3 Fees Category Wise Payment Report: Date Wise Payment Report: Outstanding Payment Report: Student Wise Outstanding Summary Report: Student Current Payment Structure: Message: Profile: Change Password: Institute profile: Start using SchoolMagica: This is the login panel for SchoolMagica. Click on LOGIN button for Schools.
4 Login Screen: Now login window will appear as shown below. Use your username or id provided at the time of registering school with SchoolMagica as username and password to login.
5 Settings: Map your institute with desktop School Magica. Go to settings tab. Then click on Institute Mapping. Below screen will appear, add the details of Institute mapping here, like institute reference no, dynamic Url and password. These details should match with the details you have added in the offline SchoolMagica software under Configuration>> setting>> Mapping.
6 Payment Gateway Now click on Payment Gateway which is under settings tab. Below screen will appear you can set the details of online payment gateway from here, you can use CC Avenue (Old/New) or Pay U money to allow parents to make online payment. Tick the Default setting checkbox to make this payment gateway setting as the default, and click Save button to add payment Gateway details.
7 SMS Setting Click SMS tab which is under settings tab. Screen shown below will appear, to send SMS to parents it is mandatory to do SMS settings.
8 From here click on Add New SMS Setting, below screen will appear. Add the details like SMS setting type & SMS server string here, you can set the string added as default string by checking checkbox for Set as Default String. You can encode message by checking the checkbox for Encode Message it is used to keep your message encoded until it reaches the receiver.
9 Setting Click tab which is under settings tab. Screen shown below will appear. Add the details of settings like SMTP server, username & password. To send s to parents/students it is mandatory to do setting. To keep your s encrypted check the checkbox for User SSL and enter port no and save details using Save button. Message Template Click on Message template which is under settings tab. The following screen will appear:
10 Click on Add New Template. Add the details of template. You can add template to send SMS, and Android messages. Template is useful when you are sending repeated message or to student or parent.
11 You can create template by filling out information like Template name, subject for creating template, then type message in Template and select fields like student name or institute name to appear in message from select fields and save template using Save button. Automated Click on Automated tab which is under settings tab below screen will appear from here you can set the Duration of receiving automated as Daily, Weekly or Monthly for that tick the checkbox to receive depending on your requirement. Now add id in Default Id field on which you want to receive the details of payment received or outstanding, and click on + icon to add and click Update button to add details.
12 Auto SMS Click on Auto SMS tab which is under settings tab to send Auto SMS to students for payment received. Tick the checkbox for Payments and in SMS text box write the message which can include parameters like Student name, payment date and payment amount (select parameters from parameters tab) and click on Update button to save text for auto SMS.
13 General Settings Click on General Settings tab which is under settings tab, to make payment status approve automatically for payments received via NEFT payment mode. Tick the checkbox for Is NEFT Auto Approval and click Update button. Now whenever you will receive payment made by NEFT the payment status for that transaction will automatically get updated as successful transaction for user. If you do not want to set the status to Successful automatically for payment received via NEFT mode, then do not tick the checkbox for Is NEFT Auto Approval. Then every time whenever you will be receiving NEFT payment, you have to manually change the status of payment received.
14 Dashboard Go to Students it is dashboard for student s payment details it will show you the information related to student payments received, outstanding payment and if student has paid fees via NEFT then pending NEFT details is also shown here.
15 Admin can see pending NEFT approvals also on dashboard. You can then change the status of NEFT payment received click on Change status link below pop up will appear. From here you can mark the status of payment - like if payment is received than mark it as Approve or if payment is not received then mark as Reject and click Yes. The confirmation message will come after you click Yes and payment status will get updated.
16 Students Click on Students here you get the list of all the students in your school. You can search student by class or by section and export that list. Student status can be active, inactive or archived.
17 Payment Received Manage payment will allow you to view all the payments received. You can also export payment received details to excel by using Export Payment button. To view the payment receipt of NEFT payment, click on attachment icon.
18 Reports Student reports: Go to Reports, from dropdown select Student Report it will show you Class wise student report and Fees category wise student report.
19 Class wise student report: Select Class wise student report using radio button then select Class name from dropdown or you can select students using search students and click Show report it will list all the students for that class.
20 Fees category wise student report: Select Fees category wise student report using radio button then select Class name, Section name and Fee Category from dropdown or you can select students using search students and click Show report it will list students as per fee category type selected for that class.
21 Payment Reports: Go to Reports, from dropdown select Payment Report it will show you various types of fees payment reports. You can select them to view using radio button.
22 Class Wise Payment Report: Click Class Wise Payment Report select class name, section name or you can search student and can select date also then click Show Report, it will list payment details for that class.
23 Fees Category Wise Payment Report: Click Fees Category Wise Payment Report select class name, section name or you can search student and can set date also then click Show Report, it will list fee category wise payment details for that class.
24 Date Wise Payment Report: Click Date Wise Payment Report select class name, section name or you can search student and can select date also then click Show Report, it will list Date wise payment details for that class.
25 Outstanding Payment Report: Click Outstanding Payment Report select class name, section name or you can search student and can select date also then click Show Report, it will list outstanding payment details for student.
26 Student Wise Outstanding Summary Report: Click Student Wise Outstanding Summary Report select class name, section name or you can search student and can set date also then click Show Report, it will list student wise outstanding payment summary report.
27 Student Current Payment Structure: Click Student Current Payment Structure select class name, section name or you can search student and can set date also then click Show Report, it will show payment structure for the student.
28 Message: Go to Message. Click Compose to make announcements for students. You can search student as single student, all student or can select class/sections and click Go button it will list students then select student using checkbox to whom you wants to send message. You can select Message send option as SMS, or Android messages then select message type from default the default message set will be sent, if you have created template then you can make announcement using template or in custom message you can create your own message after this click Send button then confirmation message will be shown. Go to Message click Sent Messages from dropdown it will show you the list of messages you have sent to students/parents. You can also export sent messages to excel file using Export Sent message.

30 Profile: Go to Profile tab. Click My profile from dropdown it will show you the details in your profile.
31 You can edit your details by clicking on Edit icon and save changes using Save button.
32 Change Password: Go to Profile tab. Click Change Password from dropdown, from here you can change your password to login in to the website. To change password, enter Old password, New password and Confirm password and click Change password button to change password.
33 Institute profile: Go to Profile tab click Institute profile from dropdown, it will show you details added for institute. Click on edit icon to edit details of your institute from here. Click on Save button to update the details.
