Release 3.3.3 November 27, 2012 1340 Briefcase now supports Single Sign On (SSO) and auto sign-on for Office 365 sites. Issue # 930 In Date and Date Time metadata fields, the pickers are now automatically set to the current day when first selected and the option to clear the field is now present. 1277 Briefcase now supports TLS v1.0. 1319 The action that generated the error message request failed because it redirected too many times when logging into a SharePoint site, has been fixed. 1329 Previously, files that should have appeared in subfolders were appearing at the root folder level. These files are now appearing in the correct location. 1339 Previously, editing a calendar item caused a crash. This has now been fixed. 1345 When a list is grouped by approval, the items are now grouped by Approved, Pending, and Rejected, instead of 0, 1, and 2. 1346 Users can now successfully upload a SharePoint 2013 file to Briefcase. Users can now create Playlists, which allow multiple personal lists of favorite SharePoint items. When uploading items to Briefcase, a properties screen displays, giving the user the opportunity to enter any relevant metadata for the item, and to choose a content type for the item. Multiple content types per list are now supported. Using Colligo Administrator, you can now restrict the apps that Briefcase items will Open In (Enterprise version only). If users choose an app that is not on the list of allowable apps, they will receive an error message. Users can now perform a search of either the local cache in Briefcase, or an online search of the entire SharePoint site. When uploading a sketch file, the default file name is Sketch.jpg. If this file name already exists, a number is now appended to the name. Users can now view content directly in SharePoint via an online browser that opens within Briefcase. 832 Users are now able to see the choices/values in a lookup list that are located in a different SharePoint site. 1110 When a file or a file s metadata is modified but not uploaded, the file now appears in a state that indicates this (yellow sync icon). 1232 The default view is now set correctly when viewing a list/library. 1234 Multi-line Rich Text fields formatting is now viewable. 1230 A progress indicator now displays when data migration is occurring. 1254 When creating a new list item, a yes/no metadata field is now editable. 1282 Users no longer have to exit the calendar view to update the calendar. Release 3.0.1 July 18, 2012 577 Breadcrumbs have been added for navigational purposes. 587 Users can now upload photos from the ipad camera or from the photo library, as well as free form sketches, to a SharePoint location. 705 Inter-document linking in PDFs is now supported. 815 The list order of views as defined in SharePoint is now honored in the Briefcase views. 818 Search result items now display the full path of the item's location in SharePoint. 826 InfoPath forms are now supported. Users can view, edit, and create new InfoPath forms. Online connectivity is required for full form access. When offline, users can enter metadata for InfoPath form list items and the item is uploaded on the next sync. 835 Check-out/Check-in now occurs when the button is pressed rather than on a sync. 837 When a check-out error occurs, Briefcase displays an error and prevents any data loss 1000 Briefcase is now supported on iphone and ipod Touch. 1075 Subsites are now visible in the same pane as lists and libraries. Issue # 612 Briefcase no longer attempts to sync sites that a user doesn't have access to. 831 Check in/out now functions properly for SP 2007 sites 859 Forms-based authentication no longer fails in certain situations. 1103 Users can now sync to SharePoint Foundation sites on all Briefcase versions.
