Refer to the steps in this job aid for portal access and log in guidance. It also covers Multi-Factor Authentication that is required for logging into the Partner Portal. MFA is an additional security layer that requires users to provide additional proof, beyond their password, through authentication via an external device (e.g. phone or mobile device). IMPORTANT NOTE USER IDs! You will have 2 unique User IDs assigned to (1) activate your account and (2) access the Partner Portal: (1) IdentityIQ (IIQ) User Name this is your Company Email Address o You will access IdentityIQ to activate your account with Rockwell Automation and also to create or change your portal password (2) PartnerNetwork Portal User Name - You will use this user name for logging into the Partner Portal, along with the password you created in IdentityIQ. Your PartnerNetwork Portal user name is assigned to you based on your provisioned date and will be one of the two domains (information listed after the @ symbol) listed below. o @yourcompanyemail.com o @member.rockwellautomation.com Page 1 of 23

Make sure to take note of the username that s been assigned to you from the welcome email from prmadmin@rockwellautomation.com confirming your login credentials for the PartnerNetwork Portal. Selecting anything besides this will cause login issues and errors. Please refer to Appendix A (Support Contacts) if you have Portal login and/or access issues/questions. Step 1: New Portal User User ID Created Using IdentityIQ (IIQ) 1. Your Portal Acount User ID is created in IdentityIQ (IIQ) by Rockwell Automation. Once created, you will receive a notification email from account_admin@rockwellautomation.com with instructions to activate your Portal account. The email includes your IdentityIQ (IIQ) User ID (which is your company email address) and temporary password. You will need these to activate your account. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This new password will also replace any Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase and Software Downloads passwords that you may have previously created. Going forward any password changes to the Partner Portal or Knowledgebase/Software Downloads sites MUST be done via IdentityIQ at https://raiiqxp.rockwellautomation.com/identityiq/login.jsf. Step 2: New Portal User - Portal Account Activation (One-Time) 1. Click on the IdentityIQ URL link below or paste into your browser (this is also included in the notification email from account_admin@rockwellautomation.com ): https://raiiqxp.rockwellautomation.com/identityiq/login.jsf This will open the IdentityIQ login screen 2. Log in to IdentityIQ with your Username (your Company Email Address) and temporary password (provided in your notification email). 3. You will be prompted to answer 5 out of 15 available security questions that may be asked of you for future password reset. Page 3 of 23

4. After the questions are answered, you will be directed to the IdentityIQ Dashboard. Select Change My Password. 5. Enter a new password of your choice conforming to the Password Policy shown below. Enter your new password again to confirm. Select Change Password. 6. Once your Portal account is activated in IdentityIQ, you will receive a welcome email from prmadmin@rockwellautomation.com confirming your login credentials for the PartnerNetwork Portal. Step 3: Access the PartnerNetwork Portal 1. Paste the link below into your browser: https://partners.rockwellautomation.com/ You will be directed to the Partner Portal home page. 2. From the Partner Portal home page click the Sign In button (upper right). You will then be directed to the Rockwell Automation Partner Portal Sign-on page. Page 5 of 23

Step 4: Sign in to the PartnerNetwork Portal Sign In Process for Commercial Program Portal Users with the @yourcompanyemail.com user name. NOTE: If your Portal account user name is @member.rockwellautomation.com, please follow the steps in the next section (page 8). 1. Click on the Rockwell Automation Partner Portal Sign in button. You will be redirected to the MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) login page. 1. On the account selection screen, make sure to select the @yourcompanyemail.com link as your account choice. Selecting anything besides this will cause login issues and errors. (You will also need to clear your internet browser cache to delete settings.) Page 6 of 23

2. Enter your Portal user name (in the format of @yourcompanyemail.com ) and the password you created in IdentityIQ, and navigate to the Sign in button. 3. Once you click on the Sign in button, you will be prompted to check your email for a PIN to enter. This PIN is your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) code. Page 7 of 23

4. Once your login credentials are authenticated by MFA, you will be redirected back to the Partner Portal page and be able to access system functionality available to your business role. Page 8 of 23

Sign In Process for Portal Users with the @member.rockwellautomation.com sign in user name. 2. Click on the Rockwell Automation Partner Portal Sign in button. You will be redirected to the MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) login page. 2. On the account selection screen, to make sure to select the @member.rockwellautomation.com link as your account choice. Selecting anything besides this will cause login issues and errors. (You will also need to clear your internet browser cache to delete settings.) IMPORTANT The first time you attempt to log in to the Partner Portal, you will be directed to setup your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA). Please refer to Appendix B - Multi-Factor Authentication Setup section for instructions. Page 9 of 23

3. Enter your Portal user name (in the format of XXXX@member.rockwellautomation.com) and the password you created in Identity IQ and navigate to the blue Sign in button. 4. Once your login credentials are authenticated by MFA, you will be redirected back to the Partner Portal page and be able to access system functionality available to your business role. Page 10 of 23

Appendix B - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Setup NOTE Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Setup is for Commercial Program Portal users that have the @member.rockwellautomation.com sign in user name. The first time you attempt to log in to the Rockwell Automation Partner Portal, you will be directed to the MFA setup screen. Select the Set it up now button. Multi-Factor Authentication Method Selection Although there are two authentication options available to you as the user (via phone call or the mobile app), Rockwell Automation strongly recommends that you choose the Phone Call option for ease of setup and reliability. Phone Call verification does not require a smartphone. A mobile cell phone or a wired desk phone will work. Phone Call Authentication Method 1. Select Authentication phone from the first drop-down window. IMPORTANT: You will want to select Office Phone if you have an extension. 2. Verify or enter in the desired contact phone number where you can be reached for verification purposes. Ensure that you choose the correct country code for you region (Note: do not add the country code into the phone number field. Select the Call me option. Click on Contact me. Page 13 of 23

3. You will see the following screen and can expect to receive a phone call to the preferred phone number you provided on the previous screen. 4. Once you have answered the call and followed the instructions (by pressing #) the Done option will take a few moments to populate. Select Done. * IMPORTANT: If you fail to receive a call and are promoted to enter in additional security information, we were not provided your office phone extension in advance or you may have entered in your phone number incorrectly during setup. Rockwell Automation Distributors please contact your regional Rockwell Automation customer care representative for assistance Rockwell Automation Commercial Program Participants please contact your local Rockwell Automation authorized distributor or sales office for assistance. *If you have call forwarding setup, the verification will go to your forwarding phone number. Note: Standard telephone and SMS charges will apply. Remember Me Functionality Once you have setup your MFA and are prompted to MFA upon next log in, you will have the option to have MFA remember your login for a full 24 hours. Step 1 Log in to MFA and check Keep me signed in ) Step 2 Select Don t ask again for 1 day Page 14 of 23

Updating Your Contact Information To update your contact information in the future, please review the steps below. Please Note: If you entered in your contact phone number incorrectly during this setup, please contact your regional Rockwell Automation customer care representative to get your MFA account reset. Rockwell Automation Distributors please contact your regional Rockwell Automation customer care representative for assistance Rockwell Automation Commercial Program Participants please contact your local Rockwell Automation authorized distributor or sales office for assistance. 1. Navigate to the Microsoft Azure site: https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com 2. Select profile. Page 15 of 23

3. Select Additional security verification. 4. Select Call my authentication phone from the drop-down window. Select Authentication phone and enter in the new phone number. Click Save. NOTE: If you want to use an Office Phone that has an extension for your MFA authentication, select Office Phone from the drop-down window and enter the new Office number and extension. Page 16 of 23

5. The following pop-up will appear. Click on Verify preferred option. 6. You will see the following screen and can expect to receive a phone call to the preferred phone number you provided on the previous screen. 7. Once you have answered the call and followed the instructions (by pressing #) the Done option will appear on the verification screen. (Note may take a few moments to populate). Select Done. Your contact number has now been updated. Page 17 of 23

Appendix C Forget Password? Instructions to Reset Password NOTE: Your Partner Portal password is reset using IdentityIQ (IIQ). IMPORTANT NOTICE: This new password will also replace any Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase and Software Downloads passwords that you have previously created. Going forward any password changes to the Partner Portal or Knowledgebase/Software Downloads sites MUST be done via IdentityIQ at https://raiiqxp.rockwellautomation.com/identityiq/login.jsf. Option 1 - Go Direct to IdentityIQ 1. Click on the IdentityIQ URL link below or paste into your browser: https://raiiqxp.rockwellautomation.com/identityiq/login.jsf 2. On the IdentityIQ Login screen, enter your IdentityIQ Username (which is your company email address). Click on Forget Password. 3. You will be prompted to answer 3 of the security questions you created during your original IdentityIQ setup. 4. Enter New Password and Confirm Password. 5. Click Submit Page 18 of 23

6. Allow a few minutes for the password change to synchronize and then you may log in to the PartnerNetwork Portal with your Portal Username and your new password. Option 2 - From the Partner Portal 1. From the Partner Portal home page (https://partners.rockwellautomation.com/ ) click on Sign In button (upper right). You will then be directed to the Rockwell Single Sign-on page. 2. Click on the Rockwell Automation Partner Portal Sign in button. You will be redirected to the MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) login page. Page 19 of 23

3. At the bottom right of the MFA login page, you will see the message To reset your password please go to: https//raiiqxp.rockwellautomation.com/identityiq/login.jsf (this is the URL to IdentityIQ login). 4. Copy the URL and paste into your web browser. IMPORTANT!! Do NOT use the Can t access your account link on the page. This is not for Partner Portal access or password reset. This is a standard Microsoft Office 365 function that cannot be removed from the site. Page 20 of 23

5. On the IdentityIQ Login screen, enter your Username (which is your company email address). Click on Forget Password. 6. You will be prompted to answer 3 of the security questions you created during your original IdentityIQ setup. 7. Enter New Password and Confirm Password. 8. Click Submit 9. Allow a few minutes for the password change to synchronize and then you may log in to the PartnerNetwork Portal with your Portal Username and your new password. Page 21 of 23

Appendix D Password Expiration (90-day); Change Password NOTE: Your Partner Portal password is reset using IdentityIQ (IIQ). PRM Partner Portal passwords expire every 90 days after account activation. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This new password will also replace any Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase and Software Downloads passwords that you have previously created. Going forward any password changes to the Partner Portal or Knowledgebase/Software Downloads sites MUST be done via IdentityIQ at https://raiiqxp.rockwellautomation.com/identityiq/login.jsf. You will receive an email from account_admin@rockwellautomation.com notifying you that your password will expire. 1. Click on the IdentityIQ URL link below or paste into your browser: https://raiiqxp.rockwellautomation.com/identityiq/login.jsf 2.
