Download & Install App 1. Download and install MediaWalker App either from Google Play or App store. 2. User can scan the following QR code to download and install MediaWalker App. 3. Start the MediaWalker App after installed. For Android For ios 5

Android users can click on the slide command tab at the upper left corner to start (Fig 1). Fig 1 ios users can click on " More " to start (Fig 2). Note: Although these two interfaces appear differently, the flow and functions are the same. The following steps will use Android App to demonstrate how it works. Fig 2 6

Setup 1. One Touch Setup Automatic Setup 1. Connect the mobile device which installed with MediaWalker App to the WiFi router. 2. Start MediaWalker App, click on the slide command tab at the upper left corner and choose " Setup " (Fig 3), select " One Touch Setup " (Fig 4). 3. Enter the password for the particular router, press " next " to continue (Fig 5). Fig 3 Fig 4 Fig 5 7

4. One short press on " Reset " button which located beside the camera on MediaWalker 963 or short press button once on the Remote Controller, then press " next " on App to start the auto setting (Fig 6). Note: Short press button once for " One Touch Setup ". Short press button twice within 2 seconds for " WPS ". Press " Reset " button and hold it more than 5 seconds for Fig 6 5. Wait for MediaWalker 963 connected to the WiFi router, the message of " Router Connected " will be heard if the connection is successful. Otherwise, it will prompt " Fail to connect WiFi " to inform user to try again (Fig 7). 8 Fig 7

2. Device Setting Manual Setup a. Connecting Mobile Device 1. Turn on the setup of your mobile device such as iphone, ipad, Android phone. Setup WiFi on the mobile device and search for the AP router with SSID name : mw946x_xxxxxx. 2. Default password : 12345678 3. It will show the AP connected if the connection is successful (Fig 8). Note:Open browser on your mobile to connect any website, if the website on the internet can be accessed, the process of " One Touch Setup " was successful. Fig 8 9

b. Login Mediawalker 963 as Admin 1. Start MediaWalker App. 2. Select the slide command tab at the upper left corner and select " Setup " (Fig 9). 3. Choose " Device Setting " for the configu - ration setup (Fig10). 4. Default login name : admin 5. Default login password : admin 6. After login as admin to Mediawalker 963, there will be two options : " Network Setup Wizard " & " Network Page Setup " to choose from. Fig 9 10 Fig 10

(1) Network Setup Wizard 1. Choose " Network Setup Wizard " to start a step by step setup for WiFi (Fig 11). (no Ethernet setup for MediaWalker 963) 2. " Remote AP SSID " : Click on the small triangle at the end of the option box, select the remote AP router from available list for uplink connection later (Fig 12). 3. " WPA Passphrase " : Enter the password for remote AP router in previous step then press " SUBMIT " (Fig 13). 4. Any changed parameter will take effect after system restarts. Wait for the " Welcome Message " is heard which indicate the system is ready. Note: Password for WPA/WPA 2 will be automatically recognized even it only shows WPA. 11

(2) Network Page Setup 1. Choose " Network Page Setup " for configuration page. 2. WAN Type : Select " WiFi ". 3. WAN IP Mode : Select " DHCP ". 4. Remote AP SSID : Click on the small triangle at the end of the option box, select the remote AP router from available list for uplink connection later. 5. WPA Password : Enter the password for remote AP router in previous step, then press " SUBMIT " (Fig 14). 6. Any changed parameter will take effect after system restarts. Wait for the " Welcome Message " is heard to indicate the system is ready. Fig 14 Note: Password for WPA/WPA 2 will be automatically recognized even it only shows WPA. 13

3. Camera Authorization Setting Not for Extra Model 1. The setting is for " Remote Monitoring ". 2. Select " Setup " and then " Camera Authorization Settings " (Fig 15,16). Fig 15 14

3. Choose the SSID of MediaWalker 963 device to initiate the camera (Fig 17). 4. Enter the UMID for MediaWalker 963 (Fig 18). Note: 3 years licensed UMID label is included in the package and it is not recoverable if you lost the UMID. Please keep it in safe place. Fig 16 Fig 17 Fig 18 15

4. Firmware Update 1. Make sure MediaWalker 963 is connected to the Internet. 2. Connect your mobile device with MediaWalker 963 by login as WiFi client. 3. Start MediaWalker 963 App and select the slide command tab at the upper left corner, select " Setup " " About" choose the SSID of MediaWalker 963 device which firmware needs to be upgrade (Fig 19,20). 4. About screen will display the current firmware version and App version (Fig 21). Fig 19 Fig 20 Fig 21 16

5. Place 2 fingers on the " About Screen " for more than 7 seconds to activate, click on the " Version Update " to start the firmware upgrade (Fig 22). 6. Select " Stable Upgrade " to perform the upgrade (Fig 23). (Beta Upgrade is for testing only) 7. Follow the wizard step by step to process the upgrade procedure (Fig 24). Note: During firmware upgrade, be sure to keep the product in Power-On and connected to the internet. Wait until MediaWalker 963 auto restart and send out the " Welcome Message " which indicate the firmware upgrade is completed. Fig 22 Fig 23 Fig 24 17

5. Other Setting 1. Select " Setup ", and then select the SSID of MediaWalker 963 device. 2. " Audio Output Setting " User can change audio output from either stereo or optical. (Not for MediaWalker 963) 3. " AUX-OUT Channel Setting " User can select Mediawalker 963 channel output from stereo, left or right. 4. " Language Setting " User can choose voice prompt in different language (Fig 25). Fig 25 18

Local Player 1. Single-play 1. Click the slide command tab at the upper left corner and choose " Local Player " to list the music contents in your mobile device (Fig 26). 2. Choose the desired music, click on the control button on the right corner will control the music to play either on local device or on the MediaWalker 963 via WiFi (Fig 27). 3. 2. Multi-play For Music on Mobile Devices 1. Multi-play function can be used to play music when either two or more MediaWalker 963 devices connected in same network. 2. Click the slide command tab at the upper left corner and choose " Local Player " to list the music contents in the mobile device (Fig 29). Fig 29 20

3. Choose the desired music, click on the control button on the right corner will control the music either plays on local device or on the MediaWalker 963 via WiFi (Fig 30,31). 4. Push button to adjust the volume on listed MediaWalker 963 devices (Fig 32). Fig 30 Fig 31 Fig 32 21

Remote Player 1. Detect Song List 1. For Deluxe4 / Deluxe8 only. 2. The audio contents in 4GB / 8GB storage can be play by remote player. 3. 2. Create and Add Song to New Song List 1. Select " More " command button, then proceed the option of "New list to remote device" (Fig 36). 2. Enter the name for the list and press " OK " to create a new list (Fig 37). Fig 36 Fig 37 Fig 38 23

3. User can add a song to playlist by holding down on any particular song, select " Add to playlist " command, and choose the playlist (Fig 38,39). 4. With the " Remote play-list change " option active, it will enable user to switch song list to play (Fig 40). 5. DLNA Play 1. Click on the slide command tab at the upper left corner and choose the " DLNA Player " to list the music contents in the mobile device (Fig 42). 2. Select " Play From " and " Play To " (Fig 43), then choose " Directory listing " or " File list " (Fig 44). Fig 42 Fig 43 Fig 44 25

FTP Client 1. MediaWalker 963 can serve as a FTP server which allows mobile devices to access as a FTP client. 2. Only Deluxe 4 and Deluxe 8 models support 4GB / 8GB storage for FTP. 3. Click on the slide command tab at the upper left corner and choose the " FTP Client " (Fig 48). Fig 48 4. Click on the device to list the files on storage devices then login (Fig 49). 5. Select " Remote " to download songs to the mobile device. Select " Local " to upload songs to MediaWalker 963 (Fig 50,51,52,53). 6. Use the function menu at the upper right corner to cut, rename, paste or add new folder (Fig 54). 27

Remote Control Panel 1. For Deluxe 4 / Deluxe 8 models only. 2. Click on the slide command tab at the upper left corner and choose the " Remote Control Panel " to list the music contents in MediaWalker 963 (Fig 55,56). 3. The " Remote Control Panel " function slightly different from actual remote controller, it is applies only to play music from MediaWalker 963 or listen to the Internet radio. Fig 55 29 Fig 56

LED Control 1. Short press button on Remote Controller to open the control of LED. 2. button for adjusting brightness of LED. Note: Short press button again to close the control of LED. Note: Long press the button to disable the camera, and the system voice prompts "Camera Disable", long press the button again to enable the camera, the system voice prompts "Camera Enable".By default, the camera is enabled. Camera Remote Monitoring Not for Extra Model 1. Make sure your mobile device is login on MediaWalker 963 and MediaWalker 963 is connecting to the Internet. 2. Be sure the " Camera Authorization Setting " is complete. 3. Click on the slide command tab at the upper left corner and choose " Remote Monitoring " (Fig 63). Fig 63 33

1. Register User Account 1. Click on the slide command tab at the upper left corner and choose " Remote Monitoring ". 2. Choose " Register " to register the user account and enter the information accordingly to complete the registration (Fig 64,65). Note 1: " Email " - Use active Email address for retrieve password if needed. Note 2: " Phone number " Be sure to use active phone number for alarm message delivery. 3. 1. Click on the button to listen to the sound. 2. Click on the button to change the resolution to. 3. Click on the button to stop the streaming. 4. Click on the button to capture the picture. 5. Click on the button to record the video. 6. Click on the button to enable the voice transmitting from mobile to MediaWalker 963. Hold on button to send voice to MediaWalker 963 from mobile device. 7. Click on the button to open the slide command and click on the button to view captured images or recorded contents (Fig 74). 38

3. Switch both " Alarm Receiver Enable"and " SOS Enable ",then press save to complete the process. When button has been pressed on the remote controller, the system will automatically notify the phone owner (Fig 78, 79). Fig 78 40 Fig 79
