Switch between work and play with a few quick taps on your iphone or ipad device. Carry one device, loaded with your favorite games and apps, as well as your encrypted business email, contacts, and calendar. All of this is now possible with Toggle and your company doesn t mind one bit. Toggle separates business data from personal data by encrypting your business data in the work mode. Before you begin using AT&T Toggle, ensure that you meet the following requirements: You have an iphone, ipod, or ipad running version 6.x or later. You have completed the steps to install AT&T Toggle and its associated apps. You have a stable Wi-Fi or 4G connection. You have an email account running on Exchange 2007 or 2010, Office 365, IMAP, or POP3. You have Exchange Active Sync enabled (if using an Exchange email account). The following applications are part of the AT&T Toggle suite: AT&T Toggle Toggle Browser Toggle Hub Data Usage Figure 1 These apps appear on your iphone, ipod, or ipad desktop after successful installation. You may have additional applications associated with AT&T Toggle depending on what your Toggle IT Administrator has sent to your iphone or ipad. AT&T Toggle applications are easily identified by the AT&T Toggle badge (Figure 1) in the bottom right corner of the application icon. You must enter your AT&T Toggle PIN for any apps with the badge. This step helps ensure that your work applications and data are highly secure within the AT&T Toggle workspace. Once you click on the AT&T Toggle applications you will be asked to enter either your AT&T Toggle PIN OR a Single Sign-on (SSO) Login. The SSO will require your AT&T Toggle Username and the Password used when you first installed Toggle and will only need to be entered periodically. You will need to remember your PIN and SSO to move from your personal workspace to the AT&T Toggle workspace on your iphone or ipad. Press the Home button on your device at any time to access your personal applications. Your Toggle Administrator may also assign applications to you which do not have the AT&T Toggle badge. You can install these applications directly from the App Store. You do not need your AT&T Toggle PIN to access apps without the Toggle badge. Page 1

The AT&T Toggle application combines all of the following corporate information applications into one single, simple, and highly secure application (Figure 2). Email Contacts Calendar Notes Tasks Files Remote Files Settings Lock Toggle Figure 2 AT&T Toggle syncs directly with MS Exchange Server 2007 and 2010, Office 365, IMAP and POP3 accounts. When you access AT&T Toggle for the first time, if you are using an Exchange account, you see a screen similar to the one in Figure 3. If you see a different screen, please refer to the AT&T Toggle: ios Installation Guide for more information on how to set up your corporate email within AT&T Toggle. Enter the required information to set up your work email account. Please contact your Toggle Administrator if you do not know your email server information. Click on the Email tab to access your work email. Note: After initial setup, you can edit or delete your account by clicking on Settings->Accounts- >Your Account, from within the AT&T Toggle application. Figure 3 Figure 4 Page 2

To navigate to the different tabs within AT&T Toggle, a sideswipe bar maximizes the viewing space on your iphone (see Figure 5). To pull out the sideswipe menu, drag the arrow on the bottom left corner of your screen to the right. Then, simply choose between the common exchange panels by tapping on the desired location. Drag the slider arrow to the left to hide the sideswipe menu.
