Arriving on Day 1 On your assigned first day at the new headquarters (December 5, 12, or 19), you should enter through the main entrance, and report to the cafeteria, which is located just inside the main doors to the right. Be sure to bring your current GENCO identification badge. You will turn in your current badge and receive a new identification badge that will be programmed for access to the new headquarters. If you will not be reporting to the new headquarters on your assigned first day, please make arrangements with your manager to receive your new badge and turn in your old one. Managers should contact the Security department for guidance on obtaining badges for these teammates. You will need your new identification badge to gain access to your work area. Parking Ample parking is available at 700 Cranberry Woods Drive. Parking is unassigned, with the exception of handicapped and visitor parking spaces. If travelling for work, teammates may leave their vehicles overnight, should they choose, but GENCO is not responsible for damage incurred to vehicles parked at the corporate campus. Access to the parking lot is unrestricted, however, security cameras mounted on the building will provide security coverage for much of the parking area. Entrances There are three entrances to our new headquarters: 1. Main entrance Located at the front of the building, this door will serve as the only entrance for teammates to enter or exit the facility. 2. Service entrance The service entrance is located near the mailroom and will provide access to vendors and service providers only. 3. Cafeteria service entrance This door is located at the corner of the building, nearest to the cafeteria kitchen. It provides access for cafeteria management and will accommodate their service providers only. Page 2

Badges & Access Access to many areas of the headquarters building requires an identification badge. Identification badges must be visibly displayed at all times. Card readers are located on doors throughout the new building. If your identification badge will not open a specific door when presented to that card reader, you are not authorized to access that door. If You Forget Your Badge Teammates who forget their badges must sign in as visitors and wear a visitor s badge. Lost or Damaged Badges If you lose or damage your identification badge, you must inform your manager immediately. Your manager will be responsible for requesting a new badge. Building Hours The headquarters building will be open from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET weekdays. After-hours access to the facility is limited and will require management approval. Alarm codes will be issued on a limited basis and cannot be shared. Teammates accessing the building after hours are not permitted to bring visitors. Security Officers Contract security officers staff the Cranberry Woods headquarters. An officer will be stationed at the front lobby welcome center desk and within the Corporate Security office area. The Corporate Security office is located on the first floor of the building. The security officer at the front desk will monitor the front lobby area and assist with visitor access to the building. The security officer, located within the security suite, will provide security escorts, monitor the camera system and support the security staff. Security Cameras Cameras are located throughout the Cranberry Woods campus, and coverage includes the parking lot, the front lobby, the cafeteria and other specified hallways and common areas. Cameras are not located in the locker rooms or restroom facilities. Page 3
