3. Locate and tap the Workspace icon. In Workspace, you will see all of your managed apps. 4. Tap the three vertical dots menu icon in the top right of the screen, and then tap Workspace settings.
5. In Workspace settings, tap Workspace style. 6. Tap the Hide Workspace apps slider to turn it off. 7. Tap DONE. Your managed apps will now appear in your App Drawer. 1. To add an app shortcut to the home screen, tap the app icon and hold your finger down until the menu appears. 2. Tap Add to Home or drag the shortcut to a position on your home screen.
Add your mailbox to Microsoft Outlook Once Intune has pushed the Microsoft Outlook application automatically to your device you can then proceed. 1. Unlock your device, and then swipe up on your home screen to view your App Drawer. 2. Locate and tap the Workspace icon. 3. Locate and tap the Outlook icon. 4. When Outlook opens, tap the GET STARTED button. 5. Enter your CFMWS email address, and then tap CONTINUE. 6. Enter your CFMWS NPF domain user password. 7. Tap the ADVANCED SETTINGS slider to turn it on.
8. Enter additional field values as indicated below. Server: webmail.cfmws.com Domain\Username: cfcf\[your CFMWS username] 9. Tap the checkmark in the top right corner to continue. 10. When prompted to Activate device administrator, tap ACTIVATE. Your account has been added successfully. 11. When prompted to add another account, tap SKIP.

Resolve Outlook notification delays In an effort to conserve battery life, by default the Android OS restricts battery use for the Intune Company Portal and managed apps including Outlook whenever the device locks. This limits background app refresh and impacts timely receipt of email notifications. 1. Unlock your device, and then swipe up on your home screen to view your App Drawer. 2. Locate and tap the Workspace icon. 3. Locate and tap the Company Portal icon. 4. When Outlook opens, tap the Get Started button. 5. Tap the three vertical dots menu icon in the top right corner of the screen, and then tap Settings to continue.
6. Tap the TURN OFF button, and then tap ALLOW to continue.
