User Manual for Qualified candidates through WBJEEM 2016 to participate in the Online Counseling West Bengal UG Medical and Dental State Quota seats 2016 (Purely indicative) The qualified candidates out of WBJEEM 2016 who wish to participate in online counseling will log on to www.wbmcc.nic.in website directly or through link of www.wbhealth.gov.in website during the stipulated days as per counseling schedule will reach the following webpage: Here the candidate has to click on to the button UG Medical Counseling. Fill the corresponding details as below example (purely indicative): Click on to the submit button: Choose payment mode either online or offline and if chosen offline then the following e - challan will be produced (purely indicative) Take print out, go to any branch of UBI (United Bank of India) during banking hours on 29 and 30 th August 2016 for payment of counseling fees as stipulated in the notice published in www.wbhealth.gov.in and in newspapers on 21.08.2016. They will receive transaction ID from bank. Keep it secured and not share it with anyone. West Bengal Medical Counseling Committee (WBMCC) will not be responsible if any unscrupulous activity occurs due to misplacement of transaction ID. Alternatively candidates may opt for online payment gateway option.
The online payment will be via credit card/debit card/net banking method (any one). The transaction ID generated shall be printed for future correspondence. The candidates after successful online payment will generate transaction ID and can complete the process of online registration and choice filling immediately. But for offline payment the transaction ID information will be uploaded in www.wbmcc.nic.in website only after 8 pm of the same day of payment. Please do not pay by both the methods. Avoid duplicate payment by even a single method as well. If after online transaction ID is not generated wait for few hours and check link of View transaction ID for automatic updating as shown below: Put your credentials under view transaction ID and click Search button. If the transaction is successful then the ID will be displayed for print out as shown below (purely indicative):
If successfully paid and generated transaction ID then go to the home page as below and click on to the Candidate Login button: The following page will be available: Click on to the New User Registration after Payment -
Fill the data as was done during filling up of form for WBJEEM 2016:- Mother s name as per the form filled up earlier before WBJEEM 2016 examination Please be careful about the format of the date of birth.

Security question and security answer must be carefully selected and kept secret. It will be required to regenerate the password if ever forgotten.
