How To Schedule Your FLORIDA CAM STATE EXAM To be approved to schedule your Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) State Exam, you must first submit your application, get fingerprinted and complete the CAM Pre-License Course. Once approved for the state exam, you are able to schedule with PearsonVUE. Scheduling can be completed by calling 888.204.6230 or on the PearsonVue website by following the steps below. When making an online reservation, you must first select your testing program, which is Florida Community Association Manager. Under Select your testing program, use the scrollbar on the right to scroll down until you see Florida Community Association Manager. CLICK IT.
STEP 2 Create an Account or Sign In If this is the first time you ve scheduled an exam on PearsonVue s website, click create a new web account. If you re a returning test-taker, enter your Username and Password and click the Sign In button. Click create a new web account if this is the first time you ve scheduled an exam on this website. Otherwise Sign In with your account information.
On this page you will enter your legal First Name and Last Name in the boxes. Make sure it is the same information you provided to the DBPR when you submitted your application. In the bottom box, enter your Social Security Number (no dashes or spaces needed). Enter your LEGAL First and Last Name. Use the same information as on your state application. Enter your Social Security Number in the bottom box. After selecting Next on the previous page, you can then edit your Personal and/or Contact Information on the following page. Press the Edit button to change any of the information listed. After making any edits or if everything listed is accurate, press the Next button in the lower right hand corner.
On this page you will create a Username and Password. When creating a Password, make sure it has 7 or more characters, has a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and includes at least one number or symbol. At the bottom, you ll create security questions with answers. Create a Username and Password. Be sure your password matches the rules contained in the box below.
PearsonVue will send you an email with your account details. Click the button that says Schedule Your Exam Now in the lower right hand corner to proceed. You will be sent an email with your account information and you can proceed to scheduling by clicking the button below.
Select the box next to your exam name and also select your exam language. If there is no exam name listed, that means you are not yet approved to take the exam. By clicking the Next button you will be brought to the page where you can view available test dates and time. Select the box next to your exam name, and also select your exam language. Click Next to proceed.
You can schedule an exam date and time for any PearsonVue test center in the country. You can select to search for as few as 5 of the closest test centers to as many as 20 of the closest test centers. After pressing Search, you will see the list of test centers to choose from. Choose how many test center options you d like to see based on your address, city and/or zipcode. Press Search to view the closest test centers. After selecting a test center, you can select a date from the calendar shown. You will then be given the test time availability to choose from. After selecting your test date and time, you will then proceed to the payment screen. Call PearsonVue at 888.204.6289 with any questions about exam reservations.
Additional PearsonVue Exam Information We ask that you arrive at the test center 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you adequate time to complete the necessary sign-in procedures. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an exam and are refused admission, exam fees will be forfeited. ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING: Please bring TWO (2) FORMS OF CURRENT SIGNATURE BEARING IDENTIFICATION, one form must have a government issued photograph such as a driver s license or state ID. The government issued photo identification must be current and unexpired. Examples of the second form of signature bearing identification are a current unexpired credit or debit card with a signature. You must also bring the ORIGINAL certificate of course completion to the test center. Failure to provide this documentation may result in denied admission to the examination and forfeiture of the examination fee. No personal items may be taken into the testing room. This includes all bags, books not authorized by the sponsor, notes, phones, pagers, watches and wallets. Reschedule Policy *If you wish to reschedule your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE at least 48 hours prior to your exam appointment date. Rescheduling an exam less than 48 hours prior to your exam date is subject to forfeiture of your exam fee. No shows are also subject to forfeiture of the exam fee.
