Text underlined by dashes denotes a tool tip. Hover over the text to see a popup with more information. Your browser must have cookies, scripting and TLS 1.0 enabled. The web site is fully tested to work in Internet Explorer. It should work satisfactorily in FireFox, Safari, and Chrome.
