Account login URL: http://assessments.firstnaukri.com/naukriadmin/index.asp You can easily manage each feature by selecting the corresponding option through this user-friendly system. 3
1.1 Edit Profile/Settings In your employer account, the option to Edit Profile/Settings facilitates you to manage your account password, address, email, etc. wherein you can view or change these details by selecting the Edit your profile- account password, address, email option. 4
1.1.1 Edit your profile- account password, address, email The first option in this section facilitates you to edit your profile wherein you can view your account password, address, and email. Enter the details as applicable and click Update. 5
1.1.2 Edit global settings for administering tests The second option in this section enables you to edit the settings for administering tests that will apply to all the test takers globally. These settings help you customize the options that the test takers will have during and after the test. 6
1.2 Select & Assign Tests This option lists the tests that have already been purchased. You can mark the checkbox for the test that you want to select and enter the number of test pins to be assigned against each test. As soon as you enter the number of test pins to be assigned against each test, the total number of test pins that you are about to assign gets updated and displayed automatically at the bottom of the page. Click Continue to proceed further. 7
This page allows you to enter the details of each of the candidates to whom the test pins have to be assigned. You can either fill the details right away or even choose to enter the details later by choosing the Update Later option. This page also allows you to use the BSEB feature. BSEB stands for Browser-based Secure Exam Browser. When you select to apply BSEB to a test pin, the browser will first check the system requirements before starting that test in a new window. If you choose to enable Image Proctoring, your system must be equipped with a web cam. With the Window Proctoring feature, you can select the number of times a candidate can navigate away from their test window. If you choose Disabled, the candidate can navigate away from the test window any number of times. If you select 2 Retries, the candidate will be able to navigate away from the test window twice. When the candidate will navigate away from 8
the test window for the first time, a message will be displayed that the candidate has one less retry. When the candidate navigates away the third time, the test will end. You can select a group from the Select Group drop-down menu. As soon as you select a particular group, it will be selected for all the test pins in the list. But the BSEB settings of the group will be applied to all the tests, only after you select the BSEB Copy Down check box as on. You can still change the individual test pin settings by using the drop down menu given against each test. If you do not want to select a group, and you want to edit the settings of all the test pins individually, then you can keep the group as General by default. Whether or not you choose a group, the first name, last name and email need to be entered individually for every test pin. Once you fill in all the details, you can click on the Update Now button, and you will be redirected to the Manage Selected Tests page. 9
