Web Portal The online roster will allow event administrators to enter and maintain the attendee roster for Local Network events. It was designed to streamline the registration and reconciliation process. This will allow customers to register for computer based testing (CBT). Access Under My Profile Select Manage My Meetings under My Tools Online Roster Training Manual Page 3 of 11
Manage My Meetings The Event Administrator (EA) or Roster Guest assigned to the meeting will be able to view and maintain their meetings. Upcoming Meetings Select Update to view a specific meeting Overview of Upcoming Meetings Meeting information: Meeting Id (WorldatWork internal number) Course name Sponsor Location of meeting (city & state) Begin date of meeting Attendee information: o Registered number of customers registered for the course o Waitlist numbers of customers on waitlist status for the meeting o o Submitted number of customers submitted to WorldatWork for processing Pending customers in progress where the customer has missing information and still needs to be completed by the event administrator Displays the number of customers that need to be completed by the EA Online Roster Training Manual Page 4 of 11
Roster This page allows the EA to enter and maintain the roster information. It also contains the meeting details tab. Roster Detail Customer ID WorldatWork internal customer identification Name Customer Name (First and Last Name) Company Meeting Sponsor Type Course type selected for the attendee Status Identifies the status of the attendee This button is used to add a new registrant to the meeting This allows the user to print or save the roster to a Word document Select Home in the upper left corner takes the user back to the list of meetings page Online Roster Training Manual Page 5 of 11
New Registrant Select the Add New button on the Roster tab takes the EA to the customer information entry screen. When checked will apply the LN Member rate to the customer Customer ID (Optional) WorldatWork assigned customer id Load Customer used to find customer matches for prior meeting registrants Type select the Course type o Course & Exam o Course Only Address Type used to identify if the address is the Business or Home Email Address Type used to identify if the email is Business or Home Phone Number Type used to identify if the phone number is Business or Home Local Network Member used to apply the LN Mbr rate to a customer Comments can be used for additional customer information Save used to save partial customer information Submit when all the required customer information is complete and the customer is ready to be submitted to WorldatWork for processing No Changes select to return to Roster main page Online Roster Training Manual Page 6 of 11
Add Registrant When entering a new registrant the below fields are required: First and Last Name Type (default is Course & Exam) Address line 1 (default is Business) City, State, and Zip Code * Country Email Address (default is Business) Phone Number (default is Business) * Note the state and zip code fields are not required if country selected is not USA or Canada An error message will display if any of the required fields are left blank, when the EA tries to Submit to WorldatWork for processing. The Customer ID is an optional field which can be used to identify possible matches, if the customer has been a prior meeting registrant. Enter the 8 digit WorldatWork customer number and select Load Customer The system will pre-populate the customer information or will display the below message ************************** IMPORTANT ****************************** WorldatWork staff will start to register customers within 90 days from the start of the meeting. All customers submitted before 90 days will stay in submitted status on the roster until the meeting is 90 days or less. Online Roster Training Manual Page 7 of 11
Maintain Registrant Edit / View Registrant The EA has various functions to maintain the customer information: Edit update customer information before it is submitted for processing Cancel remove a registrant from the meeting View see the customer information after it has been submitted to WorldatWork or has been canceled. This option does not allow for modifications. Status Pending customer still missing information or not submitted for processing Submitted customer submitted to WorldatWork for processing Registered customer is registered for the meeting Waitlist customer on waitlist status for the meeting (exceeded the meeting capacity) Canceled customer has been removed from the meeting Cancel Registrant To cancel a customer from the meeting, select the Cancel button on the customer row A message displays to verify the cancel request: When the OK button is selected, it will cancel the customer from the meeting. It will update the status to Canceled on the roster page. Online Roster Training Manual Page 8 of 11
No-Show Registrant The No-Show button allows the EA to update an attendee status to No-Show. The button only displays from the begin date of the event to the last date of the event. It will be used by WorldatWork for reconciliation purposes. Selecting the No-Show button updates the attendee status from Registered to No-Show Online Roster Training Manual Page 9 of 11

Recent Meetings This tab displays a list of meetings that have occurred in the past 3 months, with the ability to view the roster. Select View Roster opens the roster detail page Online Roster Training Manual Page 11 of 11
