BuilderLink Mobile App Instructions The BuilderLink Mobile app provides you with greater convenience and flexibility when it comes to managing your warranty. The Mobile app allows you to access many features of BuilderLink from your mobile device, such as: What's New notification Submit/Update and Share CCPs View Submitted Warranty Forms View Upcoming Inspections View Builder Repair Periods Upload Documents Note: You must already be a registered user on BuilderLink to access the Mobile App, if you are not currently registered, please refer to BuilderLink desktop for registration. Downloading the Mobile app 1. Locate the Tarion BuilderLink app from the App Store or Google Play (select icon to download) 2. Download the app to your device Log In 1. Log in using your existing Username and Password (Note: select Remember Me to have the App remember your username for future log in) Page 1 of 11
Navigating the App 1. Upon log in, the Dashboard will appear, What's New notifications are shown at the bottom (Note: once you have viewed the What's New items they will drop off the notification list, if you do not wish to view them now, click the X to remove the notification box) 2. Searches can be accessed from the Dashboard or by selecting the menu bar at the top left hand corner Page 2 of 11

CCP - Update and Share CCPs 1. Select the VB Number from the drop-down menu Android View ios view 2. Search by Enrolment number (default) or select the Address link to search by address Page 5 of 11
3. Search results will display the enrolment number and address, select the arrow to submit/edit the CCP Person Organization 4. To create the CCP you must enter the following information, click Submit once the data has been entered: Homeowner Name or Organization Name Warranty Start Date Final Selling Price 5. Confirmation of the submission will be displayed, click on Dismiss to continue (Note: if you do not enter a Warranty Start Date the CCP will not be created) Page 6 of 11
6. Share the CCP via email by selecting the CCP icon (Note: it may take several minutes for the CCP icon to appear when submitting a new CCP, you may need to refresh the screen) Depending on your device settings/set up, the view/share may appear differently than the screen shots provided. Android: select the dotted line above the CCP to open the Share option - ios: select the Mail icon or the More icon to proceed to a different email account. Freehold Common Element Upcoming Inspections 1. Select the VB Number from the drop-down menu, click Search (Note: search is limited from current date to three months in advance) 2. Search results will display the Case ID, Address, Date and Time of Inspection, select the arrow for more details Page 9 of 11
Upcoming Builder Repair Periods 1. Select the VB Number from the drop-down menu, default is set to search by All inspection types for Freehold, search for common element by selecting the Common Element button (Note: search is limited from current date to three months in advance) Search specific Repair Periods by selecting the buttons below 2. Search results will display the Case ID, Repair Period Type and days remaining, select the arrow to expand for more details Page 10 of 11
Freehold Common Element Upload Document 1. Select the VB Number from the drop-down menu, enter the enrolment # and Case ID - select Choose photo button to select the photo to upload. Enter a Description of the photo being uploaded, click Upload (Note: screen shots below appear on one screen) 2. Confirmation of the successful upload will be displayed Page 11 of 11
