1. User Interface Redesign This release redesigns the user interface to improve usability, responsiveness, and device independence. Responsive design helps ensure that data displays clearly at virtually any screen size or resolution, without use of horizontal scrolling in lower resolutions, on smaller devices, or in smaller browser windows. 2. Updated Log in Page The updates the Log in page as follows: The Access ID field has been renamed Username. The Submit button is now Log in. 2016-12-13 Online Banking Enhancement Page 3 of 16
3. Updated User Interface for Security Question Answers Upon sign-in, when the system prompts users to choose between answering a security question or generating and entering a passcode, both the Answer challenge question and Email passcode buttons display; this change reduces the number of required user clicks. The Layered Authentication is a security feature designed to protect the privacy and security of your personal information. The Challenge Questions/Answers and/or One Time Passcode are used to identify you and prevent unauthorized access to your information. Registering the computer(s) you normally use to access your information provides additional security to verify your identity. 4. Updated Browser Navigation Permissions When a user registers their device upon sign-in by selecting the Don't challenge me again on this device check box, the system permits the use of browser navigation such as the Back button. If a user opts not to register their device and then clicks a browser navigation button, security measures within Online Banking end the user's session and sign the user out. 2016-12-13 Online Banking Enhancement Page 4 of 16
5. Input Masking for Personal Information To improve information security in public spaces, where the program requires users to enter personal information such as security question answers, Social Security numbers, account numbers, or user names, the HIDE button displays masking characters in place of the entered information. This option applies only for the current session. If the user masks their user name during sign-in, subsequent sign-in related pages also mask personal information by default. When personal information is masked in entry fields, users can click the SHOW button to display the entries in clear text. When accessing the system in public spaces, users can opt to hide their personal information. 6. New Logged Out Page When a user signs out of the program, the system routes the user to a Logged out page. On the Logged out page, the user can click links in either the navigation area or in the Logged out page body to sign back in. 2016-12-13 Online Banking Enhancement Page 5 of 16
7. New Navigation Areas 8. Redesigned Home Page The release introduces a dedicated Home page to focus attention on the actions that users most often perform. With this change, users can instantly access the most important account information and easily perform common tasks. 9. Home Page Access to Recent Transactions From the Home page, users can now click the Recent link associated with an account in the account list to access the last 10 transactions available for that account. Recent transactions are available for checking, savings, loan, and certificate of deposit accounts. 2016-12-13 Online Banking Enhancement Page 6 of 16
10. Intuitive User Control over Account Nicknames and Display on the Home Page Choosing Edit Accounts allows users to customize the list of accounts that appear on the Home page. With the customization controls, users can specify: Nicknames for accounts. Which accounts they would like to show or hide. The order in which visible accounts appear. If users on the Home page want to quickly view accounts that they have hidden, a click of the Show all accounts link displays all accounts until the user leaves the Home page or clicks the Show fewer accounts link. Note: To help users better work with accounts, Accounts drop-down lists throughout the system reflect the selected account order. Accounts hidden on the Home page appear at the end of account lists. 11. Improved Account List Printing Users can now print easily readable, properly formatted summary-level account information for the accounts that appear on the Home page, without any extraneous information or formatting issues. Printed information includes the account number, nickname or type, balance, and balance type. 12. Redesigned Account Detail The Account Information page prioritizes account activity over the actions that users can perform, enabling users to access all their account information in one location, in an easily readable format. Account details appear above the transaction list, in a format that draws user attention to the most important elements. The details that appear vary by account type, and appear only if data is available. On a web browser, account details appear in up to four columns. On a smaller screen, account details reflow to display all information in a clean, accessible format. 13. Redesigned Transaction List 2016-12-13 Online Banking Enhancement Page 7 of 16
The redesigned transaction list presents transaction information in a cleanly designed, easily readable format. Icons clearly identify transactions that posted and transactions that have yet to post. Users can sort transactions by Date, Description, or Amount, with icons indicating sortability; running balances appear when users sort transactions by date. Additionally, the release integrates pending and scheduled transactions into the transaction list and identifies them with status indicators, offering users a more holistic picture of their previous and upcoming transaction activity. To improve system responsiveness, the transaction list initially displays the most recent transactions. Users can click the More transactions button to display additional transactions. 14. Transaction Status Indicators and Filtering Icons associated with each transaction indicate the transaction's status: The system has posted the transaction. The user's current and available account balances reflect transactions that the core processing system has posted. The transaction is pending and the system has not yet posted it. The available balance of the user's account reflects pending transactions, but the account's current balance does not. The system is scheduled to post a transaction to the user's account; typically this date is one or more days in the future. With the Filter tool, users can quickly and easily filter transactions based on status. 2016-12-13 Online Banking Enhancement Page 8 of 16

17. Transaction Download Usability Improvements Customers can now download processed transactions from a single location by using the Download option in the account navigation area. From the Account information page for a checking or savings account, users can use the Download option to download transactions that the institution processed during the current statement period, the previous statement period, since the last download, within a date range, or to the limits of the institution's retention period. Customers can download comma-separated values (.csv) files or Microsoft Money (.ofx) formats. 18. Simplified and Improved Transfer Feature The release updates the integrated Transfer feature to simplify the user interface, combine express and scheduled transfers, improve usability, and add additional functionality. 2016-12-13 Online Banking Enhancement Page 10 of 16
18.1. Improved Transfer Scheduling Experience Users can now access the express transfer and scheduled transfer features within the same workflow, enabling quicker initiation of one-time and recurring transfers. For checking and savings accounts permitted to initiate scheduled transfers, users can click the Repeat check box during the transfer initiation process to display a variety of recurrence options. Additionally, the release renames the values available in the Frequency drop-down list for easier use. For institutions that use Connect3 addenda, the new options are: Weekly Every two weeks Twice monthly Monthly Every two months Quarterly Every six months Annually The system also displays transfer previews for all transfers. The preview page displays the anticipated end date of the transfer schedule. 2016-12-13 Online Banking Enhancement Page 11 of 16

Improved Stop Payment User Interface and Institution Controls The Stop payments page makes it easy to access stop payment functionality by providing single-page access to new stop payment initiation and to stop payments that users have already issued. Asterisks clearly identify the required fields for each stop payment type. The new Issued stop payments section incorporates the request expiration date into the stop payment list, condenses the fields that appear, and updates field label text to help clarify field contents. 2016-12-13 Online Banking Enhancement Page 12 of 16
