General Section *See Note English Language Search based on industry standard - allows the user to query language which includes greater than, between, less than, or query language which includes symbols such as >. (Recommended) Enable Transformation Station enables the integration with Transformation Station. *NOTE: Only check this per SIS instruction, as this needs to be set up with IVANS. Prompt on Exit - displays an Exit Partner XE dialogue message asking if the user is sure they wish to exit Partner XE. (Recommended) (Optional) Log Errors enables Partner XE to keep an error log for troubleshooting. (Recommended)
Client Folder Section View Filter: All - Default to view all client detail. Recent within: days - Default to view client detail within specified # of days. Display future reminder Notes/ToDo Lists on Client Summary defaults to display future dated Notes/To Do Lists on the Client Summary. (Recommended) Include all Policies/Quotes on the initial client policy list defaults to display this level of detail when viewing the client policy list. (Recommended) Include all Policies/Quotes on the initial client snapshot defaults to display this level of detail when viewing the client snapshot. (Optional)
Letter Defaults Zoom choose the default zoom view in Letter Editor as 75%, 100%, or 150%. Status Bar - allows user to automatically display the status bar in Letter Editor. (Optional) Ruler - automatically displays the ruler when Letter Editor is opened. (Optional) Maximize on display displays Letter Editor in a maximized view when opened. (Optional) Prompt to follow up defaults prompt for the user to add a follow up note after a letter is saved and printed. The note will be attached to the level the user was in when Letter Editor is accessed (i.e client level, policy level, claim level, etc.). (Recommended) Default printed copies select default number of printed copies. (Recommended - 1)
Policy List Default Tab Allows user to choose which tab will be the default when viewing the policy list in the Client Folder. (Summary tab is recommended.)
Policy Details View Policy Details Grid View allows user to view Policy Details screens in grid view format. (Optional) Display the Policy Lock popup message - will display the Policy Lock dialogue message box each time Policy Details is opened. *Note: If this setting is left unchecked when opening a policy in Policy Details the policy is opened in an unlocked view. (Recommended) Use the AUTOP Change Request Form (ACORD 71) with a Personal Package policy during Exit Steps allow user to choose which form to automatically pop up during Exit Steps from a personal package policy. (Optional) *Note: If this is not checked, the ACORD 75 Change Request Form will pop up.
Insurance Binder Display the Location and Vehicle selection screens before displaying the binder allows user to indicate if this is preferred when accessing a binder. Print the disclaimer page - has been discontinued as this page is no longer provided by ACORD.
Communication History Open Policy Details allows you to access Policy Details when clicking on a downloaded policy in Communication History. Open Client Policy List - allows you to access the client policy list in the Client Folder when clicking on a downloaded policy in Communication History. (Recommended)
Outlook Email Outlook Email Integration - integrates Partner XE with Outlook e-mail. This must be enabled in Partner XE Administration (Settings > Other tab > Use Integrated Outlook Email Services) in order to be a valid option in the User Preferences. (Optional) Auto Add Outbound Emails this option automatically add an email message and attachment to the Documents section of a client when the message is sent through the emal hyperlink in Partner XE. Must have the Partner XE Outlook Plug-In to enable this. (Optional) When all changes are made, click Save to save the changes and close the window.
