Regina Leader-Post iservices iservices is a web-based interface that enables you to: View charges and payments. View routes and draw information. Enter single copy returns. Use email to contact Regina Leader-Post. Copy and paste link below on your browser: https://pniiservices.dticloud.com/cgi-bin/cmo_cmo.sh/routeservice/web/login.html?siteid=re (You can save this link in your Favorites bar so you won t have to copy and paste it each time you want to use iservices) 1. REGISTRATION For new users, click on Register in the Account Login screen. In Find Your Account section, enter at least two pieces of information to find your account e.g. account number and phone number

PLEASE NOTE: > Your account number is different from your route number. You can find your account number on your latest invoice (please refer to screenshot below) > Your phone number and/or postal code should be of the store s delivery location if different from the billing address (phone number format > 999-9999999) In Create Your Password section, enter the email address you want to use for iservices and a password, then Submit Password must be at least 8 characters long and: include at least 1 uppercase letters and 1 lowercase letters contain 1 numbers (0-9) and 1 special characters(!,*,_, etc.) have no more than 2 consecutive repeating characters (e.g. 1111) *** If there are too many matches with the information provided in the find your account section, the site will direct user back to the account registration page. Try entering more information or different combination of information in the Find Your Account section to narrow down search. *** If email address and password is already registered in the website, the user will be directed back to the account registration page.

When account is found, website will confirm that your account information has been updated And an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you used during registration. It is important to follow the link sent in the email confirmation to complete the account activation process. You will then be directed to the account activation page, click here on the web page to activate your login Enter your email address and password and click on Login.

ACCOUNT LOGIN Click on the iservices link in your Favorites on your browser, or copy and paste link below. https://pniiservices.dticloud.com/cgi-bin/cmo_cmo.sh/routeservice/web/login.html?siteid=re 3. ACCESSING ACCOUNT Once in iservices, you can start entering returns: Returns tab is where you will report your numbers of unsold paper for each publishing day. You can go to the Draw tab to see which week of returns was last submitted for your account (see Page 9).

i. Enter your Publication, Route, and Start Date (Monday of the week of returns) and click 'Continue' to create returns. ii. Click on Edit All Days to enter data for the entire week. i. Click the Save button once returns have been entered ( Clear will delete all entry and bring you back to the previous page).

Once processed, screen will go back to previous page where you have the following options: - Back will give you a summary of the returns you have entered. You can delete, edit, submit, print each summary. You can also click on Add Returns to enter another week of returns (follow same procedure as previous steps). - Print Batch will let you print the summary of returns you have entered.

- Submit Batch will submit your entered returns to Regina Leader-Post for final processing. You still have the option to print the batch and add returns on this page. - Edit All Days will let you modify returns entered (provided batch has not been submitted yet)

Aside from entering Returns, you can also access your account information in iservices: A. Account Info tab will show account details > name, address, phone, email, balance due, aging periods B. Change Account Information tab will let you update following account details: phone #, email address or add an alternate email address, choose option to receive email confirmations. This section is where you will also be able to manage your login password.

C. Payment tab will show payments applied on your account. *** Details Field option is not enabled in this section as details of each payment is already onscreen. D. Routes tab will show your account s route number. You will also be able to contact Distribution Services in this section by clicking on the underlined district manager. E. Draw tab shows weekly draws for the route (enter date range in the start date and end date fields). Results can also be filtered to show gross draw, returns, net draw, etc. You can also double check the last week of returns you have submitted for your route in this section prior to submitting returns (e.g. route below has submitted returns until week starting Sunday December 4 th, so retailer can resume submitting returns from week starting Sunday December 11 th )

F. Returns tab (instructions from Page 4) G. Reports and Messages tabs are currently not being used H. Contact Us tab will have a link to let you send an email to Distribution Services. 4. LOGOUT Click Logout on the right-hand side corner of header
