By signing up for the AtlantiCare Health-E You Patient Portal, you will be able to: Communicate electronically with the members of your healthcare team for non-urgent medical matters Request appointments with your AtlantiCare providers, as well as referrals Request refills of your prescription medicines You will be asked to create a unique user identification (ID) and password the first time you visit the AtlantiCare Health-E You Patient Portal. This ID and password will be used to log into the portal every time you enter the site. All Health-E You messaging is managed through a secure connection via the patient portal.
