Data Sheet Cisco MCS 7815-I2-UC1 Media Convergence Server PRODUCT OVERVIEW The Cisco MCS 7815-I2-UC1 Media Convergence Server is an entry-level server platform for Cisco Unity Connection and is an integral part of a complete, scalable architecture for a new generation of high-quality IP voice solutions that run on enterprise data networks. It delivers the high performance and availability demanded by today s enterprise networks and is easy to deploy and highly cost-effective. The server is preinstalled with an operating system optimized for running the Cisco Unity Connection application, and it offers the following features: Intel dual-core 2.8-GHz or higher processor with 800-MHz front side bus (FSB) and 1 MB of Layer 2 cache PC2-4200 2-GB error correction code (ECC) Double Data Rate (DDR) synchronous dynamic RAM (SDRAM) standard; 8-GB SDRAM maximum Integrated serial-advanced-technology-attachment (SATA) controller 80-GB SATA hard disk drive Single Gigabit Ethernet port SUPPORTED APPLICATIONS The Cisco MCS 7815-I2-UC1 supports Cisco Unity Connection.
