How Does it Work? How It Works as a Manager Managers may login to a web portal where they have the ability to build and create campaigns, upload lists, adjust and tweak settings, manage agents, and view and download reports. From anywhere with a web browser, a manager can control the entire call center with a few clicks. A manager may also whisper coach, monitor, or barge in and join a live call that an agent is currently on. How It Works as an Agent Agents log in from a website and can instantly start taking calls. If it s an inbound or blended campaign, they can login to specific inbound groups you ve specified for them and they will be able to identify which group based on color. Your agents can easily set appointments and call backs to stay organized with the Parrot Dialer. Making warm or cold transfers to another agent or closer is a breeze.
