1 Getting Started This Guide covers the official Swisscom for ios and Android. They are recognized by the name "Storebox" and the respective Icon: 1.1 Requirements To run the Storebox Mobile app you need the following minimum versions: - ios: 8.0 or later - Android: 4.1 or later 1.2 Supported Languages The Storebox Mobile app supports the following languages: English French German Italian Spanish The language is determined by the device language and cannot be changed within the mobile app. 1.3 Downloading the Storebox App Download the Storebox app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The download is free. You can use the URL specified in the Storebox Portal to access the Storebox mobile app. Select Settings > Virtual Portal Settings and scroll down to App Store URLs. The URLs for the different mobile stores are displayed. Swisscom AG 3/51

The URLs to the different mobile stores are: ios: https://itunes.apple.com/ch/app/storebox/id585635510 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.swisscom.its.sap.mii.storebox.public After the app is installed on your mobile device, you can log in. 1.4 Signing in To sign in to the Storebox Mobile app: 1. Tap the Storebox icon to open the app. The SERVER ADDRESS log in screen is displayed. 2. Enter the address of your Storebox portal, for example.: mycompany.storebox.swisscom.com 3. Tap CONTINUE. The SIGN IN authentication screen is displayed. 4. Enter your Storebox user name: 5. Enter the password for the user. If you cannot remember your password, see Resetting a Password. 6. Tap CONTINUE. Swisscom AG 5/51

The NICE TO SEE YOU page opens, displaying your Avatar. If don t have an Avatar, your initials are displayed. After a few seconds your cloud drive is displayed. Swisscom AG 6/51

The default opening screen displays the contents of the Cloud Drive, which is the repository of all the files that you want to be synced with the cloud. The Cloud Drive includes the following default folders: My Files A repository containing your personal folders and files that you want synced to the cloud. Shared With Me A repository containing all files and folders shared with you by your team members on the Storebox Portal. 1.5 Resetting a password If you have a local user account and forgot the password, you can reset it directly from the mobile device. Note: Domain users cannot reset their passwords from the mobile device. They must contact their IT administrator to reset their account password. To reset a local user account password: 1. Tap "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the SIGN IN screen. The Forgot Password screen is displayed. 2. Enter the username and email address where instructions for resetting the password will be sent. 3. Tap Next. Swisscom AG 7/51

5. Tap the X in the top right corner of the screen to return to the SIGN IN screen. 6. An email is sent to the specified email address with details about how to change the password to log in. 1.6 Signing out To sign out of the Storebox Mobile app: 1. Tap in the top left corner. The Mobile menu is displayed. Note: The options displayed depend on what is enabled. 2. Tap Settings. Swisscom AG 9/51

The Settings screen is displayed. You are signed out of the Storebox Mobile app. 2 Using the Cloud Drive On first access to the Storebox Mobile app, the Cloud Drive is displayed. The Cloud Drive includes the following default folders: My Files A repository containing your personal folders and files that you want synced to the cloud. Shared With Me A repository containing all files and folders shared with you by your team members on the Storebox Portal. In addition, the cloud drive can include user defined folders: mypersonal Folder An example folder added by you in the Storebox Portal. Swisscom AG 10/51

You can perform the following functions on some or all of the contents of the cloud drive: Navigate through the cloud drive. Search for one or more files either in the whole cloud drive or in a specific folder in the cloud drive. Handling a file. Move a folder or an individual file. Copy a folder or an individual file. Rename a folder or file. Delete a folder or file. Create a new link to share a folder or file. Create a new folder. Sort the displayed list in ascending or descending order, based on: o The folder name or file names o The folder size or file sizes. o The last modified date either of the folder or of the files in a folder. The following sections describe these functions. Swisscom AG 11/51

2.1 Navigating through the Cloud Drive The following symbols and links help you navigate through the Storebox Mobile app: Symbol or Link Where it is What it does or Top left Top Right (ios) or Bottom Right (Android) Top right Right of files and folders Top left in subfolder or in an opened file Displays the Storebox Mobile app menu: Cloud Drive Access the cloud drive repository top level. Shared with Me Direct access to the Shared with Me repository, without the need to start at the cloud drive top level. Backups A repository containing all of your device backups. Users that aren t subscribed to the backup service, do not see this item. Uploads Monitors all your pending, inprogress, and completed file uploads. Settings Review the app and service information as well as enable or disable advanced settings and signing out of the Storebox Mobile app. These options are described below. Perform folder operations: Create a folder under the current folder. Upload a photo or video from the device photo albums to the folder. For details, see Uploads. Note: Access to the device photo albums is requested on first use. Take a picture or photo to upload to the folder. Note: Access to the device camera is requested on first use. Enables sorting the contents displayed. Enables performing actions on the folder or file, such as moving or copying the folder or file or renaming it. Returns to the previous screen. Bottom left in an opened file Bottom middle in an opened file Bottom right in an opened file Perform actions on the file, such as emailing it or editing it, if these options are available. Create a link to share the file. Delete the file. Note: The file is deleted from the Storebox Portal and all devices shared with the portal. There is no confirmation to double check whether to delete the file or not. Tapping a folder opens the folders and files in the tapped folder. Tapping a file, opens the file. 2.2 Searching for files or folders You can search either in the whole cloud drive or in a folder in the cloud drive. The search can consist of any part of the name you are searching for and all names that contain the search string are listed. For example, searching for por, will return a list of files that include the include the word por, such as portal, Portal, and export. Note: Wildcard characters, such as an asterisk, *, cannot be used in the search. To search for folders and files in the cloud drive: 1. Tap the Search Cloud Drive box. Swisscom AG 13/51

Note: If the Search Cloud Drive box is not displayed, swipe the screen down to display it. 2. Enter the name of the folder or file to find and tap Search. All the folders and files matching the search criteria are listed. If you have previously searched, a list of recent searches is displayed and you can touch one of these to repeat the search, immediately, without the need to tap Search. To search for folders and files in a folder in the cloud drive: 1. Navigate to the folder in the cloud drive. 2. Tap the Search Cloud Drive box. Note: If the Search box is not displayed, swipe the screen down to display it. The screen changes to enable you to search the current folder and all of its subfolders or from the top cloud drive folder, searching the whole cloud drive. 3. Enter the name of the folder or file to find. 4. Tap whether you want the search in the current folder or the cloud drive. 5. Tap Search. Swisscom AG 14/51

All the folders and files matching the search criteria are listed. If you have previously searched, a list of recent searches is displayed and if you have previously searched, a list of recent searches is displayed and you can touch one of these to repeat the search, immediately, without the need to tap the Search button. To clear the list of recent searches: In the RECENT SEARCHES list, tap the X next to the search to remove the search item. 2.3 Handling a file 1. Navigate to the file you want. 2. Either, Tap a file to view it in the online viewer. Tapping the screen in an open file, displays the file in full screen mode. To exit full screen mode, tap the screen again. Or, Swisscom AG 15/51

1. Tap next to the file. The following options are displayed. 2. If the Open In option is available, tap this option. The file options are displayed. 3. Select the editor to handle the file, for example, Microsoft Excel. Swisscom AG 16/51

An extensive list of file formats is supported, including: Document DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, RTF, CSV, PDF, ODT, ODS, ODP, and many more document formats Web HTML, SVG Image TIFF, JPG, JPEG, JP2, GIF, PNG, RAS, CAL, MIL, DIB, BMP, PSD, PCT, PCX, DCX, PCD, WMF, EMF, TGA, and many more image formats Medical Image Files DICOM, DCM CAD DGN (support for V7 and V8 DGN, including V8 XM and V8I), DWG (version 2.5 through 2014), DXF (version 2.5 through 2014) Email EML, MSG Other txt You can do one of the following with the file in the Storebox Mobile app, whether it is viewable or not: Perform actions on the file, such as emailing it or editing it, if these options are available. For example, you can email the file, or copy it to Microsoft Word and edit the document. Create a link to the file. For details, see Creating a new link to share a folder or file. Swisscom AG 17/51

Delete the file. The file is deleted from the Storebox Portal and all devices shared with the portal. There is no conformation to double check whether to delete the file or not. 2.4 Information about a folder or file To display information about a folder or file: 1. Navigate to the folder or file. 2. Tap next to the item. The following options are displayed. Note: The options displayed depend on what is enabled for the chosen folder or file. Swisscom AG 18/51

3. Tap the icon to the right of the folder or file name. Information about the folder or file is displayed. 2.5 Moving or copying folders or individual files You can only move folders or files that you own. You cannot move the My Files or Shared With Me folders, but you can move folders or files within these folders. You cannot copy the Shared With Me folder, but you can copy folders or files within this folder. Note: If you have shared a file and then move it, anyone trying to access the file will not be able to. To move or copy a folder or file: 1. Navigate to the folder or file you want to move or copy. 2. Tap next to the item to move. Swisscom AG 19/51

The following options are displayed. Note: The options displayed depend on what is enabled for the chosen folder or file. For example, the options available for the My Files folder are restricted. 3. Tap Move or Copy. The top of the Cloud Drive hierarchy is displayed. 4. Navigate to where you want the folder or file. Swisscom AG 20/51

5. Either tap New Folder, in the bottom left corner, to create a new folder or tap Move, or Copy, in the bottom right corner, to complete the operation. If you tap New Folder, see Creating a new folder. The file is moved or copied to the new location. During the operation, you can cancel it. 2.6 Renaming a folder or file To rename a folder or file: 1. Navigate to the folder or file you want to rename. 2. Tap next to the item to rename. The following options are displayed. Note: The options displayed depend on what is enabled for the chosen folder or file. 3. Tap Rename. Swisscom AG 21/51

The name is displayed highlighted. 4. Enter the new name and tap Rename in the top right or Done in the keyboard. The folder or file is renamed. 2.7 Deleting a folder or file To delete a folder or file: 1. Navigate to the folder or file you want to delete. Swisscom AG 22/51

2. Tap next to the item to delete. The following options are displayed. Note: The options displayed depend on what is enabled for the chosen folder or file. 3. Tap Delete. The folder or file is deleted. Note: The folder or file is deleted from the Storebox Portal and all devices shared with the portal. There is no confirmation to double check whether to continue with the deletion or not. 2.8 Creating a new link to share a folder or file Securely share folders or files with your team members or external users. To share a folder or file: 1. Navigate to the folder or file you want to create the link for. Swisscom AG 23/51

2. Tap next to the item to create the link for. The following options are displayed. Note: The options displayed depend on what is enabled for the chosen folder or file. If the Create New Link under SHARING is not displayed, swipe the screen up to display it. 3. Tap Create New Link. Note: When viewing a file, you can also share it by tapping. The New Link screen is displayed. Note: The option to allow editing is displayed dependent on the original folder or file permissions. Swisscom AG 24/51

4. If you want to enable the shared folder or file to be edited, and the option is available, slide the Allow Editing toggle to the right. 5. Tap Create. 6. You can send the link via the options presented. 2.9 Creating a new folder You can create a folder under a selected folder. To create a folder: 1. Navigate to the folder you want to be the parent folder. Swisscom AG 25/51

2. Tap in the top right corner. The following screen is displayed. 3. Tap New Folder. The following screen is displayed. Swisscom AG 26/51

4. Enter the name of the folder and tap Create in the top right or Done in the keyboard. Note: You must enter a name as you cannot create a folder without a name. Also, Folder names cannot contain the following characters: < :? / > and *. The folder is created and the following screen is displayed. 2.10 Sorting the displayed list You can sort the displayed list in ascending or descending order, based on: The folder name or file names The folder size or file sizes. The last modified date either of the folder or of the files in a folder. To sort a list: 1. Navigate to the display to sort. Swisscom AG 27/51

4. Tap the criteria for sorting the content: Name Alphabetically by the folder or file names. Size According to size. Modified According to the date the folders or files were modified. 5. Tap whether you want the list sorted in ascending or descending order. 6. Tap Done. The list is redisplayed sorted in the requested order. 3 Backups You can access backed up folders and files in the Storebox Portal using the Storebox Mobile app. You access the backups via the Storebox Mobile app menu. You can perform the following functions on some or all of the backed up folders and files: Navigate through backups: Tapping a folder opens the folders and files in the tapped folder. Tapping a file, opens the file. Search for one or more files either in every backup or in a specific folder in a backup. Handle a backed up file. Copy a backed up folder or an individual file. Delete a backed up folder or file. Create a new link to share a backed up folder or file. Sort the displayed list in ascending or descending order, based on: o o o The folder name or file names The folder size or file sizes. The last modified date either of the folder or of the files in a folder. The following sections describe these functions. To access the Storebox Mobile app menu: 1. Tap in the top left corner. 3.1 Searching for backed up files or folders You can search either in the whole of the backups or in a folder in backup. The search can consist of any part of the name you are searching for and all names that contain the search string are listed. For example, searching for por, will return a list of backed up files that include the word por, such as portal, Portal, and export. Note: Wildcard characters, such as an asterisk, *, cannot be used in the search. To search for files and folders in the cloud drive: 1. In the Backups screen, enter the name of the folder or file to find and tap Search Backup Devices. All the backed up folders and files matching the search criteria are listed. To search for folders and files in a backup device: 1. Navigate to the folder in the backup device. 2. Tap the Search box. The screen changes to enable you to search the current folder and all of its subfolders or from the top backups device, searching the whole device. 3. Enter the name of the backed up folder or file to find. 4. Tap whether you want the search in the current folder or the Backups device. 5. Tap Search. All the backed up folders and files matching the search criteria are listed. If you have previously searched, a list of recent searches is displayed and you can touch one of these to repeat the search, immediately, without the need to tap the Search button. 3.4 Copying backed up folders or individual files To copy a backed up folder or file: 1. Navigate to the backed up folder or file you want to move or copy. 2. Tap next to the item to move. The following options are displayed. Note: The options displayed depend on what is chosen: folder or file. For example, the options available for a folder do not include the Open In option and the top level include a Delete option. 3. Tap Copy. Swisscom AG 36/51

The top of the Cloud Drive hierarchy is displayed. 4. Navigate to where you want to copy the backed up folder or file. 5. Either tap New Folder, in the bottom left corner, to create a new folder or tap Copy, in the bottom right corner, to complete the operation. If you tap New Folder, see Creating a new folder. The file is moved or copied to the new location. During the operation, you can cancel it. 3.5 Creating a new link to share a folder or file Securely share folders or files with your team members or external users. To share a folder or file: 1. Navigate to the backed up folder or file you want to create the link for. 2. Tap next to the item to create the link for. Swisscom AG 37/51

If the Create New Link under SHARING is not displayed, swipe the screen up to display it. 3. Tap Create New Link. Note: When viewing a file, you can also share it by tapping. You send the link via the options presented, email, SMD, etc. 3.6 Sorting the displayed list You can sort the displayed list in ascending or descending order, based on: The folder name or file names The folder size or file sizes. The list is redisplayed sorted in the requested order. 4 Uploads To view all the status of any folders or files being uploaded, go to the Storebox Mobile app menu and select the Uploads option. Files are uploaded from the mobile device albums library or after taking a photo or video. To upload a file from the mobile device to the Storebox Portal: 1. Navigate to the folder where you want the uploaded item. 2. Tap in the top right corner. The following screen is displayed: 3. Tap Upload from Library. To upload a photo or video from the mobile device to the Storebox Portal: 1. Navigate to the folder where you want the uploaded item. 2. Tap in the top right corner. The following screen is displayed: 3. Tap Take Photo or Video. The mobile device camera application is opened within the Storebox Mobile app. 4. Take a video or photo. The result is displayed and you have the option to either retake the item or to upload it. 5. Tap Use Photo in the bottom right corner to upload the photo. 5 Settings You can see details about the Storebox Mobile app and sign out using the Settings option in the Storebox Mobile app menu. To access the Storebox Mobile app menu: 1. The Settings screen is displayed. This screen includes the following information: ACCOUNT Information Name The name of the user signed in to the portal. Email The email address of the user signed in to the portal. Portal The name of the portal signed in to. Storage Usage The current storage used for the user. ABOUT Information App Version The Storebox Mobile app version. End User License Agreement The license agreement to use the Storebox Mobile app. In addition to the above information, you also use the Settings screen for the following: To sign out of the Storebox mobile app, as described in Signing Out. 5.1 Adding additional security to the All content stored on the mobile device is encrypted to protect it. You can add an additional layer of security by defining a 4-digit PIN code. To define a 4-digit PIN code: 1. In the Settings screen, tap Require Passcode. The Passcode screen is displayed. 2. Toggle Require Passcode on. The Set Passcode screen is displayed. 3. Enter a 4-digit PIN code. 4. Re-enter the same code to confirm it. The passcode is set. Access to the Storebox Mobile app is now only possible after entering the PIN code. Swisscom AG 49/51

To remove or change a 4-digit PIN code: 1. In the Settings screen, tap Require Passcode. The Passcode screen is displayed. 2. To remove the PIN code, toggle Require Passcode off. The Enter Passcode screen is displayed. 3. To change the PIN code, tap Change Passcode. The Enter Passcode screen is displayed. 4. Enter the 4-digit PIN code to allow the change to the security. 5. 6 Portal administration of a mobile device The following section can only be performed in the Storebox portal by an administrator. To prevent information in the portal being used on mobile devices that are no longer owned by the organization, the portal administrator can remotely remove all portal data from a mobile device. 6.1 Remote wiping mobile devices Remote wipe causes a device running to log out and to erase all locally synced files. In addition, the wiped device s key is invalidated. Once remote wipe has been activated through the Storebox Portal, wiping commences as soon as the device comes online. An email notification is sent to the administrator who initiated the wipe procedure, once remote wipe has completed. Remote wipe can be performed only by Storebox administrators. To wipe a mobile device: 1. In the Main > Devices page, click the name of the mobile device you want to wipe. 2. In the Status tab, click Remote Wipe. 3. Click Remote Wipe. A confirmation message is displayed. 4. Select I understand that this action cannot be undone or canceled. 5. Click Erase All Data. The Storebox data is wiped from the mobile device. Swisscom AG 51/51
