1 Center Head Login Login as center head Username :- Ameya Password :- Ameya After successful logging in this page will appear. Click on marked area.

Menu bar will open 1.1 HR 1.1.1 Announcement In the menu bar, under the HR heading Announcement is the first option. With this feature you can make any kind of announcement for the trainees or the student mapped to a particular training center. Only a center head can make an announcement for his center. The announcement made appears as a notification inside a trainee login. Click on the marked option to open Announcement.

This page will appear on your screen. 1.1.1.1 Add Announcement In this tab you can create new announcements, this announcement can be regarding any updation of any test score or any study material etc. You can also add an attachment file for your announcement if needed. Fill all the required fields and click on create button to create announcement.

If announcement created successfully a success alert appears in green color. 1.1.1.2 View Announcement Here all the created announcement appears inside the table. Inside the action column of the given table, you can see view, edit and delete button. You can perform the respective actions for the announcement. Click on the View Button. You can see this page on your screen. View the detail of the selected announcement.

Click on the Edit Button. You can see this page on your screen. You can edit the existing announcement, if required. 3. Click on the Delete Button to delete the selected announcement. 1.1.2 Attendance The attendance module works on center head login. Which is in the main menu under the HR section.

This is the main landing page for recording attendance. Here user can give attendance for Trainees and Trainers accoring to a perticular training program. Here two option is there directly mark absentees using the UI or by uploading excel file. 1.1.2.1 Mark Absentees UI Based Here user can mark absentees according to the need and can also give comments. This same process applicable for Trainees and Trainers. After filling the detalis user need to click the save button for updating. Excel Based Here user can upload an excel which contains trainees or trainers details. First user have to download the Template form the Download Template link.

After selecting the status and writing the reasons user need to save the excel. Then user have to upload it in the same place from where he/she downloaded it. 1.1.2.1 View Absentees Here user can see all the absentees which are marked using UI or by uploading Excel. User

can also delete an absentees if by mistake he/she is marked. 1.1.3 Feedback Trainees and trainer can give feedback for a perticular training program which is accessible form the dropdown of the logged in users details.

1.1.4 Forum You can find this option inside HR heading in the menu. Click on the option to open. You can see this page on your screen. Select a batch name and a course name to proceed. Note: Here you can post any comments regarding course, or any issue related to the training center. Any other user can reply to your post or even the faculties. After you select a batch and course, you can see this page on your screen.

1.1.4.1 View Post In this tab you can see a table, this table contain all the posts given by the users. You can also see the time, as of when and who put the post. You can also see the replies made from other user for that post, as well the count of the replies. Only the center head has the right to delete any post. 1.1.4.2 View My Post In the table given here, you can see only your own posts and respectively the replies for that. You can also edit and delete your post. (Every user can delete their own post.) 1.1.4.3 Add New Post Click on the link given to add new post. As marked in the given screenshot.

Once you click on this link, you can see this page on your screen. Fill the details and click Add button to add new post.

1.1.5 Local Contacts You can find this option under the HR heading inside menu, click and open. This module is used for storing emergency contact details of nearby places like Hospitals, Blood Bank, College etc. Once you open you can see this page with two tabs, of which Create Contact tab is active. 1.1.5.1 Create Contact Here you can create a new contact. Click on the Add New button to add a new type of contact. Fill all mandatory fields and click on save button. Once a contact is created successfully you can see a green success alert.

1.1.5.2 Existing Contact This contain a table holding all the existing contacts. You can perform the edit and delete operation by clicking the Edit and Delete button present in the action column of the table.

1.2 Enrollment 1.2.1 User This page will appear. Click on the Add Trainer button to add new trainer. - Fill all mandatory fields.

Click here to add new row in prior experience. This will add a new row.

Click on Submit to save the detail. 1.2.2 Training Program Click Training Program in the menu.

This page will appear on the screen.

Here you can create a training program by filling the required fields. You have to enter Training Program Name. If that name is already exist it will give you a alert. Select a valid trade. Map courses from from available courses. Give some description about the training program. Select start date and end date. Then create the Training Program. It will ask once again for save confirmation. After successful training creation it will give a alert saying Training Program has been created successfully.

1.2.3 Dropouts Click the Dropouts option present in the menu bar. 1.2.3.1 Manage Dropouts You can see this page.

Click on the Edit button present in Action column of the table below. - User table containing list of all students enrolled for that particular Training Program will appear. 1.2.3.1.1 Edit Dropout Details You can see the user detail table. (Note:- You can drop any of the enrolled trainee from the table.)

Steps to be followed for Dropout are as : Step 1:- Select a Dropout Reason from the drop down box. This is a mandatory field. Step 1.1:- If selected Others as a reason for dropout. Give the detail of other reason and this is mandatory. Step 2:- Select the date of dropout.

Step 3:- Click on the Approve button in action column to dropout the selected user. Step 4:- If user droppped out successfully, an alert with success mesaage appears and the table get updated.

1.2.4 Mobilization Activity In the menu bar under the Enrollment heading you can find an option Mobilization Activity, click to open. A page appear with three different tabs of which, Manage Mobilised Student tab is active. This tab contain a table holding the records for all mobilized student. 1.2.4.1 Manage Mobilization Activity This page contain a table which holds the records of all mobilization activity. From the given table we can Edit or Delete a mobilization activity.

To create a new mobilization activity click on the Create Mobilization Activity button given in right corner above the table. Essentials for creating Mobilization Activity : Before creating a mobilization activity there must be a pre-existing Training Program If a Training Program is not created from before, first create a training program and then proceed. For creating training program go to page no.9. On clicking the button you can see this page. Fill all the fields and click Submit button.

Click Add button to add more rows for counselling slot. Click Minus button to delete the rows. 1.3 Training 1.3.1 Plan Curriculum This page will appear with heading Plan curriculum. You can see three main tabs here Available Courses, Approved Courses, Pending Courses.

1.3.1.1 Here you can select any available trade from the select trade dropdown and can view that course information. 1.3.1.2 Available Courses Approved Courses This tab will show the approved courses with the trade name and fees in a data table.

1.3.1.3 Pending Courses In this tab if any course is created but not approved it will show the details in a data table. Inside training heading you can see the option Learning Activity. Click it.

1.3.2 Course Content This module contain the created content for any of the course. Which include any kind of pdf file, ppt or text files etc. Inside the Menu go to Training, and then click on Course Content. You can see this page with three different tabs of which Global Course Content tab is active. Select a Trade and a Course. The table will show the content for the selected course.

1.3.2.1 Global Course Content The Global Course Content tab contain the courses which are created by a SME or SMELead and their course content with it. (Note:- SME and SMELead are two different login for this system with different access rights.) Click on the view button present in the Action column of the table to view the detail of the course.

1.3.2.2 Create Local Course Content Here you can create new course content for your local training center. Fill all the mandatory fields and click on submit button. If a course is created successfully you can see a success alert in green color as shown below.

1.3.2.3 Local Course Content This tab contain all the locally created course content. Select a trade and a course. A course content table will appear. You can download the course content by clicking the Content Title as shown below. You can also delete the course by clicking the delete button present inside the Action column of the table.

1.3.3 Assignment Activity You can see this page it contains three tabs, of which Global Assignment is active. 1.3.3.1 Global Assignment Global assignment are those assignment which are created by SME or SME-Lead for some other center. These assignments are not mapped to the current training in which you are logged in. Select the Program name and the Course Name. A table appears contain the all the assignment created by SME & SME-Lead only.

Attachment column:- It contain the content file or if any study material been provided for that assignment. Click on the download icon, you can download the attached file. Action Column : Click on the View button, a modal box will appear. You can view the detailed description for the selected course.

Click on the Create button to clone the selected assignment and make it available for your center (mean your local center). You can see a modal box named Assignment Creation. Select the Type for assignment.

Select the End date for the assignment. Click on Create button that assignment will be created for your local training center.

(Note:- You can see the cloned assignment inside Manage tab) 1.3.3.2 Create Assignment Inside this tab we can create a new Assignment for the particular center (Note:- This assignment will be only for this center, Local to the center).

Fill all mandatory fields then click on Create button. Select a program name Select a course name The created assignment will be mapped to the selected course under the respective program. Once the assignment created successfully a green alert with message appears. (Note:- You can see the currently created assignment inside the Manage Assignment tab.)

1.3.3.3 Manage Assignment Click on the Manage Assignment tab, you can see this page. - Select a program name - Select a course name A table appears containing list of all assignment mapped to the particular course.

Click on the View button inside the table to see all the individual submission for that assignment by the trainees. List of all submission for that assignment. You can also click on the download button inside the Action column to download the assignment respectively.

Upload the scores for a particular assignment after evaluation through the Upload Scores column of the table inside Manage Assignment tab. Click on the Template inside the Upload Score column to download the template, fill the marks in this template and the upload.

Follow the steps given below in the screenshot to upload the score. Download the submission of all trainees in a zip file by clicking the download icon inside the Download Submission column.

Click on the Edit button present in the action column and edit the assignment. - You can not edit the Name of the assignment. - Edit the End Date if required. - Through the Question Paper link you can download the current attachment. - Click on the Delete button to delete the attachment.

Once the previous attachment is deleted a link for uploading new attachment appears. Upload the attachment here. 1.3.4 Assessment Activity Go to the menu, inside the Training heading you can see this Assessment Activity. Click to open. Here you can create a test and then upload marks for that test.

Once you click on the link, you can see a page with four tabs, of which Add Test Information tab is active. 1.3.4.1 Add Test Information Here you can create a test for a selected course and then through Upload Scores tab you can upload the marks of students for the created test, using a excel sheet. Fill all the fields and click on Create button to create test. 1.3.4.2 Upload Scores In this tab you can upload the marks obtained by the students for the previous created test. Download the excel template by clicking on the link given as Download Excel Template Fill the excel sheet. Fill all the required fields. Choose the created excel and upload. Click on create button the scores will get uploaded.

1.3.4.3 View Test This tab contain all the created test both locally created using the Add Test Information tab and the test created (cloned) from the Global Assessment tab. You can View the test detail, Edit it and Delete respectively using the buttons available in the table.

1.3.4.4 Global Assessment This tab contain all the assessment created by the SME or SMELead. You can clone any of the assessment and create if for your local training center, using the Create button present in the Action column. You can also view the assessment detail by clicking the view button in the Action column. From the attachment column of the table you can also download the attached file for that assessment.

1.4 Reports 1.4.1 Fee Receipt Details You can see this page on your screen. The table below contain the list of all students with some details along with the fees paid. Click on the Download Receipt Details button an excel containing all the details as in table will get downloaded.

1.4.2 Mobilisation You can see Mobilisation Report page on your screen. Select a date range and then you can download the mobilisation report within that time period. If the Timestamp is yes you can get the information about person who recently updated the details. If the Timestamp is no only the details will get downloaded. Here you can get Basic and Additional details, you can also change the fields according to your need. Click on the Download Excel button to download the report in an excel format. An excel as given will get downloaded.

1.4.3 Shortlisting Here you can download Basic, Additional as well as Socio-Economic and Career Cluster details. If the Timestamp is yes you can get the information about person who recently updated the details. If the Timestamp is no only the details will get downloaded.

1.4.4 Enrollment Here you can download Basic, Additional and Enrollment details. If the Timestamp is yes you can get the information about person who recently updated the details. If the Timestamp is no only the details will get downloaded. 1.4.5 Attendance You can see this page on your screen. Inside Batches section select a training program, in the other section you can see the attendance of student for the selected training center.
