3 Login Page To access the system, enter the link below in your browser The above screen will be displayed To register click on the Click here to register link If you forgot your password select Forgot Password 3

4 Forgot Password If you forgot your password this screen will allow you to reset the password Enter your address that you signed up with, in the User Name field Select Submit An will be sent to that address. Inside that we will provide you with a link to click 4

5 After clicking the link, the screen above will appear. This is where you will enter your new password then click Change Password Once you have changed the password click Click here to login, this will take you back to the login screen where you will enter your and the new password you just created 5

6 Click Here to Register Select Click here to register to begin registering for the portal 6

7 Currently on the Waiting List Select the second option that is circled if you are currently on the Waiting List 7

8 Enter your registration code-this is the registration code in the letter sent to you via or to your mailing address Click GO 8

9 Enter your Personal Information and Account information in the provided fields You may use any address that you currently have access to Click Register Once you are registered you will receive a Welcome to the address you signed up with 9

10 This is an example of the Welcome that you will receive after successfully registering 10

11 Home Screen Once you are logged into the Portal, this home screen will appear These shortcuts are created for you to easily access your Compliance information, by just clicking the icons The Quick Links section will allow you to select any option from the drop down 11

12 Compliance Tab In the Compliance tab, the drop down will allow you to select two different categories Let s take a look at each category in the drop down 12

13 Wait Listing Information Basic Details Selecting the Waiting List Information category will allow you to view your waiting list information. There are three different tabs in this section. Basic Details is the first tab. The Basic Details tab is where you will find all details you ve entered regarding yourself and the members of your household If you make any changes to any of the sections, remember to click save 13

14 If you select the Collapse All option, it will provide you with the headers of each detailed section 14

15 Waiting List Information Preferences This is your Preferences tab. You are given a choice of preferences along with a description If the preference applies to you, check the box in the applied column You can use the search box to type in keywords to narrow down your selection Be sure to click save if you make any changes 15

16 Waiting List Information Waiting List Details This is your Waiting List Details tab It provides the details of your status on the waiting list Be sure to click save if you make any changes 16

17 Register With Another Code Charlotte Housing Authority This screen will allow you to register with another code (with a different agency) Once you enter the other registration code click GO The screen below will appear 17

18 Enter your information in the fields, and click register Once you are successfully registered, you will have access to all accounts 18

19 Access to multiple Accounts Charlotte Housing Authority Once you have registered with another code, you will be able to view each account and agency Choose the select option to view the information for that particular account 19

20 Updating your Contact Information Charlotte Housing Authority If you would like to update/change your contact information, go to the Quick Links section, and select Update My Contact Details Select Go The screen below will appear 20

21 If you would like to edit your profile select that option If you would like to change your password select that option 21

22 Edit Profile This screen will allow you to edit your contact information Be sure to select Update Profile to save your changes Your updates will be sent to our Housing Agency for approval 22

23 Take note of your change request number Once your changes are approved, those changes will be updated in the Portal for you 23

24 Change Password To change your password, enter your old password then enter you new password Be sure to click submit to save those changes 24

25 Contact Us If you need to contact our agency, select the Contact Us tab This screen will display our contact information 25

26 Logging Out To log out of your account select the arrow in the upper left-hand side of the screen 26
