Effective speed control saves energy and costs The new generation of intelligent Refrigeration Inverters FU+ has arisen from over 15 years experience in refrigeration control and thousands of applications in the numerous areas of Refrigeration and HVAC. G Intelligent, stepless capacity control of compressors and condenser fans allowing continuous optimized adaption to the refrigeration capacity needed - thus saving both, costs and energy effectively, maintaining the quality of stored goods and easy handling - this is and has been the main focus of all new developments. The new FU+ range of Refrigeration Inverters offers better control performance, efficiency, compressor protection and integrated intelligence. D E F FU+ has been designed for refrigeration systems in small and large supermarkets, hotels, restaurants or in food production and processing facilities as well as for chillers for Aircon and indirect-cooled refrigeration, condensers, dry coolers and more. All modern refrigerants have been integrated in its software. H Simple and easy-to-use Keypad FU+ PROG A backlit 6-line LCD display and a straightforward menu structure simplify system configuration and the setup procedures. Easy commissioning and setting-up using the keypad: The refrigerant to be used is selected from an up-to-date list of 42 refrigerants. The compressor can be chosen from a list of important manufacturers like Bitzer, Dorin, Emerson, Frascold, GEA-Bock, Tecumseh All menus are available English or German. New compressor and refrigerant data and further languages can be loaded from the SD-MC memory card. If necessary, the keypad can be mounted on the front of the electrical enclosure or externally using a connecting cable. 3

Comparison with a standard multi-stage rack system Refrigeration Inverters can achieve almost constant and ideal pressure characteristics in the suction line, even with rapid pressure changes in the refrigeration system - thus sustaining the quality of frozen goods, as temperature deviations at the cooling points are considerably reduced. Longer permissible times between defrosting and less icing of the evaporator also have a positive effect on system lifetime. 4
