1. Online Testing System The Online Testing System enables the employers to manage all the features that involve administering your account from which you can edit your profile, assign tests, manage tests, view test results, etc. To summarize, this module facilitates you to access all the features necessary to manage and assign tests and all the other related details of the same. Account login URL: http://assessments.firstnaukri.com/naukriadmin/index.asp You can easily manage each feature by selecting the corresponding option through this user-friendly system. 3

1.1 Edit Profile/Settings In your employer account, the option to Edit Profile/Settings facilitates you to manage your account password, address, email, etc. wherein you can view or change these details by selecting the Edit your profile- account password, address, email option. 4

1.1.1 Edit your profile- account password, address, email The first option in this section facilitates you to edit your profile wherein you can view your account password, address, and email. Enter the details as applicable and click Update. 5

1.1.2 Edit global settings for administering tests The second option in this section enables you to edit the settings for administering tests that will apply to all the test takers globally. These settings help you customize the options that the test takers will have during and after the test. 6

1.2 Select & Assign Tests This option lists the tests that have already been purchased. You can mark the checkbox for the test that you want to select and enter the number of test pins to be assigned against each test. As soon as you enter the number of test pins to be assigned against each test, the total number of test pins that you are about to assign gets updated and displayed automatically at the bottom of the page. Click Continue to proceed further. 7

This page allows you to enter the details of each of the candidates to whom the test pins have to be assigned. You can either fill the details right away or even choose to enter the details later by choosing the Update Later option. This page also allows you to use the BSEB feature. BSEB stands for Browser-based Secure Exam Browser. When you select to apply BSEB to a test pin, the browser will first check the system requirements before starting that test in a new window. If you choose to enable Image Proctoring, your system must be equipped with a web cam. With the Window Proctoring feature, you can select the number of times a candidate can navigate away from their test window. If you choose Disabled, the candidate can navigate away from the test window any number of times. If you select 2 Retries, the candidate will be able to navigate away from the test window twice. When the candidate will navigate away from 8

the test window for the first time, a message will be displayed that the candidate has one less retry. When the candidate navigates away the third time, the test will end. You can select a group from the Select Group drop-down menu. As soon as you select a particular group, it will be selected for all the test pins in the list. But the BSEB settings of the group will be applied to all the tests, only after you select the BSEB Copy Down check box as on. You can still change the individual test pin settings by using the drop down menu given against each test. If you do not want to select a group, and you want to edit the settings of all the test pins individually, then you can keep the group as General by default. Whether or not you choose a group, the first name, last name and email need to be entered individually for every test pin. Once you fill in all the details, you can click on the Update Now button, and you will be redirected to the Manage Selected Tests page. 9

1.3 Manage Selected Tests This section displays the test names; candidates names and emails (if they have already been entered); days in which a test pin will expire; test pins; BSEB settings details; and their status. 10

You can delete a specific test pin by marking the corresponding checkbox and selecting Delete. You can use the Start link against a desired test pin to reach the start page for that test, which opens in a new tab. By clicking on the Edit link on the Manage Selected Tests page, you can access the Edit Test page, where you can edit the candidate details and test settings as desired. 11

1.3.1 Starting the tests Once you have generated a test pin for a particular user, you can have the candidate start with the test in the following ways: Using the test pin. You can share the respective test pins generated for your candidates and instruct them to browse the URL http://assessments.firstnaukri.com/mynaukritest/ The candidates can then insert their unique test pins and start the test. Intimating candidates by email: Once you apply the Search by Status filter as Not yet intimated, you would be able to see all the candidates who have not been intimated for taking the test. By using the Inform candidate/s to take test button, you can send an intimation mail to all the selected candidates for taking their test. Using the start link: You can copy the Start link against the respective test pin and directly share it with the candidate. 12

1.4 Testing Events The testing event s listing page allows the administrator to perform various functions such as add a new testing event, copy an existing testing event, edit an existing testing event and copy the registration URL. This self-enrollment module enables a user to selfassign a test. 1.4.1 Add a new testing event This module allows you to add a new testing event by filling in the details. Only one test can be assigned under one testing event name. You need to select the date and time for the start and end of the testing event. You can select the name of the test from the drop-down list. You can create the testing event name and master key. Testing event master key must consist of a minimum of four and a maximum of ten alphanumeric characters. There should be at least one numeric and one alphabet in it. You can enable BSEB settings by selecting the BSEB check box and subsequently edit BSEB settings from the Windows proctoring and Image proctoring drop-down menus. You can either enable or disable your testing event for a few IP s. If you select yes, then you need to provide the IP, and the testing event will only be enabled for the 13

mentioned IP. Once you have filled in all the information, click on the Create Testing Event button. NOTE: Before entering a testing event name, you should check the test names/group names on the Manage Pass Keys page and assign a unique name to your new test. 14

1.4.2 Copy an existing testing event You can also copy an existing testing event. Once you select the name of the testing event from the drop-down list, you will see the page where you need to fill the testing event name and master key. Rest of the form will be pre-filled with the information of the testing event that is being copied. You can choose to edit the settings as per your requirement. Click on the submit button to copy the testing event. 15

1.4.3 Edit an existing testing event This module allows you to edit an existing testing event. You can edit the date and time of the start and end of an existing testing event. But you cannot change the testing event name and the test name. If you select to keep the testing event non-active, then the user will not be able to register for the testing event. You can either enable or disable your testing event for a few IP s. If you select yes, then you need to provide the IP and the testing event will only be enabled for the mentioned IP. 16

1.4.4 Copy the test taking/registration URL You can copy the test taking/registration URL for sending it to the candidate/user so that he/she can take the test. This URL would only be valid on a specified IP for a specified time and date of the testing event. 17

1.5 Upload Excel File In case you want to select and assign tests to numerous candidates, then instead of entering the details of each candidate, you can simply upload an Excel file comprising the required details of all the candidates. Step 1 Choose the group for the test takers from the Select/Create Group drop-down menu. Then select a test from the Select Test drop-down menu. You can either choose to apply BSEB settings to the selected group or not. You can also change the existing BSEB settings of the selected group from the Window Proctoring and Image Proctoring drop-down menus. Click Continue to go to the next step. 18

Step 2 In this step, you can upload the list of all the candidates in one go by clicking on the Choose File button and uploading the Excel file, and selecting Upload. You can also download a sample format file by clicking on the Click here link. You can add the data in this Excel file and upload it. Once you upload the Excel file, you will be redirected to the Manage Selected Test page. 19

1.6 PIN Quota Usage Report The View PIN Quota Usage report in the main menu takes you to the PIN Quota Usage report page, where you can track the PINs usage activity in your account. 1.7 Manage Pass Keys This page allows you to manage pass keys of two different types of tests, i.e., Testing Events and Select and Assign tests. Both Testing Events and Select and Assign tests are created by you but unlike in a Testing Event, a user cannot self-register for a Select and Assign test. A pass key is mandatory for a Testing Event but not for a Select and Assign test. The pass key can be null for a Select and Assign test but not for a Testing Event. You can edit the pass key in both the cases. A Testing Event is flagged but a Select and Assign test is not. 20

When you click on the Apply Pass Key for all groups link, a new window opens where you can enter a pass key, which will be same for all the tests under a particular group. 1.8 Manage BSEB Settings The Manage BSEB Settings page allows you to perform two functions: edit the settings of an existing group or add a new group. When you click on Edit, a new window will open. You can change the number of retries from the Window Proctoring drop-down menu. You can also enable or disable image proctoring from the Image Proctoring drop-down menu. Once you click on the Update button, the changes will be applied to the group. 21

You can also create a new group by clicking on Add New Group. A new window will open. Add the name of the new group in the Group Name text box. You can set the number of retries from the Window Proctoring drop-down menu, and enable or disable image proctoring from.the Image Proctoring drop-down menu. Click on the Add Group button to create the group. 1.9 Create Your Test Clicking on the Create Your Test link will navigate you to the dashboard of the test creating panel, where you can create a test as per your requirement. You can download its user manual which will explain in detail the functionalities of this panel from the drop-down menu on the top-right corner of the page. 22

1.10 View Test Results This section facilitates you to generate the Test Results Report of various candidates by selecting the parameters of the report like test name, group name, candidate name, period etc. Once you have selected the corresponding parameters, click the Generate button to get the Test Results Report. 1.11 User Manual By clicking on the User Manual link, the user manual PDF will be downloaded on your computer that you can use for your reference to understand the administrative panel. 23
