Step : Enter your Email Address and Password, click Enter. 2. If you have forgotten your password Step 1: Go to the Canadian Red Cross career website: http://www.redcross.ca/article.asp?id=52&tid=017 Step 2: Click on INTERNATIONAL ROSTER. You may want to keep this site as one of your favorites. Step : Click on Forgot Password Step 4: Enter your email address and click Submit. You will then receive an email within your login details. 2 P a g e
. How to reset your login or password Once you have logged in the delegate portal using Section 1, you will need to: Step 1: Go to Settings. Step 2: Enter your current password. To reset your password, enter a new password and retype new password. Then click on Update. Step : To reset your user name, enter your login, current password, new login and retype login. Then click on Update. 1 2 4. How to update your personal information To update your additional personal information on your profile you need to login the delegate portal following the steps in Section 1 and then: Step 1: Click on the Careers tab. Step 2: A warning will open. Click on the Yes option. Step : Click on Update My Information. Step 4: Make changes. Note though that fields marked with a red asterisk * are required. Step 5: When you have finished click Submit at the bottom of the form. 5. How to apply for a new position To apply for a new position, you need to log in the career portal by following the steps in Section 1. Then you need to: Step 1: Click on the Careers tab. 4 P a g e
You then have the option to search by (1) location or (2) description. Step 2: Choose one or more location by clicking on it. Hold Ctrl + click for multiple locations. To see all positions select Any under location. Click on Search. If you opt for (2) description, Step : Enter key words in the description keywords field box. Click on Search. Step 4: Click on the position that you would like to apply for. Then click Search. 2 4 Step 5: A window will open with an outline of the position. Step 6: Click add to my jobs at the end of the page. Step 7: Change your personal information if necessary. Step 8: Click submit at the end of the page. 6. How to complete and print onboarding activities As a delegate, you will be required to complete a number of on-line activities through the delegate/delegate portal. This is a new function that is aimed to ease the completion and review of compliance documents. There are three categories of activities: (1) Review a document and e-sign to confirm you have received, read and understood its content (see 6.1) (2) Complete and e-sign a document (see 6.2) () E-sign a document and print it to either: a) complete it by hand and return as an email attachment or b) to refer to it later (see 6.) To complete either of the above categories of documents you will to: Step 1. Step : Go to the section Action required. The column Item states the name of the documents you are required to act upon. The column description provides you instructions. Read these carefully. The column Due Date gives you the deadline by which you will need to have completed the task. Step 4: Click on action required i.e. View/E-sign in the column Action to complete the activity. 4 6.1 If you are required to review a document and e-sign to confirm you have received, read and understood its content: Step 1: Click E-sign in the action column. This will open the document. Step 2: Use the scroll bar to go down the page. Step : To read the following page, click on the page icon on the right hand side. Step 4: Once you have reviewed the whole document, click on E-Sign and Submit Form. (See screenshot on next page) 6 P a g e
4 2 6.2 If you are required to complete a form electronically and e-sign it: Step 1: Click View/E-sign in the action column. This will open the document. Step 2: Complete the form. Step : Use the scroll bar to go down the page. Step 4: Click on E-Sign and Submit Form. (See screenshot on next page) 7 P a g e
4 6. If you are required to E-sign a document and print it to either complete in order: a) to complete by hand and return as an email attachment or b) to refer to it later. Step 1. Click E-sign in the action column. This will open the document. Step 2. Click on E-Sign and Submit Form. Step. Go to the Action Required section and click "Active Activities" on the right hand side. The Action Required section will now show Complete Activities. 1 Step 4. Go to the column Action and click on View. In the window that opens you will now be able to download and print the form. 8 P a g e
