CCS PRESENTATION CCS is an innovative communication platform installed in the "CLOUD". It can accommodate business customers with very different profiles and wishing to communicate quickly in an automated manner. Software integrators, security operators, trades requiring means of rapid communications, government, big business, everyone can find an effective solution, offering flexibility and processing tools available 24/24, 7 / 7. CCS platform meets the rules for electronic communication. Anti-SPAM, Anti SPOOFING, and Opt-IN Opt-Out are rules to follow between the parties, a contract must be signed prior to use. SMS Possibility of concatenation (more than 160 characters, an SMS = 160 characters). SMS pricing is based on the volume, criticality and destination countries. SMS are sent only on mobile numbers. Outgoing SMS can be answered by incoming SMS sent on a mail (SMS reply = option). CHANNELS Your messages can be sent via different channels, http(s) or by your SIM card hosted on our servers (= your bill by your mobile operator). An Internet connection is required on the machine where you connect on SFU WEB. SMS INFO allows sending your messages by SMS. REQUIREMENT A Web browser. The following browser are tested successfully: (Chrome Firefox IE) 3

1.1 TO READ BEFORE CONNECT To operate, you must first know your username (login) and password. If you are a single user, you will enjoy all the rights of administration proposed by the SMS solution INFO. If you are an entity of multiple users, each user must be authenticated (login and password) by the administrator who is designated within your organization who has received all rights INFO SMS account management. An administrator can manage users, but also groups in which managers may also manage several groups. The structure of the rights is as follows : An administrator may: (an admin is also a user of the solution) Manage Groups an Users ; Manage the contacts and the predefined shared messages; Manage his own contacts and his predefined personal messages ; Manage the credits refill for the entire organization as well for the groups ; Manage the flow of the replied SMS (option*) ; Seen the historical of all the users and generate the reports ; Billing the groups with a unit price for the sent messages (integrators, cost center, internal services, ). 4

A group admin can: (a manager is also a user of the solution) Manage the contacts and the predefined and shared messages of his group; Manage his own contacts and his predefined personal messages ; Seen the historical of all the users of his group and generate the reports ; A User in a group can: Manage his own contacts and personal predefined ; Seen his historic and generate his reports ; Use the contacts and the predefined messages shared by a group admin or by the general admin. 1.2 GLOSSARY OF SYMBOLS By moving the mouse over a symbol as shown below will display its meaning. 1.3 CONNECTION Via your web browser, use the link: https://ecom.inforius.be/ to connect to SMS INFO. You have previously received a username and password. If you used before by a solution MySMS Messenger (SYSTEMAT ), you can be kept the same login information. Your login = User Password = Password These credentials must be introduced into the screen "Login" like below: To log in, use or use the "Enter" key on your keyboard. 6

In case of bad credential the connection will be refused, the system informs you and prompts you again to enter valid data. If successful, you will come to the home screen with a series of tabs who propose different features depending on your rights to use or administration. 7

1.3.1 Choice of language : In the upper right corner of the application, you can select your preferred language among those who are available. Warning: If you are working on an interface and you change "language" in process, an prompted message is displayed (with cancel choice), in case of cancellation, the work in progress is maintained. In case of acceptation, the work in progress will be lost. If you change the language to use, the next connection and this will be the working language will be displayed by default. 8

1.3.2 Logout: To exit the application properly, it is recommended to use the logout link at the top left of the interface displayed on the screen. If you do not use this feature at next login you will receive a warning screen (in four languages), informing you that the previous connection is still in use. An opened connection is valid for 24 hours. E.g.: if you close the Internet without disconnecting properly. The next screen connection (before 24 hours) will be: If you confirm, you close the open connection and replace it with the new one. This screen can also appear if you try to open an assignment with the data (username and password) of a user already connected. If you confirm, the current user will be ejected from its connection and can no longer work. If you refuse, you will use your personal login. 1.3.2.1 Automatic disconnection : However, if you open an interface without making any changes, after 20 minutes, you will disconnect automatically by the platform. The login screen will then be presented again. 9

1.4 ADMINISTRATION MENU (DASHBOARD) Your dashboard applies to all your active contracts. If you are a user of a "Single" account you will have access to this tab. If you are an administrator of an account "Multiple Users" you will have access to this tab. If you are a group manager and / or a single user, you will not have access to this tab. This interface is divided into several parts, some of which are purely informative and others allow you to make changes. 1.4.1 Identification part: Definition of fields: Name : name of your organisation. Legal Type : kind of company. Vat = your business number on which INFORIUS charge. A mask is applied to the Field : eg filling as : Address = Street + Number & box + Zip code + City + Country. Phone & Fax = numbers where Inforius can call you. EMail = e-mail address where you want to receive notifications of low credit. Low Credit Limit = a number which when reached, causes the sending of the e-mail notification. Additional Low Credit Emails (semicolon separated) = E-mail addresses may also receive notification (if multiple addresses separated by a ";" and no space between the addresses indicated). 10

1.4.2 Contracts area : This part of the administration interface, presents the different solutions (licenses) that your account allows to use. Pictures in color show a solution usable and in blue indicate a solution which is not active. Passing your mouse over a logo, this information appears. 1.4.3 Status area : Under this heading you will find information related to your account and you can thereafter to know at any time the remaining space to manage your groups and your users. These notions of "maximum" are regarding to the kind of INFORIUS account. Administrator, user and group are explained in 1.1 Example: this account has the following options: Maximum number of users: 50 users can be activated and only 1 is already active. Maximum number of groups can create up to 10 user groups with one group is already active. Maximum number of admin client: is the number of active administrator account, minimum 1. Maximum number of admin group: represents the number of possible manager user group. 11

1.4.4 Group management: Through this menu, only an administrator can create and modify the structure of users within the organization. When creating your INFORIUS account a default group is first created, the group "Default" is one who is assigned to the base administrator. 1.4.4.1 Default group: Vous pouvez y apporter certaines modifications en utilisant le symbole «Edit» The edit menu group appears on the screen: The fields you can change are: Name = name you give to this group. Low credit limit = low a value from which you want to receive a notification by e-mail if the number of credits allocated (by default all credits) group falls below this value. 1.4.4.2 New user group : You can create new groups within the maximum allowed number of groups. To do this, use the "New Group" at the bottom of the screen: Group s edition screen opens : Write down the name of the group you create, as well as low credit limit (a value from which you want to receive a notification by e-mail if the number of credits assigned to group falls below this value). This field is optional if you do not distribute any specific credit to this group, in this case leave this field empty. The checkbox "Active" enables you to create a group that you can then enable or disable based on your organization's needs. Caution: If you disable a group with users, all users (members) of the group become inactive. 13

An active group is shown with the name of the group in dark. An inactive group is represented with the group name in clear writing. Once a group is placed in "inactive", it is no longer required to account for the maximum number of the groups available (status)! However, if you have reached the maximum number of group you want to enable a group that was "inactive", the system will reject the transaction. When creating a new group, no member is assigned (no user). Except the default group that already contains the connection settings of the administrator. Is Client Admin : used to declare user as the administrator of the solution, if you uncheck this box, a warning message will indicate that the user no longer has access to the menus accessible by the administrator. You need to declare another user with these rights. Several client admin can live according to the rights of the account. 16

Is Group Admin : By default, the administrator is also a user who can manage his group. You can uncheck the box if you do not want this applied. Group : default if the user can manage a group, you define which group it can manage. (see also 1.1) Is Active : can not be changed at this level (see explanatory box on the interface). 17

1.4.4.5 Adding a new user: To add a new user in your solutions (your dashboard applies to all active contracts), use the key: The editing screen opens and allows you to record the settings you want to apply. Parameter values : First name and Name are required fields. Login is unique and can be modified (connection ID). Password: is modifiable and crypted, if you forget it, Inforius must create a new one. Email: is the mail address where the replied SMS can be sent (if SMSReply service is active) Mobile: informative field. Language : default is the language which the account was opened, if you change this setting, it will be taken into account directly and will be applied by default when the user login the next time. Is Client Admin.: used to declare user as the administrator of the solution, if you check this box and another user is already declared as such rights (depending on the maximum number of admin client), the system will validate or not the right. In this case, you should change the setting of the other user already having these rights. Is Group Admin.: a user can manage his group (depending on the maximum number of group admin). You can uncheck the box if you do not want this rule to be applied. Group: if the default user can manage a group, you define which group he can manage. Finish with the button «Save». (Seen also : 1.1) 18

Once a user is created, the admin interface shows hierarchically the groups composition and administration of the various attributes of group members. If it is impossible to modify an admin role to a user, the system will notify you via a message at the top of the tab bar. A group admin will receive an e-mail notification in case of low credits in his group and according to the information given by the administrator of the account (Client Admin) and provided that the group admin have recorded an e-mail address to receive this notification. 19

1.4.5 Credits management: «Refill» tab allows a Client Admin (only) to do some actions. 1.4.5.1 Balance: The balance of credits is assigned to the default group, then only the administrator can make an assignment of the credits for each group. A group who becomes inactive loses its credit which is then a balance of remaining credits. BEFORE AFTER The value of "low credit" has been set when creating groups, the administrator will receive a notification group reaching the limit. To change the assignment, use the key: The following screen opens: (example) 20

Facing every existing group you can adjust the remaining credits. The first visit of this interface will display the total credit to the default group. Once this operation is done, use the key As administrator you can give a credit of your choice to all of the groups where the credit is null, in the limit of the available unassigned credits. 1.4.5.2 Refill credits procedure : To refill the credits, use the proposed link which arrives on an INFORIUS order form. The link is like this: 1.4.5.3 This function is useful only if you work with the prepaid credits. Only an administrator can refill an account. 1.4.5.4 Refill Historic: This information shows the dates and numbers of credits refilled on your account. This information gives you real-time balance on the last refill. 1.4.5.5 About Assistance : Cette interface vous permet deux choses : This interface allows you two things: The second gives you quick access to the help files. 1.4.6 Trafic Reports Menu (Historic): 1.4.6.1 See reports (History) : By default, the page looks like this: From this screen, you can choose three types of filters: o o o History of messages. Responses received. Billing to third parties. Start by selecting the desired filter and select a period. Basic, the period indicated on the screen is one month before the date of consultation. To change this time, use calendars with a mouse click on the field "Begin Date" and / or that of "End Date". If you agree with the period use the button selecting a media type., otherwise you can refine your selection by 23

If you use only one media, selecting "All", the media will be displayed by default. Other filters allow you to select the report for all groups or user group and also by user in a group. Once a selection suits your needs, use the button to activate the search. 24

The report screen opens as a spreadsheet: 1.4.6.2 Reading the report: The page number, followed by the number of recorded messages and the number of credit units consumed. The button "Export" allows export (CSV) of your full report if it contains a very large number of messages, you will receive an email to inform you of the availability of this report. Your report must be ready with: What will open a screen allowing downloading your report. This interface shows also the date of your last download. 25

Read the report The different columns are: Date = date and hour of the sent message. To = recipient. Text = content of the message. Country = destination. Type = type of used media. Units = credit spent for the sent message. Ack Date = date and hour of the Acknowledgment received from the mobile network. Status = type of the Acknowledgment received from the mobile network. (To see also general documentation). Bottom of the table (regarding the number of pages), you can read the number of the involved messages. 26

1.4.6.3 Reading the report table of responses: Although the SMSReply service (optional) allows the filing of the replies either by email or by FTP or by API, you can also see the responses received on the account. By applying the same principle of filtering to edit the report of items, you will get an array like: The different columns are: Date = reception date of the reply. Sender = mobile number of the sender. Content = replied message. Is Reply = (True is an answer to a sent message and False is an incoming message which cannot be associated to an outgoing message). Type = type of incoming media. 27

1.4.6.4 Billing : By applying the same filters, you can record a unit price in order to get a total bill(see 1.4.6.5 Using the toolbar of the report) that you can then use as you want. Select Billing A simple user or a Group admin cannot use the billing system. In the field : Give the unit price you want, the last price displayed will remain until your next change. The page number, followed by the number of recorded messages and the number of credit units billed. The button "Export" allows export (CSV) of your full report if it contains a very large number of messages, you will receive an email to inform you of the availability of this report. Read the billing table: Columns: Date = date and hour of the sent message. Text = recipient. Text = content of the message. Country = destination. Type = type of used media. Units = credit spent for the sent message. Ack Date = date and hour of the Acknowledgment received from the mobile network. Status = type of the Acknowledgment received from the mobile network. Bottom of the table (regarding the number of pages), you can read the number of the involved messages and the attached costs. 29

1.4.6.5 Using the toolbar of the report: You can select the pages: You can zoom on the screen: 1.4.6.6 Graph (Chart) : Each user has access to a report on its traffic, as an administrator, you have access to your traffic but also to see the use of consumption for different groups and different users. The first screen is the graph of outgoing messages per month, presented on a calendar year. Slide your mouse over a bar corresponding to a month of traffic, you can know the exact number for that period. 30

The color of the column indicates the type of media used, depending on the solutions you use. 31

1.5 ASSISTANCE The tab «About» allows you editing a screen as informative: Your position as a user (your rights) CLOUD software version and date of production. And the environment in which you work (test or production). The second part of this screen you can access the documentation concerning solutions (licenses) to which you have subscribed.
