IT Services Mindjet MindManager 15 For Windows (32-bit & 64-bit). 0BAbout This Guide This guide will help you install and licence Mindjet MindManager 15 for Windows onto your computer. 1BWhat You Will Need To successfully install Mindjet MindManager 15 onto your Windows computer, you will need: Operating System: o Microsoft Windows 10, 32-bit or 64-bit. o Microsoft Windows 8, 32-bit or 64-bit. o Microsoft Windows 7, 32-bit or 64-bit (Includes Service Pack 1, February 2011 release). o Microsoft Windows XP, SP3, 32-bit. System Requirements: o IBM or compatible Pentium processor (1GHz or greater). o 2 GB RAM or greater. o 830 MB of available hard disk space. o SVGA (1024x768/16-bit colour or greater). o Microsoft.NET 4.0 or higher. Additional requirements to use certain features: o Microsoft Office Professional 2003, 2007, 2010, or 2013 (32-bit and 64- bit). o Microsoft Project 2003, 2007, 2010 or 2013 (32-bit and 64-bit). o Mozilla Firefox 9.0 or greater. o Google Chrome 16.0 or greater. o Adobe Acrobat 9.2 or greater. o Adobe Flash Player 10 or greater. o Broadband Internet Connection. To install this program you will need to download the: Mindjet MindManager 15 for Windows zip file from the Loughborough University LEARN website, along with a valid licence key which is included in the downloaded folder in a file labelled Key.txt. 2BInstalling the Application onto Your Computer These instructions are for correctly licensing and installing Mindjet Mind Manager 15 on to your Windows computer. 1. Open the file MindManager_15.1.173_EN.exe 2. If a message appears asking to allow the program to make changes to the computer, click Yes to proceed. 3. Close all Windows programs before pressing Next to continue. 4. Read through the End User Licence Agreement, then click I agree to the terms of the User Agreement and then click the Next button. , 5. You will be asked to provide some customer information such as a User name. It may also ask you to input the organisation, which should be default set to Loughborough University. 7. You will be asked if you want to create a desktop shortcut to this program. If you do, check the tick box and then press Install. The following installation screen will now appear. 8. 9. You will be informed of any programs that need restarting due to the installation of this program. Press Finish to continue. 10. Open the program using the Shortcut on the desktop or using Start > All programs > Mindjet MindManager 15. When the program opens the following screen will appear. 11. The program comes with a 30 day trial. To access the program for longer than that, you will need to enter the Licence key. 12. The Licence key for this product is: MS15-777-8S68-3F7E-A2M4. There is also a text document called Key.txt that has been provided so that you can copy and paste the License key into the box. 13.
