How to Enroll a new Associate To enroll a new associate in Nucerity please follow the steps below. Web Enrollment Steps: 1. Go to www.nuceritybackoffice.com 2. Access to your account using your Number ID and your password. 3. In the home page of your back office, find the QUICK LINKS menu. (see the picture below): 4. Click on Enrollment and you will see this page:

5. Enter the country where your associate will be enrolled. 6. After completing enrollment, print all required forms which are available in the Team Office under Corporate Info-Document Library and submit to the Ecuador office within 4 weeks of enrollment. *These forms must be submitted in order for your account to be considered valid and in order to qualify to receive commissions.

Manual Enrollment Steps: 2015 For Individual enrollment: 1. Fill out the Ecuador Enrollment Form. 2. Ask your new Associate for a copy of their Ecuador Identity Card. 3. A Copy of their Bank Book (Bank Information for Commission Deposit). 4. Send the form to Nucerity Ecuador s office. You can also Scan the form and the voucher payment and send it by email to make the enrollment faster, but we ask you to also send the original form as well. 5. When we receive your new application and check the payment (bank deposit, bank transfer or you can use the credit card) we will process any order attached. 6. After entering the new associate we will send the number ID to the email account on file. 7. The product will be shipped by Servientrega or you can pick it up at the office. Please be sure to specify this on the order form. For Business Entity 1. Fill out the Ecuador Enrollment Form. 2. Ask your new Associate the following requirements: o The Copy of Business Registration (RUC). o Certified copy of legal representative's appointment. o Legal representative s Ecuadorian Identity Card. o Legal representative s Voting certificate. o Copy of Bank Book (Bank Information for Commission Deposit). 3. Send the form to Nucerity Ecuador s office. You can also Scan the form and the voucher payment and send it by email to make the enrollment faster, but we ask you also send the original form as well. 4. Setting up Autoship Setting up Autoship every 28 days an automatic order of personal product (100 PV enables you to remain active). Option 1 Activating Autoship through the Team Office (TO) a. Log onto www.nuceritybackoffice.com with your distributor ID number and password b. Click Manage Autoship c. Choose the product you want to receive every 28 days d. Choose Autoship Date e. Choose Shipping Method f. Complete Application Note: You can also modify your AutoShip at any time by following the instructions above. Option 2 Autoship set-up through Ecuador s Customer Support 1. Send an email to customer service Support (servicioalcliente@nucerityecuador.com) requesting the activation, payment method and product. 2. Payment method option: a. Bank Transfer and Bank deposit/ b. Transfer Bank or Automatic bank payment NUCERITY ECUADOR S.A. Notes: 2015 AutoShip payment is charged to a distributor s credit card every 28 days. To manage your Autoship, select a date that is 28 days from your initial order to remain active. The week of your Autoship, active status will show not active until Autoship is processed. Cancellation of Autoship must be done three business days prior to the next Autoship date. Requests made after that may not be effective until the following shipment date. If you selected Initial Activation Pack with Prepaid Autoship, you do not need to set up monthly Autoship until the prepaid activation period ends. Prepaid Long-Term Autoship You can purchase Prepaid Long-Term Autoship at your Team Office under Place an order. You can defer 3 month without interest, if you use Produbanco, Bolivariano, Internacional, Machala and Amazonas visa or mastercard.

Shipping Information Shipping price is $5.00 per package or Shipping price is $10.00 per package (Oriente and Galapagos) Shipping Methods: Will Call at the office Ground by Servientrega Pick up Courier (Distribution area Servientrega s office) Delivery Time: 2 3 business days if the delivery is in Guayaquil; If you are in another city it will take 3 to 5 days to deliver the package. For shipment to the Galapagos Island the package will arrive in 7-12 days. Available Product: Skincerity Order Limit: 600 PV every 28 days Track Your Order: Contact Ecuador s Customer Service to know the tracking number. Then enter the tracking number in our couriers web site (www.servientrega.com.ec) and track your package. The tracking number will also be available in your Team Office approximately 2 days after the order is processed. VAT (IVA): 12% over product cost Return Policy: Upon receiving product, product is refundable within 30 days from purchase date. The product must be restockable/resalable for a 90% refund minus shipping cost. Check the Policies and Procedures for a full explanation.

Commission Bonus period: Weekly from 00:00 hours each Monday through 23:59 hours the following Sunday (Mountain Standard Time: USA). Payment Requirement 1. You must have a Business Registration (RUC) available as a commission agent. 2. You need a personal invoice. 3. Send your personal invoice to our office. 4. We ll let you know when your payment is ready. Bonus pay: Bonuses are run on the second Sunday after the close of a bonus period. In Ecuador, the bonus is paid every 4 weeks. If you enter your personal invoice Tuesday, your payment will be ready to cash out Friday of the same week; if you enter your personal invoice from Wednesday to the next Tuesday, you can withdraw your commissions the next week on Friday. Commission Payment Options: Option 1 Direct Bank Deposit - If you live outside of Guayaquil, the Commission will be deposited into your personal account. - Beneficiary s name should be same as registered distributor. - On the Enrollment Form you should complete the specific fields with your bank account information. Option 2 Bank Check - The commission can be paid by check if you want to pick it up from our office between 2 pm to 6pm, Fridays only. Important Notes: Some distributors are married, and decide to withdraw their commission in just one invoice. In this case the husband or wife needs to send a notarized letter in which they authorize to cash out their commission as one.

Nucerity Ecuador S.A. will not withdraw commissions of other distributor in your personal invoice. 1 GBU (Global Business Unit) = $1 American dollar Where can I see my commissions? 1. Log on to www.nuceritybackoffice.com. 2. Enter your distributor ID and password. 3. Go to Financial Tools. 4. Click on commission. a. Past History b. Review your commission s history.
