Global IP Transit Service SEACOM Global IP Transit includes the following routes: Global International routes through multiple Tier-1 upstreams in Europe and Asia SEACOM IPT provides low latency African routing and Global CDN content Tier-1s Rest of World Global Routing Content Delivery Network African nodes Multiple Tier-1 networks for optimal routing to regions (or for restoration purposes) Local & Regional African Content Providers, ISPs and other networks e.g. many South African networks Content Delivery Network (CDN) nodes including Google GGC, Akamai & Level-3 for low latency content access. Regional African Networks Local incountry ISPs & Networks Usually peer with these directly (if possible)
