Tarikh Sukatan Berkuatkuasa 10 Februari 2012 2. Matlamat Sukatan Untuk memastikan pegawai mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam perisian pemprosesan perkataan, lembaran kerja dan persembahan di tahap pertengahan yang berkaitan secara langsung atau tidak langsung dengan kerja-kerja pegawai berkenaan. 3. Tujuan Ujian Kemahiran Untuk memenuhi salah satu syarat pertimbangan kenaikan pangkat Pembantu Setiausaha Pejabat Gred N17 dan Gred N22 ke Setiausaha Pejabat Gred N28. 4. Pegawai yang Layak i. Pembantu Setiausaha Pejabat Gred N17 yang mempunyai kelayakan Diploma Sains Kesetiausahaan, Diploma Pengurusan dan Teknologi Pejabat atau kelayakan yang setaraf dengannya yang telah disahkan dalam perkhidmatan. ii. Pembantu Setiausaha Pejabat yang telah berada di Gred N22 secara hakiki. 2
