1. GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1 Purpose This document is designed for resellers of PAX to manage their business. It introduces operation and function of RPS in details. By reading this document, the reader will know how to manage their business better by RPS.

1.2 Document Structure This document first introduces the general information of RPS; secondly, it illustrates how to get started of this system; thirdly, it gives a panoramic description of the function and operation of RPS; at last, this manual introduces the FAQ, glossary and index which may help the reader to acquire their needed information more smoothly/ This manual contains the following sections: Chapter 1, General Information Chapter 2, Getting Started Chapter 3, Using the System

1.3 System Overview Reseller Portal System consists of six parts, namely, User Management, My Profile, My Merchants, My Terminal, My SIMs and My Tickets. 1) User Management. It is used to manage various types of users. The reseller can add new users to this system, reset the password of users. And operations including edit, activate, inactivate and delete are available in this part. 2) My Profile. It is used to manage the profile of the reseller. The reseller can manage the information by viewing, editing its own information. 3) My Merchants. It is used to manage merchant information. By using Merchant Management, you can manage Merchant Information and POS Terminal 4) My Terminal. It is used to manage POS terminal. By using My Terminal, you can manage POS Information, POS Application, POS Parameter and POS Activation. 5) My SIMs. It is used to manage SIMs. By using My SIMs, you can manage SIM or check its usage and billing statement. 6) My Tickets. It is used to raise questions to Help Desk and get solutions ASAP.

1.4 Operating Environment RPS can operate under Windows XP and Windows 7. RPS supports IE8.0 or later.

1.5 Intended Audience and Reading Suggestions This manual is designed for Reseller Portal System Operator of PAX s resellers Administrator.

2. GETTING STARTED 2.1 System Log in Operator enters RPS-UI access address in the IE browser's address field: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy/broadpos, to access Reseller Portal System front-end logon UI. Figure 2.1-1 the interface to logon RPS The upper image is the RPS logon page, enter User Name, Password and Identifying Code, click Logon button, then you enter the RPS system. If the user has signed/locked, we can let another user who is in the same organization logon to force logout/unlock the user (So we must create another user in the same organization of the user before). If the user logons the system the first time, or the user has been reset password, the page will turn into the modify password page, the user must modify the password to logon. After logon, enter system home page

2.2 Forgot Password If you forgot the password, click the Forgot Password button It will turn to another page. Figure 2.2-1 forgot password Figure 2.2-2 get random password As you can see in the above picture, fill in the blanks User Name, Email and Identifying Code. The text filed with a * is required. When you finish it, click the Submit button. You must enter the email you used when you register your user account. After you click Submit button, we will reset your password and send you a

randomly generated password to the email. You can then use this password to logon and change it to your own password. If you remember the password, click Cancel button to return to the interface to logon RPS.

2.3 RPS System Home Page Figure 2.3-1 the home page of RPS The upper image is RPS system home page. The above area to the top is the system LOGO The left side of the page is a navigation area, which was tree-structure; click signal on the left of navigation item, you can expand the sub-items; click one item, the corresponding operation page of this item will show in the workspace on the right. You can click Change Password button to change password; click Logout button to logout. The right area of the page is workspace, operation page will show in workspace, you can click buttons on the page to do operations, such as query user info, add user info etc.

2.4 Changing Password Click the Change Password tab on home page, you will enter page that allows you to change your password. Figure 2.4-1 Change Password On this page, you are required to input the text field with a *. You should enter the old password and new password; the old password should be correct and then confirm the new password. The new password should not be the same to the old one. If you are sure to change password, click Submit tab, otherwise click Cancel tab.

Figure 2.5-1 log out RPS If we want to log out of the system, we must click the Logout button on the left to log out of the system, otherwise if we logon to the system in the next time, the page will display The user has logged in. At this time, the user must be logged out by the user who has the force logout privilege in his parent organization in order to logon to the system. Figure 2.5-2 confirm to logout RPS

3. USING THE SYSTEM 3.1 User Management User Management is designed for you to manage various types of users. You can add new users to this system, reset the password of users. And operations including edit, activate, inactivate and delete are available in this part. 3.1.1 Create User Login RPS; then click User Management You will go to the interface of User Management. Figure 3.1-1 interface of User Management Click Create User at the right side of the page, system will jump to Create User page:

Figure 3.1-2 create user In User Name, input the name of a new user. In User Role, select the User Privilege. Different User Privileges are of different rights which will be illustrated in following text. In First Name and Last Name, input the first name and last name of the user. In Phone, input the phone number of the new user. In Email, input the email address of the new user. In Country, select the country where the user is in. Options including America, China, Canada and France are available. In State/Province, City, you may select the province or state where the user is in and input the city where the user is in. In Zip Code, input the Zip Code of the user s location. In Fax, input the Fax number of the new user. In Address, input the detail address of this new user. In Description, input the description of this new user. Textboxes with * are required. If you are sure to create this new user, click Submit, otherwise click Cancel. Click Submit, a new user will be created.

3.1.2 Filter User Login RPS; then click User Management You will go to the interface of User Management. Figure 3.1-3 interface of User Management The upper part of the interface of User Management is Filter area. In User Name, you may select the name of the user you want to view. In Status, select the status of the user you want. Options including Active and Inactive are available. In Email and Phone, input the corresponding information you want filter. If you are sure to filter, Click Filter, it will display the user you want. 3.1.3 View User Login RPS; then click User Management. You will go to the interface of User Management.

3.1.4 Edit User Click Edit button in View User information page, system will jump to Edit User page: Figure 3.1-6 Edit User In User Name, you are not allowed to edit it. In User Role, select the Privilege of the user. Different roles are of different rights which will be illustrated in following text. In First Name and Last Name, edit the first name and last name of the user. In Phone, edit the phone number of the user. In Email, edit the email address of the user. If you are sure to edit this user, click Submit; otherwise click Cancel.

3.1.5 Unlock User If a User had logged in failed for 5 times, it will be locked. Enter View User Page and Click the Unlock button: Figure 3.1-7 User Profile System will jump to the confirmation page: Figure 3.1-8 Sure to unlock User Click OK, the user will be unlocked; click Cancel to back the previous page.

3.1.6 Activate User Click the Activate button in View User information page: Figure 3.1-9 User Profile System will jump to the confirmation page: Figure 3.1-10 Sure to activate User If you are sure to activate this user, click OK, this user will be activated; otherwise click Cancel.

3.1.7 Inactivate User Click the Inactivate button in View User information page: Figure 3.1-11 User Profile System will jump to the confirmation page: Figure 3.1-12 Sure to inactivate User If you are sure to inactivate this user, click OK, this user will be inactivated; otherwise click Cancel.

3.1.8 Reset Password If you are sure to reset the password of this user, click Reset Password button in View User information page; Figure 3.1-3 User Profile System will jump to the confirmation page: Figure 3.1-14 Sure to reset password If you are sure to reset password for this user, click OK, the new password will be sent to user's email box; otherwise click Cancel.

3.1.9 Delete User Click the Activate button in View User information page: Figure 3.1-15 User Profile System will jump to the confirmation page: Figure 3.1-7 Sure to delete User If you are sure to delete this user, click OK, this user will be deleted and system will jump to user list page; otherwise click Cancel.

3.2 My Profile My Profile is designed or the reseller to manage its own profile. By using this function, the reseller may have a better understanding of its own condition. 3.2.1 View my Profile Login RPS; then click My Profile, You will go to the interface of My Profile. Figure 3.2-1 interface of My Profile On My Profile, you may find information including Reseller Name, Status, First Name, Last Name, Country, State or Province, City, Zip Code, Address, Phone, Fax, Web Address and Phone. In addition, you can also edit the information which is available to edit.

3.2.2 Edit My Profile Click Edit button in View My Profile page, system will jump to Edit My Profile page. Figure 3.2-2 Edit My Profile information Edit the information you want. In Reseller Name, edit the name of this reseller. In First Name and Last Name, edit the first name and last name of the administrator. In Country, select the country where the reseller is in. Options including America, China, Canada and France are available. In State/Province, City, you may select the province or state where the reseller is in and input the city where the reseller is in. In Zip Code, edit the Zip Code of the reseller s location. In Address, edit the details address of this reseller. In Phone, edit the phone number of the reseller. In Fax, edit the Fax number of the reseller. In Web Address, edit the web address of the reseller. In Email, edit the email address of the reseller. Textboxes with * are not allowed to be empty. If you are sure to edit this reseller, click Submit; otherwise click Cancel.

3.3 My Merchants 3.3.1 Filter Merchant Login RPS; Click My Merchants to enter the merchant list page. Figure 3.3-1 filter area on interface of My Merchants The upper part of the interface of Merchant Management is Filter area. In Merchant Name, you may select the name of the merchant you want to view. In Status, select the status of the merchant you want. Options including Active and Inactive are available. In Email, input the corresponding information you want filter. If you are sure to filter, click Filter Click Filter, it will display the merchant you want.

3.3.2 View Merchant Login RPS; Click My Merchants to enter the merchant list page. Figure 3.3-2 interface of My Merchants Click a link of Merchant Name you want to view. On the interface of Merchant Management you can filter to get the merchant you want in upper area.

Go to Merchant Profile page. View the detail information of this Merchant; or click the View Terminal Hyperlink to go to My Terminals for this merchant. 3.3.3 Edit merchant Click Edit button in Merchant Profile page. System will jump to Edit Merchant page.

Edit merchant information, click submit to save. And go to view merchant information page. 3.3.4 Activate Merchant Click Activate button in view merchant information.

Go to activate confirm page. Click OK to activate. Click cancel not to activate. 3.3.5 Inactivate merchant Click inactivate button in view merchant page.

Go to inactivate confirm page. Click OK to inactivate. Click cancel not to inactivate. 3.3.6 Delete merchant Click delete button in view merchant page (only inactive merchant can be deleted.).

Go to Delete confirm page. Click OK to delete. Click cancel not to delete. 3.3.7 Add merchant Click Add Merchant hyperlink.

Go to input merchant information page. Click cancel button not to submit to system. Click submit button to submit information to system. And go to navigation page.

Click Now Button to go to add terminal page. The Merchant Name is selected as the corresponding one. Input terminal information, click submit button. Go to navigation page. Click Now Button, Go to select application page.

Input filter field, click filter button, get result. Select application and click submit button. Go to navigation page. Click Now Button go to configure parameter page.

Input parameter. Click submit button. Configure parameter is done. 3.4 My Terminals My Terminals is designed for you to manage POS terminals. You can manage POS terminals by managing POS Information, POS Application, POS Parameter and POS Activation.

3.4.1 Filter Terminal Login RPS; Click My Terminals to enter the terminal list page. Figure 3.4-1 interface of My Terminal The upper part of the interface of My Terminals is Filter area. In Terminal S/N, input the Terminal S/N of the POS terminal you want. In manufacturer Name, select the manufacturer Name you want. In model name, select the model name you want. In Merchant Name, input the name of the merchant you want. In status, select status you want. If you are sure to filter, click Filter. The wanted records will be presented. If Deployment is No Application, click the continue hyperlink after the status and system will jump to Select Application page directly. If Deployment is No Parameter, click the continue hyperlink after the status and system will jump to Configure Parameter page directly. If Deployment is Waiting for Download or Completed, click the view hyperlink after the status and system will jump to View Application List page directly.

3.4.2 View Terminal Login RPS; Click My Terminals to enter the terminal list page. Figure 3.4-2 interface of My Terminal The upper part of the interface of My Terminals is Filter area. The below part of the interface contains some information about POS Terminal. Click Terminal S/N you want. Go to view POS Terminal page. 3.4.3 Add Terminal Click Add Terminal hyperlink in My Terminals page

Go to add terminal page. Input terminal information and click submit button. Go to navigation page. Click OK go to select application page.

Input filter field, click filter button, get result. Select application and click submit button. Go to navigation page. Click OK to go to configure parameter page.

Input parameter. Click submit button. Configure parameter is done. 3.4.4 Edit Terminal Click edit button in view terminal page. Go to edit terminal information page.

Edit terminal information. Click submit button to save edit. Click cancel button not to save edit. 3.4.5 Activate Terminal Click Activate button in view terminal page. Go to activate confirm page. Click OK to activate terminal. Click cancel not to activate terminal. (Only inactive terminal can be activated.)

3.4.6 Inactivate Terminal Click inactivate button in view terminal page. Go to confirm to inactivate page. Click OK button to inactivate terminal. Click cancel button not to inactivate terminal. (Only active terminal can be inactivated.) 3.4.7 Delete terminal Click delete button in view terminal page.

Go to confirm delete terminal page. Click ok button to delete terminal. Click cancel button not to delete terminal. (Only inactive terminal can be deleted.) 3.4.8 View Application information If the Terminal is not No Application, click View Application hyperlink in view terminal page. Go to Application page.

Click View hyperlink to View Parameter directly. Click an Application record, system will jump to view application information page. 3.4.9 Select New Application If the terminal is No Application, click View Application Hyperlink in view terminal page. System will jump to a navigation page:

Click OK to go to Select Application page directly. Select Application and then click Submit button. System will go to navigation page. Then click Now Button you can configure parameter. Click Later Button not to configure parameter.

3.4.10 View Parameter A) Click View hyperlink in view Application List page. Go to view parameter page. Click a Parameter record, system will display parameter detail. Click Close button to close the detail area.

3.4.11 Re-Configure Parameter Click Re-configure Parameter Hyperlink in view parameter page. Go to configure parameter page with the latest parameter values. Re-configure parameter and click submit button, system will record the re-configure parameter values. Otherwise, click Cancel. 3.4.12 Configure New Parameter A) If the Terminal Deployment is No Parameter, the Parameter hyperlink of the top row of Application List is Continue. Click Continue to go to Configure Parameter page directly.

B) Click the Application Name of the top row, system jumps to View Application Information page. If the application is Not Configured, click the View Parameter hyperlink and system will jump to a navigation page. Click OK button to go to the Configure Parameter page directly. 3.5 My SIMs 3.5.1 Filter SIM Click to navigation area [My SIMs], into the SIM Management, the working area will display the following page.

Admin fills in the filter conditions and clicks filter button, system will present the wanted records below. 3.5.2 SIM Profile 3.5.2.1 View SIM Information Click a record in the SIM list, the information of the SIM will display in the form on the center. We can click on a row of buttons as shown in the corresponding Edit, Activate, Suspend, Restore, and View Operation Records about the results. 3.5.2.2 Assign Terminal to SIM If the SIM had not been assigned terminal, the Assign Terminal button will be enabled.

At the time of viewing SIM details, click the Assign Terminal button; Enter/Re-enter Terminal S/N, the Model Name will be queried automatically. Click Submit to confirm Assign operation; otherwise, click Cancel to close the assign terminal area directly. 3.5.2.3 Re-assign Terminal to SIM If the SIM had been assigned terminal, the Re-assign Terminal button will be enabled.

At the time of viewing SIM details, click the Re-assign Terminal button; Enter/Re-enter Terminal S/N, the Model Name will be queried automatically. Click Submit to confirm Assign operation; otherwise, click Cancel to close the assign terminal area directly. 3.5.2.4 Activate SIM At the time of viewing SIM details, click the Activate button. Pop a confirm page, click the confirm button to activate the SIM.

3.5.2.5 View History At the time of viewing SIM details, click the View History button, into the View History page, the working area will display the following page. 3.5.3 SIM - Usage 3.5.3.1 Filter SIM Usage Click the tab of Usage on all the SIM Profile Pages, into the Usage page, the working area will display the following page. Fill in the filter conditions and click Filter button, the required usage detail will display below.

3.5.3.2 Export SIM Usage After Filter SIM Usage, the Usage Detail will be presented. Select Export Format and Click the Export button, the corresponding download window will pop up. 3.5.4 SIM - Billing Statement 3.5.4.1 View Billing Statement List Click the tab of Billing Statement on all the SIM Profile Pages, into the View Billing Statement List page, the working area will display the following page.

3.5.4.2 View Billing Statement Click a record in the Billing Statement list, the information of the Billing Statement will display in the form on the center. There are two tabs in this page; they are Usage Fee and Misc Fee.

3.5.4.3 Export Billing Statement At the time of View Billing Statement Detail, Select Export Format and Click the Export button, the corresponding download window will pop up. 3.6 My Tickets My Tickets is designed for Raising Issues to Help Desk and Get Solution from PAX. 3.6.1 Filter Ticket Login RPS, Click My Tickets in Navigation tree menu to enter the My Tickets page.

Input filter conditions and click Filter button, system will present the wanted records below. For the Ticket which has new solution given by Help Desk, an Unread icon will display at the front of the corresponding record. 3.6.2 Create Ticket Click Create Ticket hyperlink in My Tickets Page, system will jump to the following page: Fill in the issue information. Click Add to upload attachments for this ticket:

Click Submit to Create the Ticket; otherwise, click Cancel. 3.6.3 View Ticket A) Click a new Ticket record in My Tickets page, system will jump to view ticket page. The Edit button is enabled and the Reply button is disabled: User can edit the issue information before it is opened for processing. B) Click a Ticket record which has been given solution by Help Desk, system will

jump to view ticket page. The Edit button is disabled and the Reply button is enabled: User can view the ticket history below the issue information. History includes all the solutions from Help Desk and the local replies. 3.6.4 Edit Ticket Click a new Ticket record in My Tickets page, system will jump to view ticket page. The Edit button is enabled and the Reply button is disabled: Click Edit button, system jumps to Edit Ticket Page.

Edit the issue information and click submit, the ticket will be edited. Otherwise, click Cancel. 3.6.5 Delete Ticket The Delete button is always available in View Ticket page. Click Delete button to go to the confirmation page:

Input the delete result in the Description text area and Click OK, the ticket will deleted from Reseller Portal; otherwise, click Cancel. 3.6.6 Reply Ticket Click a Ticket record which has been given solution by Help Desk, system will jump to view ticket page. The Edit button is disabled and the Reply button is enabled: Click Reply button to go to Reply Ticket page:

Input the Description and add Attachment for it. Click Submit to reply this ticket, otherwise, click Cancel.
