Login Go to www.hubaa.com to log into THE HUB ordering site. Browser Requirements The following browsers are supported: Internet Explorer 10 Internet Explorer 11 Firefox (most recent, stable version) Chrome (most recent, stable version) Apple Safari 6.x Existing User If you are an existing user and already have a username and password, enter those values into the Username and Password fields then select the Log On button. 2
Create Account If you do not already have an account fill out the Create Account section of the page. Then select the Create Account button. Need Help Logging In? If you are an existing user and have forgotten your username or password select the Need Help Logging On button. This will direct you to a separate page that will ask you to enter your email address. 3
Enter your email address and click submit. You will then receive an email which notifies you of your username and contains a link to reset your password. 4
Select Your Preference Include a Personalized Letter With this selection, you can order any Glatfelter logo items and add a personal touch, with a letter, thanking them for the visit. Do this on site, or at home on your desktop or mobile device. In addition to branded merchandise, select items can be co branded with your customer s logo, adding excitement and impact to your next customer visit. 5
Letter Process As pictured above, after selecting the option to include a personalized letter, click the Continue button. This will take you to the usual Hub homepage. Continue ordering as you usually would. After everything you need is in your cart, Press Check Out per usual ordering to continue forward. Here, you will see your letter and be able to edit. This gives you the opportunity to personalize the letter to what you included in your order. In order to view the letter, you must first put in a shipping address. After this is complete, click the Order header to view your letter again. Now you may view a proof of the letter using the View Letter button below the letter. After going back to Order, and clicking the View Letter button, a proof of your letter exactly how it will be sent is created for your own proofing. Please remember that this will be printed exactly as displayed in this proof, so be sure to check everything! 6
Continue checking out per usual. When Prograde receives this order, they will print the letter, place in an embossed black sleeve, and send it with your products to the customer. Home Page Once successfully logged in you are able to order product(s), track your open and completed orders, request items that are not on the site as well as access other useful resources like this user guide. The home page contains navigation links to the main areas of the site. You can return to the home page from any screen by selecting the Home button on the top of the page. 8
Products The products page is where you will find a print shop product to order. How to Order To Find and Place items in the cart. 1. Select the category which best describes your item 2. Select the item you would like to order; to find an item, navigate through the items or use the search function Search To search for a product enter the product id, name or description into the Search field then select the search products button; to search for all products assigned to a cost center type in the desired cost center then click search cost centers; this search feature can also be found in the main navigation bar at the top of each page 9

Select the quantity you would like to order from the Order Quantity drop down list If the quantity you would like to order is not listed in the drop down email glt@prograde.com, indicate the item number and what quantity you would like to have added, someone will email you when this is completed 4. Click Add To Cart 5. On the Cart page you can: 10
Change the order quantity in the quantity drop down; you must select Save Order after this change has been made Remove a single item from your cart by selecting the Remove button Select Continue Shopping which will return you to the Products page Cancel your order, which will remove all items from your shopping cart Check out Once an item is placed into the shopping cart you can return to the cart page by selecting View Cart Checking Out Once all desired items are placed into your shopping cart you need to check out to complete your order. 1. While on the shopping cart page select the Check Out button 2. If there is a specific order number that needs to be used, type it into the Order ID field. If there is not a specific number that must be used, please select the auto id box which will automatically ID your order. 3. If you have any special instructions to accompany your order or if you would like the order expedited and to arrive by a certain date place those comments in the Comments field 4. Select the Shipping header to expand the Shipping section 11
5. Select your desired ship to address from the Shipping Address drop down 6. If your desired shipping address is not in the selected drop down, create new address by clicking on New Address. Once all fields have been filled out select the Submit Order button Orders The orders page is where you can find what orders are open, completed and cancelled, as well as shipping information for completed orders. You can access the Orders page in the navigation bar at the top of the screen or the Orders section on the home page. 12
Recent Orders Once on the orders page if you select Open, Completed or Cancelled in the Standar Orders section a list of recent orders from that category will display at the bottom of the page. Search Orders If you know an order id, shipping address or a date range an order was placed between you can search for the order here by entering the known information then selecting the Search button. 13
Order Shipment Tracking Once an order is shown as completed on the site, it means the order has shipped and may contain tracking information. 1. On the orders page find the order you would like to track by locating it in the completed orders list or searching for the order 2. Click the order id, which will take you to a page of shipping information 3. If a tracking number is associated with this order it will be displayed here with a link to the shipper s tracking page 14
Contact Us If you have any questions about an order or how to order you can contact Prograde. Prograde s contact information can be found by navigating to the Home page. A link to this page can be found in the main navigation bar at the bottom of every page. 15
Account Info To update or change your name, phone number, email or password select the Profile Page. Once on the account page update any desired fields and select the Save button. 16
Ordering Business Cards Go to the Products Page Then select the Business Cards Option Select the Search option And type in the search bar: Business Card Click on the picture of the Business Card 17
First Time Creating Business Card If it is your first time creating a Business Card through the Print Shop, you will need to create a new Variant. You can do this by clicking Create New to the right under the Order tab. On the next screen, fill in all the information you would like displayed on your business card, exactly how you would like it written. Hit Save at the bottom. 18
Next, your print ready proof will be displayed in the product image spot. See below: Below this image, there is a button to View PDF. This is the official proof that you must review before submitting. This file will be sent directly to print, so if you see any errors this is the time to edit it. If you need to make changes, click the Edit button below the image. 19
After selecting the quantity, you may click Add To Cart and proceed with the usual checkout process. Repeat Orders If you have previously purchased your business card through the Online Print Shop, then you may go through an expedited process. Same as above, you must search for the Business Card, and pull up the product. This time, when you go to order, you should see your name displayed under Details Variants: 20
Simply click on the name, and the proof will populate in the image field similarly to when you first created the card. If you wish to make edits, click the Edit button below the image. Otherwise, select your quantity and add to cart. 21
