Generation and Development of the 4K Technology 4K is the result of technical innovation made by the film industry to cope with the challenge from the HD TV. For the customer, The low bandwidth customers can watch low-bitrate stream channel, and normal stream channel can be watched by customer with sufficient bandwidth. If the whole system runs on low bandwidth, Low-Bitrate encoder need to deployed,and regular encoders are not needed. 13
