IFR AccessPoint The IFR AccessPoint is the first screen you will see after logging in -- it provides a list of all your cubes & reports. Toggle between viewing your cubes or reports. To search by name: Use the search box to quickly find cubes or reports by name. Helpdesk and additional resources. Beside each cube is a quick glance view of its content. Recently updated cubes are listed first. 4
Dashboard After selecting a Cube you are brought to the Dashboard. To do more Use the navigation menu to select different views or filter data as needed The Dashboard includes several summary charts providing an overview of pricing, share and promotion. To see more Hold your mouse over any value to see more detail From here you can dig deeper, select a different report to view, filter to a specific segment, print or export. Print, Save and Export To Export & Print To Save / Bookmark From Graphs/Tables The white export icon visible on all tables/graphs allows export in multiple formats and printing. From Crosstab & similar interactive tables data can be exported directly to Excel by clicking on the Excel icon in the top right. To save Filters and Reports: Click the star icon. Full reports: can be saved as bookmarks Report filters: can be saved and applied to future reports. 7

Imagebank Image Bank Quickly find, print and export Ad images To Access: Select Image Bank from the report menu. The Image Bank is currently only available when working with AD data. 11
