Task Description You are a member of the customer support team at Help Tech IT Support. Help Tech IT Support provides IT support for both software and hardware to clients in small to medium sized businesses. As well, they provide in house, online and onsite training, in a range of software applications, to their clients. As a member of the client support team, you will be required to provide support and training to clients and maintain customer records in our client database. Part A: Database You are required to create a relational database that will contain two tables. One table will be named Call Log and the other table named Company. Sample data has been provided in a spreadsheet. Import data into your database table from the spreadsheet. These files are both embedded here. call log spreadsheet.xlsx company spreadsheet.xlsx The tables should contain the minimum fields as below: Company Table Company name (primary key) address suburb state postcode phone Call Log table call number (primary key) Logged by First name Logged by Surname Company name (foreign key) Date logged Status Priority Location Problem description Problem type (hardware or software) Assigned to Resolution Date closed Create a one to many relationship between the two tables in your database structure, using the company name field. Create a form for data entry for both tables (Company Table and Call Log Table). Your form should be neatly created/formatted and should contain Company Name and Logo in the header section. All field headings and data entry sections should be resized depending on the field length. Part D: Letterhead Template in Word You are going to invite clients to attend a training session to learn the skills you covered in Part C. You will need to design a company letterhead template to use when sending out the invitation. The query must include the following fields: Company Table Company name (primary key) address suburb state postcode phone Call Log Table Logged by First name Logged by Surname Problem type (hardware or software) In the next task a letter will be sent to each company inviting clients to attend a training session to view your PowerPoint presentation or video training course. For you to be able to send this letter, you will need to remove duplicate records from the database (where there are two or more records from one company). To remove duplicate records, run the query, export data to an Excel spreadsheet and apply a filter to the company field to remove duplicates.
