Switch between work and play with the tap of an icon on your Android device. Carry one device loaded with your favorite games and apps as well as your encrypted business email, contacts and calendar. All of this is now possible with AT&T Toggle, and your company doesn t mind one bit. Requirements Before you begin installing AT&T Toggle, ensure that you meet the following requirements: You have a compatible Android device, running Android versions 2.3, 4.0.x or later. Android devices running 3.x and versions below 2.3 are not compatible. You have a Google Account set up to log into Google Play Store. You have a stable Wi-Fi or 4G connection. You have infrastructure running Exchange 2007 or 2010, Office 365, IMAP or POP3. You have Exchange Active Sync enabled (if using an Exchange account). Allow about 15 minutes for installation of Toggle and associated apps. You have received an email from your Toggle Administrator with instructions to complete your registration. Note: Many Samsung and LG devices now have an improved installation process for AT&T Toggle. If you are using one of these device brands, refer to the appropriate appendix at the end of this guide. To begin, open the email from your Toggle Administrator, either on your computer or on the device where AT&T Toggle will be installed. What color is the banner in your welcome email? Remember which email you received, as the banner color determines how you acquire your credentials in section 3. Orange: Please proceed to step 1.1. Blue: Please proceed to step 1.2. 1.1: Welcome Email with ORANGE Banner Click on the blue Install button in the email (Figure 1) to begin the AT&T Toggle registration process. Skip to 1.3 Orange or Blue Welcome Banner - Continue Here. Your Password will be the same password you use to access your work email. Figure 1 2/3/2014 Page 1

1.2: Welcome Email with BLUE Banner Click the blue Create Password button in the email (Figure 2) to begin the AT&T Toggle registration process. You will be directed to a screen where you create your password for AT&T Toggle (Figure 3). Create your AT&T Toggle password, re-enter it to make sure it is typed correctly, and then click Next. Remember this password, as you will use it to log into AT&T Toggle later. Note: AT&T Toggle has its own password and a separate PIN for accessing the AT&T Toggle workspace on your device. These are NOT the same as your Exchange email password. Figure 2 1.3: Orange or Blue Welcome Banner - Continue Here If you are following these steps on your device: Skip to Section2: Download and Install AT&T Toggle. If you are following these steps from your computer: Enter the email address that you have configured on your Android device and click Send. (Figure 4) A confirmation message to check your email on your device appears. Figure 3 Note: This email address is used only once to send you the installation link. It is not retained in the system. 1.4: Translation of Welcome Email (Orange or Blue Banner) If you would like to see the translation of the Welcome Email: Click on the desired language link at the top of the Welcome Email. The translation of the Welcome Email will open in a separate browser window. Note: The translation of the Welcome Email is a PDF document, and you may need to download and install Adobe Reader. Figure 5 2/3/2014 Page 2

Samsung devices and LG devices may use an alternative installation process. See Appendix: Samsung Device Installation or Appendix: LG Device Installation. Check your email using your device, and click the blue Install button in the AT&T Toggle welcome email. After creating your AT&T Toggle password you may be prompted to allow installation of apps from Unknown sources (Figure 5). Follow the instructions in the prompt to check/change the setting. Then, click Next to continue. Figure 8 Figure 6 Figure 7 The Install screen appears (Figure 6); click Install. You may be asked to complete the action using the Browser or the Google Play Store.
