CASE STUDY Rexam Webpac worked with Rexam from 2000 until its takeover by Ball in 2016. Webpac was initially tasked with generating online exposure through its Webpackaging portal and this lead to Webpac being contracted to build the digital catalog infrastructure worldwide for all sectors including beverage cans, beauty, and pharmaceutical products. The Rexam catalogue site was hugely successful, generating thousands of leads for Rexam, and coming up on page 1 of Google for the search term 330ml can, clearly positioning Rexam as the leader in their space. Webpac developed other systems for Rexam including its online Media Library and other internal systems. CASE STUDY TricorBraun The TricorBraun ($1 Billion annual sales) initially hired Webpac to promote itself via the Webpackaging platform. TricorBraun was given a global exposure push that resulted in increased sales leads. Following the success of the Webpackaging project, TricorBraun hired Webpac to implement isalestoolkit for 200+ sales and marketing users. Webpac worked with TricorBraun s marketing and technical staff to develop a sales toolkit platform that integrated with their local network. This allowed toolkits to be distributed to office branches for updates. Innovative toolkits were designed including the Tube Configurator which was also published on the TricorBraun web site. The isalestoolkit App was re-written to run on Windows touch-screen tablets to ensure powerful face-to-face customer engagement. CASE STUDY RPC Group With a growing product portfolio and a growing sales team of more than 200 people, RPC ( 2 Billion annual sales) needed a solution to communicate effectively among marketing, sales, and the customer. Further, RPC needed to be able to handle sales leads efficiently between markets and technologies to enhance its cross-selling capability. isalestoolkit was initially piloted for suitability and then rolled out to the entire team, with a major launch at the Interpack trade show in Dusseldorf. The entire RPC team was then able to carry all their product information from numerous sectors with them offline on their ipads. They were also able to handle customer enquiries from any sector and generated hundreds of leads at the show. The tool became the primary reference source for both new starters and long serving members of the RPC sales team.
