Part 4 Notification 4a All response agencies and the CEC are notified by dialing 9-1-1. 4b i) Notification of a release above the CERCLA or EHS RQ will be through dialing 9-1-1 and requesting the necessary Emergency Response Agencies. ii) Follow up notification must be made after the release mitigation has occurred to the CEC here: FILE ELECTRONIC RELEASE REPORT 9Available at the LEPC Website) 4c - 4d - The CEC will document the notification including: Name of Contact, Chemical and Amount Released, Name and Address of Facility where the release occurred, and the circumstances of the release. Part 5 Vulnerability Assessment 5a All submitted facility detection devices and warning systems are included as part of the Vigo County EMA's All Hazard Plan 5b Vulnerability data and maps are available with CAMEO data and EPA Risk Management Plans filed at the LEPC Document Office located at the Vigo County Emergency Management Office (EMA) 915 S Petercheff St Terre Haute, IN Part 7- Evacuation Plans 7a Evacuations will be completed in accordance with the Vigo County EMA Plan. 7b Procedures for traffic movement are outlined in the Vigo County EMA Plan. 7c - Primary and Secondary Routes are outlined in the Vigo County EMA Plan.
