Note: To recover, you will need to do the following for each file open the sync issues dialog, right click the sync error, and select choose local. Prevent this error by waiting for the original delete to sync to SharePoint before copying the files back to restore them. Sync errors on 2nd machine after sync conflict due to re- adding files (during a sync) that have been previously deleted from same location. This issue relates to POR Office 365 Authentication fails authentication challenge after application sitting idle for several days. Deleting folders with the same name as files will no longer affect the files. Managed metadata terms now appear in the same order as SharePoint in the metadata editor. Empty libraries now display in Finder. Checking in an item from the metadata editor to a library that requires checkout no longer requires the file to be checked in twice. If a site was synced with at least one library, then the library was removed and the site was saved and synced, if you re- added the library and did another save and sync, the content did not display in Colligo Engage until the program was restarted. Clearing an existing metadata field is not synchronized to SharePoint. Users cannot change or add people to a Person metadata field if the user does not have a display name defined. Updating an enterprise keyword field with existing metadata is not synchronized to SharePoint. The Engage disk volume can be un- mounted while files are open files left open during un- mounting must be saved manually outside of Engage to prevent data loss. Files with the.cs extension are not supported and will not be synchronized with SharePoint. Users will receive multiple a prompt for access to the keychain for each site synchronized during upgrade from Colligo Briefcase for Mac. Sites with no title defined will not show a list of libraries to sync. Some users may have the application uninstaller associated to.msg files after upgrade instead of the Colligo MSG Viewer application. Page 4 of 6

6 Resolved Issues Release 1.0 SP1 Release 1.0 SP1 July 4, Deleting then replacing files while offline is now supported Users could select sub- sites they didn t have permission for syncing causing a login credential prompt to be displayed on each sync. Users can now only select sub- sites they have permission to access. An issue existed where Finder was crashing because the icon overlays used by Briefcase. This has been resolved. Users were sometimes unable to delete files and would receive (Error code - 36) in Finder. This has been resolved. If a user added a folder during a sync and renamed it, the new folder disappeared until the sync finished. This has been resolved Briefcase has been updated to OpenSSL v1.0.1g to fix the HeartBleed bug Some users would experience high processor usage when viewing thumbnails in Finder due to icon overlays. Processor usage has been reduced Some users were unable to sync files updated offline. This has been resolved Briefcase for Mac s SharePoint URL validation was blocking some valid SharePoint sites. This has been resolved. Any files containing üöä uploaded using Briefcase would be inaccessible when accessed in the web browser. This has been resolved. Modify or creating files directly to briefcase during the sync of a specific library could cause the file not to be updated in SharePoint. This has been resolved. Page 5 of 6

7 Known Issues Release Release 1.0 March 31, 2014 File and folder names are not case sensitive. If a file or folder with the same name as an already existing item is uploaded, it will cause a sync issue. All subsequent files/folders with the same name (in different cases) are not uploaded. Colligo does not recommend assigning read- only or view- only permissions to SharePoint folders and libraries that will be synced to Briefcase. Users with these permissions will be able to edit these files on their local machines, but the changes will not get uploaded to SharePoint. This can result in scenarios with sync issues that will be difficult to resolve. If you are viewing an image file that you have synced through Briefcase, you cannot delete it because it is in use. You are able to see and select sub- sites you do not have permission for, but you are not able to see the content of these sub- sites. In the metadata editor, if you press Enter in a multi- line text field, the characters '\r\n' display instead of a new line. When a file becomes out of sync from a metadata update made to a file in SharePoint and a content change made in Briefcase, there will be a sync issue. If the sync issue is resolved locally through Briefcase, the changes are merged; that is, the content update from Briefcase and the metadata update from SharePoint are both saved. If you choose to keep the SharePoint changes, you lose the local edits. You cannot drag- and- drop multiple.eml files with a conversation from the standard Mac mail client into Briefcase. The metadata editor does not have a field to enter a description for a hyperlink or hyperlink to picture. Currently, you need to enter the URL of the link, then follow it with a comma and the description. If you have a Person field in the metadata dialog and you select the current Briefcase user who is logged in, the name displays with extra characters in front of it Fast user switching between accounts with different permission levels is not supported If you have a library synced to Briefcase that is then deleted on the SharePoint site, if you add a file to the now deleted location, the file is pushed to the parent directory of the deleted folder. When the file is added to Briefcase, it disappears and does not appear in subsequent synchronizations. The uninstall script does not delete the application file from the Applications folder for Standard users. Pages, Numbers, and Keynote files can be synced and viewed in Briefcase, but not edited. The changes are not synced to SharePoint. Sync a site with at least one library, then remove the library, and save and sync. If you re- add the library, then save and sync again, the content does not display in Briefcase until you restart the program Office Libre is not supported. Page 6 of 6
